I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

After staying at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta for a week and experience the best service I'd experienced at a hotel I was excited to experience Mousai in Cancun. I was disappointed in the price point compared to the overall service received. I'd stayed at Mousai in Puerto Vallarta where I booked the Ultra Corner Suite and thought the service would be the same. I felt no different than guests at the other hotels on the property despite having a "Butler" . It was a challenge getting rides, bar service and other things during my stay.

Pool is horrible very small. Got the the hotel and i was surprised that it was not all exclusive. They make me bay extra 2200 dollars for me and my wife. Paid the extra 2200 dollars and then i was charged for every drink i had. Drinks are not even included in the all exclusive package. Do not reserve at this hotel.
