The hot tub outside was dirty and green. The cleaning staff was very noisy discussing their evening plans in the halls and previous day reports. The toilets above my room ran all night and we could hear the a/c water dripping all night. We had 2 rooms 109 and 118 and out of 5 of us, no one slept much including the children

It had a really teeny tiny pool and a teeny tiny hot tub and the hot tub. The bubbles didn't work so that was broken and the pool was really cold but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Lovely spot on the South Umpqua River, and I think all the rooms had views from their porches/balconies. Everything was lovely and clean. The breakfast was stellar, and the coffee and tea selection was great! Workout room and pool as expected 👍 Very friendly staff, and even the other guests would hold the door and smiled!

Easy access to Freeway, breakfast options pretty good, staff very professional & helpful. Pool was great for the kids, but disappointed that hot tub was not working and our key cards kept deactivating every day.

Great place, value for money!! The location is beautiful, the hotel building face the calm river. It is right along I-5 freeway and close to Umpqua National Forest and Winston Wildlife Safari. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Hotel has a small indoor swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is good quality and included in the accommodation cost. There are some good local restaurants nearby. Also, since Roseburg is situated along the Upmqua River, there are several river parks close to the hotel location. We felt safe with our Toddler during our stay!! I would recommend this place for inbound/outbound I-5 travelers and visitors to Winston Safari!!

Things were going fine until the elevator stopped working. There is only one, and we were on the 4th floor so it was a pain schlepping our luggage out of the building. Also the stairways were not in the best location. Also the walkways to the rooms are outside and you are exposed to the rain and wind, and it can get wet and cold in Roseburg. On the positive side the people were friendly, the breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.

Clean, courtyard and view of the river magnificent. I bring my little dog. She can run around the courtyard, everyone (most of the time) picks up after their dog and everyone mindful of dog behavior. The courtyard is truly magnificent, great furniture, lawn, hot tub and view

We got a 2 queen bed room. The first queen bed was visibly dirty. Blood / feces on bed. Dirty pillow cover. We slept on the clean bed. Not sure if housekeeping just forgot to clean the one bed.

Carpet was extremely dirty, rooms are very outdated, behind the night stand was a little trash, but staff was friendly and it was safe, close to freeway and the parking was very convenient. View to the lake was pleasant. Beds were very comfortable and clean at least and in the bathroom even though sink was clogged the shower was really really good with strong water pressure. I still would recommend it for a night of rest.

I travel with my dog so I get rooms that have been occupied by other pet owners. The first room I got smelled of urine so I contacted the front desk immediately. Mike who was at the front desk moved me the next room and it was clean! I appreciate the quick response to my concerns. I like a lot that my room had a back door that had access to a yard where my dog could do his business. The property was easily accessible and has ample, safe parking. Breakfast was good and had water available to customers. I’d stay here again and would recommend to others who travel with pets (few is $15 per pet).

The bed was very comfortable. I had to call front desk because TV wouldn't work. She came by and was very helpful. Said TVs are outdated, so she had to push a bunch of buttons to get to the correct HDMI for it to work. Carpet dirty, and bathroom also dingy looking with poor lighting. I didn't like that the room front door was outside. More like a motel. Didn't feel safe especially with homeless living in a car close by. Dead bugs in light fixture above bathroom sink. Food was only luke warm this morning.

This hotel was right on the river and had a back patio with an amazing view. I wish we had more time here to enjoy a cup of coffee with that view and talk a walk along the river. The hot tub was right outside where you could hear the river flowing. Amazing! The only complaint was the outlets are very outdated so trying to dry and straighten my hair and charge my phone was a challenge. I had to hold the plug in the outlet without moving at all or the dryer would shut off which it did about 10 times. A little frustrating when you’re in a rush to get ready. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly.

I had dble qn. Beds and both were uncomfortable, felt like metal edging was raised and mattress was gone with a mattress topper in lieu of replacing mattresses. Toilet was loose from the floor and it seemed more nosier than previous stays. Staff was polite, very helpful and friendly. No maps of property of where ice machine is or other entrances. Maybe add one to the elevator, or in the rooms. Tv wasn’t working, kept saying no service to on demand movies.

Hotel is in a very convenient area right off the highway. Downtown Roseburg is a short walk away. Room was big and well appointed. I gave an average rating due to the fact the room could use some new carpet. Room was very clean otherwise. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options!

llost my Stanley water bottle in the front office and called them immediately! The person Asked for my address and credit card details say they will send it to me by overnight using usps. 13days past my husband call them several times they always say l donnot know we have package department will deal with it!I don’t know why it’s so difficult to mail a waterbottle!!!

Checking in at the time was great. but the next morning woke up and they had not gotten stocked for the food.We waited for over and half an hour and then we left. For what you pay for the room, they need to have more food or different employees. They are very slow when it comes to having a hot breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are clean and pretty. The staff are wonderful and quick. The breakfast maybe could use a facelift. The food is ok but tsome of it doesnt tast that great. The omlettes are like rubbery and no flavor and the sausage isnt very good.

Views of The river are amazing. The outdoor hot tub and patio are nice and big for several groups to enjoy. The pool and work out room are always a plus. Breakfast? Yes and it’s an excellent one. Lots of choices. Healthy choices too. Hot cinnamon rolls! Yes please! We love staying here.
