Bon déjeuner et ne manque jamais de rien. Il y a du café, de l'eau chaude et du thé en libre servi en tout temps. Etablissement qui a de l'âge mais propre en général. Le divan lit avait de nombreuses tâches et le matelas est de mauvaise qualité,mais le reste de la chambre était bien. La piscine est petite, mais l'eau est chaude et les lieux sont propres. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon hôtel. Nous avons eu du bon service.

Liked the bldg but my car was towing a trailer and front desk said just drive through and take 2 spots, great but in the morning people parked along side of me so I could not get out,, tied up for 3 hours and the cars that were parked there was no record at the front desk

Booked a king room based on website photos, wanting the couch and living room area. Got a jacuzzi room which I thought was an upgrade, until I saw the note that said the jacuzzi was out of order. Carpet was damp and large portion of room space was taken up with useless empty tub.

my room had evidence of the last occupants. there were fake rose petals beside the bed, and writing on the shower walls that show up when it gets steamy. while my stay was adequate, it made me weary of what else might not have been cleaned thoroughly.

Yes the stay was good and staff were excellent. Room was clean but I found some black mold in the shower. I took pics and showed this to the front desk, snd they thanked me for bringing this to their attention, and said it would be addressed.

Have stayed here often and it was always good. Very disappointed this time. Hall before entering our unit smelled urine. Our unit smelled urine and the carpet was damp. We had to call the desk to get cups and soap. Don’t think the room had been cleaned or vacuumed. Carpets need a major cleaning. 😢

The room had few options for storage, small closet, and minimal space to move around. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotel rooms with a family of four and this one felt cramped with two people. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible quality. The area around the hotel has a lot of shopping and food options but they are not safely walkable as there are no sidewalks on the road into the hotel. All of the staff I interacted with were lovely and always willing to help.

We count on Hampton inns as our go to and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. This hotel needs updating, on the surface it looks good however the mattress was so terrible that both my wife and I woke up in pain. Also there was a hockey team or tournament there the night we were there which didn’t help as kids were running up and down the halls uncontrollably l, I had to eventually to and talk to them, not sure where the parents were. Due this team in there was a party the night before which didn’t not get cleaned up after and for breakfast the area was still very dirty. Finally the air conditioner was so noisy that we could hardly sleep. Sorry to leave such a negative review for what is usually a solid chain but I would avoid this location unless there are some investments to upgrade.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Sudbury and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. The only downside to our stay was the check-in experience. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very miserable and not welcoming, which was disappointing given the otherwise warm and positive feel of the hotel. Thankfully, the rest of the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful, and everything else about our stay was excellent. I would definitely stay here again, but I hope the check-in staff can be a little friendlier in the future to match the overall quality of the hotel.

When I made my reservation, I stated that I would be arriving late. I show up, the door is locked, no one answering the phone on the wall to gain access to the hotel, just happened to see an employee walking through the lobby that yelled through the doors that they are fully booked. I said that I have a reservation, she lets me in and takes a long time finding my booking. Had to mention multiple times that they marked my booking as a no show, here I’m thinking she’s going to tell me that I can’t check in after driving close to six hrs. Finally able to check in, wasn’t told about any of the hotel features.

Won't stay there again. We were greeted with a sad/angry staff member at the front desk. They verified everything rudely and then called someone in front of us to check if there's any room free even though we had confirmed booking. Thankfully there was a room available. We were told to go to room 209 but given the key in an envelope that said 211. With the key we were able to get in the room 209 and after an hour some people came and tried to open the room. I opened the room and they got surprised, apologized and left. Then after a little while another staff member knocked on the room to verified why we were in this room. I had to explain the whole story again. If we were not supposed to be in that room then why were we given keys to that room? There were a few other things as well but I don't have more time to spend on this feedback. Will just stay away from this place in future.

The breakfast. Buffet was not for me. Lots of options but found the sausages tough and the eggs seem dry. Breads, cereals, yogurts all good options. Staff were friendly and working hard keeping everything refilled and the areas clean. I am sure many enjoyed the breakfast, just not something I did.

Everything was great, except the fact that we booked a jacuzzi room and it was out of order, which we found out once at the room :( The attending person at breakfast the next morning was amazing. However, VERy disappointed that the hotel uses disposable plates and utensils! The fact that they are compostable doesn’t help when everything goes in the garbage, to all end up in landfill. Hilton can and should do more for our living Earth, please!

My only complaint is breakfast being over at 9am Monday to Friday. We picked this hotel because breakfast was included and that would make things easier on us as we have young children. We are on vacation and getting the kids up and ready early enough to not miss breakfast made for a stressful morning. Breakfast should be served until 10 or 11am to accommodate all travellers.
