The hotel is pet friendly, at a good location and has an excellent restaurant. It is undergoing renovation so the check in coubter is currently in a converted hotel room on the other side of hotel which is less convenient.

Nice hotel with nice clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean and the man at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. There is a nice restaurant at the hotel with outside tree house style eating. Unique experience in the nicer weather. They also had a outside pool that was fairly deep

Front entrance wasn't well marked I went in the wrong side and could not find the reception area very easily. It was also under construction so will be better once complete. Bar and food were excellet

Bed was so comfortable! Super quiet and AC worked great. I was disappointed i had booked the hotel because of the restaurant. It was completely booked. Definitely set up reservations before you stay. Pool was hard to find. I still don't know where it was. I'd be more upset if it didn't rain.

Hotel is dated, but it is charming. Could use some general upkeep. My GPS took me to the back parking lot, and the lobby is on the 2nd floor so check-in was a bit of a maze. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! He even gave me a map that showed parking, the floors, and the restaurant lay out. Bed was comfortable. AC was cold but was loud and rattled throughout the night. Overall the hotel was very quiet even with a restaurant and theatre next to it. Convenient location for everything in the area. Hotel gym was lacking. One weight machine was broke. No free weights and the cardio equipment looked at least a decade or two old.

The room was dusty and the bed had bed bugs. There was no channel guide or anything for the tv either. Also the website for the hotel has little to no information either. Breakfast was $17/person.

I thought the property was looking tired and dated. The rooms were decently clean but I found the rest of the hotel to be dirty and unkempt. It was very full and perhaps the staff was overwhelmed, but do they not notice the caked dust on all of the of the guest room doors? I would not stay here again.

Rooms are old and though clean just in need of updating. My kids and I both woke up in the morning with sore throats. My.son who has dust allergies coughed all night from the dusty old carpet. The bathroom drop ceilings you could see dust and dirt in the seams of the pannels. And when booking the site said nothing about the $16.00 a head breakfast charge for what looked no different than your average hotel free continental breakfast. The rooms are small, bathroom is very small. You'll have your shoulder in the shower curtain sitting on the toilet. I've stayed in much nicer for less money.

One night stay for near by show at Dutch apple theater.Unfortunately my wife was bitten by bed bugs. She was find 2 of them when she was bitten during a night even we check beds before we go to sleep. Check in and out was fast.Quiet place to stay.

Overall the place had a lot of potential and the breakfast was great. The main issue was the strong smell of pet urine in our room. We requested a room that did not have a pet recently but were told all rooms were the same. We noticed the urine when we first entered but had to leave quickly for a dinner reservation. My wife did not sleep all night. The next morning we spoke with the housekeeping manager and she said she did not notice the smell and said there was nothing she could do and made no effort to try to assist us. We spoke to another manager and were told only the owner could provide any assistance. We tried contacting the owner a couple of times with no response back. Maybe the cleaning staff is immune to urine smell but it was very intense. Cleanliness is most important but so is customer service. On both these I must give the lowest scores. If they did not fail on both I would not be writing this. I knew it was an older hotel but it scored well on cleanliness. It was our anniversary so that really did not help the situation. Most pet friendly hotels have several rooms that do not allow pets unless in an emergency. I hoped that would be the case. Had it not been so late and if decent customer service was provided it may have been better.

It needs to be updated. The room we had was small. The bathroom was really small. The internet service needs to be replaced or updated. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The women who ran breakfast were very nice. The food I had was good. We only stayed one night to see the show at Dutch Apple theater. That is the only thing that we liked was tthat it was convenient to the theater and parking was free.

2 Queen size beds were not Queen size the beds were look like a double bed contractors started working outside our window loud noises woke us up. We were told that breakfast was complementary it was not.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Lancaster County. My stay was 3 nights (Fri/Sat/Sun) and it was very quiet each night, I didn't hear any noise at all except about 9 AM each morning. The beds was confortable and the room was very clean. Loxley’s Restaurant is excellent- I ate there each day, delicious food ! Our reunion was accomodated in a private room, which was perfect size and much appreciated! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. This is a great location to see Lancaster. We saw 5 covered bridges, several Amish horse and buggies on the rural roads and much more. Most of our reunion attendees are from Lancaster County and it was a wonderful trip, great to see Lancaster again !

This hotel has a small town run by family feel to it. It's not the most up to date. Our hotel room had that old hotel musty smell to it when we first checked in, but that quickly went away. Our tv was small, but had chromecast. So that was nice. The best part of the hotel is the friendly staff. The front desk staff was friendly and personable. Every time I spoke with the front desk with a question or a request I was met with a friendly smile and helpful staff. I'd definitely stay here again. The attached restaurant has delicious food.

No one at the check-in desk when we arrived at 5:30pm. Just a note saying they were elsewhere on the property. After 30 minutes, someone finally showed up. Turns out they were helping a tour bus with luggage.

I was pleasantly surprised. I knew it was an older hotel however it was very clean and up to date. It was full, but also quiet. The attached restaurant was very nice. Housekeeping actually came in everyday to make beds/tidy up and change towels, which was nice as most hotels no longer offer this service. I would definitely stay again.

Under age kids screaming, slamming doors, running up and down the halls. Bumping into elderly people 230am Cops were called for kid screaming and cursing in the hallway. 3, 14-16 yrs old in rooms by themselves as the parents illegally dropped them off and left. Hotel staff did nothing for anyone for hours 230 in the morning

I had requested a ADA accessible room and did not get it. The staff was unprofessional. My Brother and Mom could even barely fit their walkers into the bathroom. When we tried to discuss it, the staff just shrugged it off . We were very disappointed.

Stay here if you want to be treated poorly by the staff if you have an issue. Ours was that our Wi-Fi didn’t work for our entire stay and the staff did nothing to address it expect tell us to call THEIR maintenance man. And then when we checked out we asked for a partial refund and they refused even though they acknowledged we that we didn’t receive access to all our promised amenities. Horrible people, horrible hotel.

I stayed here for just one night, during a VB tournament. It is only 12 mins away from Spooky Nook Sports Complex, it has a restaurant with buffet-style breakfast (not included, but discounted for the hotel guests), walking distance to Giant supermarket, Dunkin and a pizza place (or a 3-min drive), which was perfect. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed comfy. We’ve had a very nice stay and fitted our needs.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the main highway, but you don’t hear the noise. It’s also right next-door to a fun restaurant/bar. I was visiting my daughters college and it was very convenient for me to stay here. It’s like a throwback old style hotel with a lot of charm.

The only disadvantage we found was entering and exiting the property. It was difficult to find the entrance when we arrived after dark. We also found it dangerous to pull from the road onto the main highway. Otherwise we find no fault with the accommodations. They worked for our need at that time.

Hotel was extremely clean, great staff, restaurant was great and had a lovely buffet for Sunday breakfast. The breakfast was an extra cost but totally worth the money. Only 10 minutes to the Turkeyhill Experience and about 20 mins to the outlet stores. It’s also located right next door to the Dutch Apple Theatre. Many choices of restaurants in the area. Very easy to get to from major highways. Would highly recommend!!!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Close proximity to Spooky Nook. The restaurant stays open until 11 pm so it was great for a late dinner after a long day of sports with my family. Every staff member of the hotel and restaurant were extremely friendly and welcoming to us. Highly recommend!!
