The Service was top notch. Front desk; Jaden Friday evening and Dev on Saturday morning. Did not have ice machine, coffee pots in the rooms or hair dryers. No pool either. The kindness of these 2 staff members and willingness to accommodate us was refreshing! I've been in Customer Service and Hospitality For Decades. Best I've seen in a very long time.

Great stay. Will come again. From none AI or staff customer. I just need clean room, air conditioners, WiFi, and pet allowance. Also Six Flags must be around the corner. Only issue was toilets did not have good pressure. Love all the cable channels, electronic inputs, and safety.

The surrounding area looked safe for the most part with crackel barrel right next to it. The receptionist was very polite. The property could use some remodeling. The outside air came in through the room door, the bed wasn’t comfortable at all not to mention the bed spread had a stain. The ac/ heating unit was a bit loud..too close to the bed as the air was hitting our faces. We had to keep adjusting the heater temperature. It would get too hot or too cold. Other than that the room was clean. Its an ok place to stay at.

Could use updating. The floors could’ve been cleaned better. Walked around in socks and they’re filthy. The tub drain needs to be cleaned out. While taking a shower, you stand in about three inches of water. Absolutely no kitchen accessories. Suck as silverware, dishes, pots. Couldn’t cook if I’d wanted too.

was here in Texas on business doing a Tour 1 graveyard shift,audit for my job. Every morning, when I returned to th hotel. Front desk Jack would always be so very pleasant. Hot coffee muffins,oatmeal available. Blessings and gratitude to Jack. Kindness goes a long way when you're far away from home. Newly renovations going on beautiful location

This is a safe long term stay motel in Dallas. It is cheap for what it is. Each room is a small apartment. We would stay there again.

WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We left within an hour.. I Booked Because Me And My Spouse Both Worked The Day Of The GNX Concert, 4/26/25, Just Got The Room And Dropped His Bag In The Room, And Went To The Concert, So We Knew We Would Be Tired And The Traffic Would Be Terrible. Went Back To This Room, After The Concert.. Roaches Everywhere, Even On The Ceiling, Headboards Of The Bed, Entertainment Stand, Bathroom,, I MEAN EVERYWHERE.. WE CHECK OUR BAG, AND CLOTHES, WENT TO THE FRONT OFFICE, RETURNED THE CARD KEY, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, AND RESEPTIONIST SAYS, SOMEONE STAYED THERE THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH NO COMPLAINTS,, I ASKED HOW NOT, ROACHES EVEN ON THE CEILING,, SMH,, HE TOLD ME TO TRY TO GET REFUND FROM EXPEDIA.. My husband and I booked this hotel for one night. The property looked nothing like the pictures online. The front desk staff was not very friendly. We got to our room and it smelled terrible in there. I sat down on the bed and the sheets were sticky and the pillows were wet. After less than 5 minutes in the room we grabbed our stuff and walked out. Very disappointed.

Floors sticky, horrible sewage smell whenever toilet was flushed, stayed for 4 days and never once got house keeping to come by and restock towels or toilet paper, had to go to lobby and grab ourselves everytime. Mold on ceiling of bathroom, would like a full refund really unbearable.

I had to switch rooms on the first night due to an odd smell and roaches. Credit to the front desk man, he apologized profusely and didn’t hesitate to get me a new room. The second room had a smell and hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. It served its purposes as I only needed to sleep there. It was quiet. Air conditioning unit worked. I never attempted to use anything but bed and bathroom.

Pricing was good. The room had a strong smell like curry. I know the rooms have kitchens are used. That room needs to be cleaned harder. The deluxe king was spacious and location convenient to activities in Arlington.

Nice room with a small kitchen. The only problem is the toilet didn't flush properly. You had to flush it 3 times to make the toilet paper go down.

We got to hotel at 6pm and was told our 2 paid rooms were not available and they overbooked and we had to cancel and rebook at the walk in rate at a much higher price. It was too late to cancel on Expedia and will have to now deal with trying to get our money back!

The room was clean & comfortable, there was an annnoying insect issue but with Nick ,Chaundini ? help, it was getting taken care of ASAP. Look forward to another stay @ESA

Called ahead let the hotwl know i was checking in after midnight, arrived on loction to find that my reservation was canceled by the hotel then they tried to upcharge me for the stay , poor cistomer service Saturday night attendant was useless and unhelpful. Made the trip with my 2 kids and wife he couldn't care less, propery was not as described anyways, stay away

Check in time was supposed be at 3pm. I arrived at the hotel office around 5pm and still had to wait for my room. The office worker said itll be ready at 530pm. I had no choice but to wait. Not using this hotel again. Shady looking characters on the complex.

I like it's location.It was near Globe Life Field and Six Flags.It was clean. The only problem was the toilet didn't flush most of the time. The breakfast consisted of coffee and oat meal. I wouldn't call it a breakfast.

A true hidden gem - I wasn't sure what to expect for the low price, I got a quiet and safe room with everything I needed - even the shower pressure was good. Great location next to the freeway, I will definitely stay here again.

The suites that are intended to sleep 4 do not have a mattress in the sofa bed. They moved us twice before coming to the 3rd room and arguing that sofa beds don't have a mattress. They finally gave us two queens instead and charged us extra. Roaches everywhere (I have pictures). The grab and go breakfast was a basket with two muffins sitting in the lobby. Building is in need of repair. Two women opened the door without knocking and then asked if we wanted our room clean (we had just checked in). They were not wearing any sort of uniform or shirts that would let you know they worked there. Horrible all the way around and then the manager asked us to leave a good review.

The front desk was not very friendly. They did the job but not very helpful. Our key stopped working. My reservation was for a double bed and a sofa bed. The room had a sofa bed but the sofa did not have a mattress. The front desk changed my room and gave me 2 beds after arguing for a minute trying to tell me that it just said sofa on the reservation. Thanks to Cracker barrel next door we could have breakfast. Other than that the place is isolated.
