Dion (I think that's how you say his name) at the front desk was a gem. Such a personable young man. Our room was clean and the location was perfect (quick walk to the falls and casino) There is no elevator so if you have walking issues this can be a problem. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was shut down for the season (we'd never encountered an indoor pool shut down in colder months before) and the complimentary breakfast was desperately lacking. Overall, we are pretty easy to please so my husband and I had a nice stay. Cleanliness is most important to us and our room was clean.

Was very convenient to walk to Niagara Falls. The room was ok. Pool area was dirty so we did not swim. Overall was very pricey and would not stay there again but it worked for needing a place on a holiday weekend.

This property needs lots of revamping and the staff needs tremendous training to be courteous and more hospitable. Very poor customer service skills. There is no sitting area for the guests to wait at all in case of flight delays etc. You are stranded with your luggage in case of flight delays as they have no arrangement to keep your luggage in storage. So overall very poorly managed. Sorry to state this.

Unfortunately this hotel does not have a luggage room, which means if you have a late return trip the day you check out you have to take your bag/bags with you around the Niagra. Not so good.

Convenient Location, reasonable price. Room was average but comfortable. Parking is an issue as there aren't enough spaces. Be ready to navigate stairs, either up or down. Front desk staff were pleasant.

BEWARE: This hotel was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. We opted to go somewhere else when we found bed bugs in the beds. The rooms reeked of smoke and Marijuana as well. There were some homeless smoking right in the parking lot. The pictures make it look ok BUT it is horrendous. The worst thing was, the front desk clerk went down to the room, came back and acknowledged the bugs but said "those aren't bed bugs so you should be fine. Either way we can't give you a refund". Go somewhere else.

The overall stay was just ok. The location was convenient to downtown. The hotel was older, the bathroom floor was stained, there was masking tape on a hole in the wall. The shower was stained. All of the chairs were stained, our linens were stained. The bed was comfortable and they did have black out curtains. Our friends in another room found a cockroach on the floor in their bathroom. It was very noisy, you could hear the people walking above you and in the halls. The pool was very chlorinated but the kids enjoyed it. The pool area seemed to not have been cleaned in a long time. It was a great location for fireworks. While they do offer continental breakfast it was not great. The yogurt was expired, the coffee was not great. The toaster did not work. We did not have anyone clean the room while we were there so I cannot speak to that. Upon check out day the cleaning man did give me an envelope for tip and threw it right on top of my cereal. I would probably not stay again but it was not the worst stay I have ever had. I just wanted to highlight some items from the hotel for others.

The hotel was filthy to the point that I kept vomiting, full of black dark hair, pubic hair on bed sheets, long black hair everywhere, including pool. I had to cancel my stay there and move to a nearby hotel. I will never ever go there again.

This a low key but very nice hotel. It has 3 floors but no elevator. It seems kinda new as the paint and wallpaper was fresh. We had a king room and it was large. It had a fridge and there was a microwave next to the ice machine. There was breakfast and a breakfast room. It’s about a 20 min walk to Niagara Falls Park.

The room is nice and big. But no microwave in room. No towel racks in restroom. No counter space in restroom. No coffeemaker in room. But the worst is the shower. Absolutely no water pressure. It was just a dribble coming out. The hotel is old so furniture is used. The breakfast does not have a very good selection unless you like cereal, toast or pancakes.

Location is convenient. This property is very basic, nothing fancy, and could use updates. Definitely smells musty in the rooms and bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but it was fine for one night. Probably wouldn’t stay multiple nights, though.

The two individuals at the front desk were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We stayed in room 110 which was the handicapped access and everything was brand new :the air conditioning, the new mattress. The bathroom was large and well appointed and clean..the towels were big white and fluffy. this room was half the price of many of the other rooms last night in the city of Buffalo and we were very very pleased with our choice. We left early to get on the road, so we did not stay for the free breakfast. It is a 15 minute walk to the park or a very short drive. I would absolutely recommend this as a budget option and would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff.

To be frank, this is the worst stay of my entire life. I travel a lot and stay in hotels all the time. This experience is the worst. Worst customer service, rude behavior from staff, and the worst so-called 'breakfast'. It was a terrible, terrible experience. And to pay an exorbitant amount of money for this experience? My worst decision to pick this place!

Whomever the woman was that answered the phone several times was not exactly courteous when we advised we would be checking in late. All she could have said was we cannot check you in after 3 am due to our system limitations but that was never mentioned and it just made me feel like I was a terrible guest for attempting to arrive late. We were on the road from a very long drive. The hotel was ok for the price. I just would have given another property our business due to the way the phone call was handled.

The original rooms we got weren’t well prepared and were still dirty and smelled. Two of the rooms had a broken door on the bathroom.When we asked for different rooms the lady at the front desk was rude about it. The people working were rude when asked questions about things

Simple hotel with adequate accommodations. Rooms are a little dated but not in bad shape. The best part is the location; you can leave your car parked at the hotel then walk to Niagara Falls Park easily.

Room and inside of property is really nice. The restaurant was promoted as really good; but in my opinion it wasn’t as good as I was led to believe. Items seemed microwaved and not fresh. Area around is noisy and not easy to get in and out of parking lot.

Only thing to like about this property is excellent front desk (at least my experience was great). But when you are paying around 300 USD for a room, at least you expect good breakfast (only had bread and bread and bread). Not even proper sitting area for eating breakfast. Tiny area where everyone lined up. This hotel shouldn’t be more than 100 USD a night. So for 284 USD, it’s disappointing. Again staff was great!!

Breakfast was very basic and drinks machine was turned off, you literally need to ask them to turn on. Room has some smell probably due to the pool, people come in with wet cloths. Need to work on that. Rest was all good!!

There was NO parking when we arrived. We had to park in a No Parking Zone and hope that our car did not get towed. The facility is very small and does not have any elevator. Breakfast consisted of some cereal and some frozen waffles.
