Excellent hotel, great restaurant for breakfast. Easy parking and really good service. Only thing we didn’t like was how loud some of the other guests were, which was really unavoidable with a paper thin access door between the rooms and the noisy people. The doors need to be improved.

Great staff at reception and check out. The room was good but the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I will not mention here but was left uncleaned was pretty disgusting. Luckily, I didn't need to use it.

Overall good but could improve a few things. Hard to please everyone but I found the bed to be somewhat uncomfortable - a mattress pad would help. We had an adjoining room and thankfully the person next to us was quiet but there was a gap under the door that allowed quite a bit of noise back and forth so we had to be concious of the volume of the TV. The property manager did ask how the stay was upon check-in which was appreciated. Suggested paper towels and Kleenex in the rooms and as well, would be nice if there was more than 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks, etc. The manager commented that more could be provided if requested. Housekeeping was fine except there were 3 long black hairs left behind. The rooms face either one parking lot or the other so no good view either way.

It's pricey but overall a good hotel, only downside is there isn't room service or many options and the daily housekeeping is inconsistent and not the best, had to leave full trash bags outside a couple of times, and had to ask for room to be vacuumed at least once a week. Another bummer is the fact that my "King" or "Queen" bed in my room was actually just two singles put together which wasn't the most comfortable thing forcing me to sleep on one side of the bed, avoiding the rims in the middle... quite upsetting considering the money I payed. Otherwise it's pretty quite, good and modern space.

Arrived late 2145 hrs. A/c didn’t work- asked for another room. Staff eager to leave . Took an hour to sort out with after hours coordinator. Staff only interested in charging a further $60 . Thankfully l was refunded in the morning after disputing this. Won’t stay again or my business

The apartment itself was as expected, it was spacious and met our needs. We had to check in after reception hours. This was advised in advance and a reminder issued to the accommodation in the day. I didn't receive the required code and were unable to access the accommodation. Luckily a staff member was on site and facilitated our check in after trying to negotiate with head office at 10:30 at night.

Room door lock faulty access was gained after 2 staff members attempted entry Door had to be manipulated in a certain manner to be opened with the excuse that the doors are new "even more reason that the standard is unacceptable" additionally, from the inside exit was near impossible unless pressure was applied to the door to release the lock "this is a safety risk in case of a fire" In relation to house keeping 1 sheet of paper from the standard Quest note pad is totally insufficient For a hotel that purports to be a quality stay it is a FAIL Finally on check out No "How was your stay" or "Thank you for choosing us" Just "Put your key on the desk" Have stayed at other QUEST hotels and they were great this was the exact opposite

This is probably the first review for a hotel I have ever had, because it was the worst. The check-in time should be 2PM, the reception told us it would be delayed for about 1 hour. When I went to them check for progress, they just got impatient "i have told you I will grab you when it\'s ready" even before I said anything. Even though she had said it would be ready "no later than 3:20pm". When I went to check with her after 3:30pm, she got impatient and no any apologies for what she promised. Finally the room was ready about 4:30pm. We had to wait for about 2.5 hours, and only got their code faces. The worst experiences to stay with a hotel. It really ruined my experiences visiting Albury.

Ive stayed at this Quest several times over the last decade. It is clean and well maintained. Its an easy walk to the main st of Albury where there are many dining options. 10 minute drive to the Airport.

Excellent position walking distance to shops and Albury Club which we visited a lot for meals. Great range of shops in Albury. Excellent coffee shop in Myers Mail opposite side of centre to Woolworths entry. The noise issue was from parking area opposite our room with gates, rubbish bins and cars going all day. Second time stayed at Apartments but if booked again would book room higher up the building. It got very cool in room with no sunshine. First floor where we stayed we didn't like plus couch very uncomfortable. Staff at desk very helpful. We didn't eat at downstairs cafe but seemed very busy and obviously well liked. Being Albury Club members for many years we preferred going there, especially hadn't been to Albury since Covid lockdown. Botanical Gardens walk still excellent place to visit.
