Easy Check-in. Peaceful and Quiet. Cool A/C. Quite disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi are closed indefinitely. This was a key point for us booking at this property. TV’s need to be upgraded and mobile-cast friendly. Other than that it was just an overall “alright”.

I have been to this property a couple times now and have not been let down. The staff is amazing and work very hard which you can tell by how clean and well kept the property is. Breakfast was also good and had so many options. Don't like that there is no pool though but will continue to come back despite that fact because it checks all of the others boxes for me. Extremely satisfied with both visits.

Did not like the fact that the pool was closed with no notice. I think having a sister property with a pool was not enough. Should have been mentioned on the web site. Our reservation had 3 children on it and their ages. We would have stayed at the sister hotel.

The stay was fantastic. What I am not happy about was the parking fee. What kind of business charges guest’s to park at the place they are staying at. Hello……..I am choosing to give your company business and you are going to stick it to me with a parking fee? A fee by the way that is not mentioned in any of the reservation details. The only mention of it is upon check-in. What a hustle.

I found large crumbs on the carpet in my room in the sitting area. I stepped on a large piece of something, maybe old sharp popcorn and it hurt my foot. This should have been vacuumed up from previous guest's visit.

I have never complained about an expedia property. The room was dirty with an "unknown" white crusty bodily fluid on the sofa. We had to sit on towels on the sofa. The tub was plugged so taking a shower you stood in water. Upon check out, the manager was folding laundry on the front desk, ( sheets and towels). The room smelled like marijuana. Overall the place was dirty, and i would not stay again.

I had a great stay and the staff was amazing. Although I encountered a couple of roaches and my sink wouldn't drain leaving residue. The shower track had mold. I probably won't be staying here again.

For the price this was definitely not worth the stay. The bathrooms were not equipped with fans so the bathroom reaked of mildew that spread to the entire room. We had checked in right after this room was "cleaned". There was visible mold on the shower doors and seals. After leaving for the day there was no room service preformed. We had to call down to get fresh towels. Overall would not recommend this hotel.

While the facility itself is clean and spacious and the front desk staff very friendly and accommodating, service to our room was nonexistent. We stayed 4 nights and had no change of towels, toilet paper resupply, trash pickup, bathroom cleanup or vacuuming. When we checked in, we were told we would get room service every other day. NOT!

We found a live bed bug on my daughter’s pillow. I brought it to the front desk. They did give me 25% off,which amounted to $100. The bug spray I bought was $25, so basically $75 for the huge hassle of spraying everything and washing everything. It should have been at least 50% off. We have always stayed here twice a year for cheerleading competitions. Not anymore, and I will let everyone at our gym not to stay there anymore.

Great hotel. I was traveling with my husband and our 3 children. Hotel rooms for 5 people are hard to find. The room we had included 2 queen beds and a couch with a trundle. So 6 beds including the couch. Everyone had their own space to sleep and the room was so much bigger than I had anticipated. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet in the AM was a mad house, we skipped it but looked good. I definitely recommend.

The property was amazing. The Ac/ heater in our room was tooooooo loud to use. The room was stuffy since we could not use the ac. Anytime we had to use it, you couldn’t hear the TV or each other.

Excellent front desk staff. Clean room and linens, spacious rooms. Only complaint was the TV channel availability and the fact that we had to call the front desk because of pixelating issues, etc. We had to change rooms and both rooms had TV issues. The front desk manager was quick to rectify but it shouldn't be necessary to do so.

Beautiful place and very clean. service was great. Located near lots of places to eat. Breakfast was what I expected, lots of choices of processed foods. My biggest complaint was the mattress was old, taco shaped. Obviously needed to be replaced months ago. room 111. Halfway through the night I moved to couch and had a few decent hours of sleep.

This is the second time we have stayed here, but opted to do a two bed instead of the single king. Beds were small for two people and not very comfortable. Unfortunately we had a very loud upstairs neighbor making a lot of noise after 1am. I would still stay here again but just had bad luck this time around

The gentleman at the front desk came up to my room to help me get the TV connected properly so that it would work. He was very busy, and still made sure he addressed my room issue quickly! Also, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the lady who was working that morning was very kind. I will stay here again when I am in town for work.

Once I got checked in, it was really great! When I first arrived, I had to wait 35 min before a customer service person arrived to check us in. We had drove for 5 hours and was really tired! The customer service person finally came and immediately apologized over and over saying she was the only one available. She seemed very sincere. There were about 18 people behind me that were making nasty remarks. One even went behind the counter! The other asked what would happen if she pulled the fire alarm! She says maybe that would get someone to come to the counter. Afterwards when I got checked in, everything else was comfortable.

Very accommodating! I unfortunately lost my wallet at the airport but still had my passport and they worked with me not only that, I didn’t have my credit cards on me and worked around it too. Thank you to the ladies at the front desk!! I only stayed for one night for a concert but I was freaking out thinking I’d have to book something somewhere for the night! They were great!! I’d definitely rebook with them again if I’m ever in town again!

We always stay at this hotel when we are traveling to sacramento/roseville area and use expedia to book it. The staff is always nice and they have breakfast included which is great. The parking is easy and right in front or to the side of the hotel. It’s close to shopping and restaurants.

We checked in 11/2 around 5 pm. The lady at the front desk was very friendly but the man who served us seemed annoyed, like we were bothering him. We weren't impressed with the $10 parking charge which we weren't told about.(saw the charge on my cc the next morning). Room was clean and bed was comfy. The property is clean and looks freshly renovated. The breakfast next morning was complete chaos. People pushing to get to food. I even saw a guest (young girl in her teens) open the lid to the empty water dispenser and take out ice for her water bottle with her bare hands! Unbelievable! It looked like the woman who was trying to keep the food for the breakfast stocked was completely frazzled. It was not the most pleasant hotel stay I've experienced...sorry!

Very nice room! It had a sitting area with a sofa, desk area, small refrigerator & coffee maker. Bedroom area had two queen beds. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only complaint was that certain premium channels were advertised but there were no instructions on how to access Netflix and the person at the front desk did not know either! Very good breakfast... make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy. Or oatmeal with various toppings, muffins, juice, milk (plain or chocolate), tea or coffee. Breakfast free with stay!

Always clean with friendly staff. This place is our go-to when in Roseville. I was disappointed this time though. Typically when there’s a tournament, they open the breakfast early for the players but this time, they did not. We had to leave for an early game without breakfast and this is one of the reasons we come here. We have 3 more this year and we will have to go else where next time.

The room was well furnished and very clean. It was more roomy than one person needed but the trundle bed would probably be nice for a family. It was quiet. My room was on the first floor and had a view of the parking lot but I was very happy with it. Free breakfast was outstanding. Much better than any I have had previously. Staff was very cordial and helpful.
