Had the family room, very spacious. Queen bed very comfortable, two singles used by kids not as comfortable. Generally very clean, carpet could do with a better vacuum. Kids loved the foyer area with the knights and liked the decor (paintings, Tudor style room features). Kids enjoyed the pool, spa didn't have enough water and was cold. Overall would stay again, stayed one night only on way through to Canberra.

Parking was readily available and off street. Service was very pleasant and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean although the carpet looked dirty. I suspect it was because the pool tiling was all chipping and fading and it was coming off onto our slippers and rubbed onto our swimmers when we sat on the edge of the pool. Hence overall the hotel was good but the pool facility needs a huge improvement. Although it was advertised as heated, it was barely lukewarm and the spa was almost cold. The room service was excellent though. Good quantity of food at very reasonable prices and arrived piping hot quickly.

Was probably fantastic in the 90s, but now a bit old and needing a revamp. Steak ordered via room service was burned, not charred, so inedible. Nevertheless, staff were lovely and the pool was fun.

This motel is in the most convenient location just off the Hume Hwy. It is also almost next door to Aldi & right across the road from an enormous Harris Farm. The staff were extremely competent & friendly, the beds very comfortable, everything was super clean, coffee & tea making facilities available & an added bonus was the undercover parking. The dining room & bar were well supported & breakfast was delicious. All this at a very reasonable rate. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful hotel, all staff were amazing. The room was the let down. All carpets had not been vacuumed. Red paper ribbon everywhere, food crumbs everywhere. Walking on the tiles in kitchen dining area was very tacky.

Cleanliness not good. Towel with someone else’s lipstick on it, half used soap on bath, only a single cup and teaspoon with no other crockery or cutlery, split air conditioner barely working although temperature’feels like’ minus 3 degrees outside, and no electric blanket. We will not repeat a stay at this venue.

Worst motel room we’ve had in 10 years, and we often stay in motels. Do not recommend. Staff were very friendly for pick up & drop off of keys. However, we are very surprised by all their high reviews. Stayed in March and bed had a HEAVY winter weight doona— no blanket or additional pillow option. Even with AC on, this was unacceptable. We were either cold or roasting. Bed was very hard & uncomfortable. Bathroom and bedroom were covered in dust— hadn’t been properly cleaned for a very long time. Dozens of very old and dry flies, beetles & bugs everywhere and dust clouds when anything moved — especially evident when sunlight came n through the windows. Road noise (trucks) was also very loud. Caused significant sleep disturbances. We often stay in motels in small towns and despite the large room size, an Executive Queen it was not!

The room was beautiful. A bed lamp wasn’t connected, the coffee cups were small and I’m sure clean but had tiny bits of food stuck on them. I’m sure they had been washed. The TV was good but not the size shown in the details. There is a mismatch between room and photos. It was very clean and nice carpets. Reasonably quiet! The bed was very comfortable although high. The bathroom was an unexpected bath shower but completely functional. Tiling was new and clean. The taps old but fully functional. I think they are doing a good transitional job of renovating. I was given large mugs when I pointed out the cups were small with tiny bits of food stuck on. Receptionist was very friendly.

As an interstate traveller, by train. previously booked on the internet. Had no idea as to what we were heading for, except a restaurant was available. Brochure advised, we could not book in til 2.30 p.m. We arrived about 1.30 p.m. No problems, we were booked straight in. Desk clerk decided to change our room. As we were using walking sticks, and he did not want us climbing stairs. From there everything was great. We would stay there again if we return to the area.

Lovely Tudor style motel, I could tell it is family run, because reception check in was exceptional, even offered an upgrade from a Queen & Single bed to two Queen beds. Great meal was served and again with friendly, exceptional and efficient service. Thank you.

Was lovely to stay. But we discovered old blood Stain on the bed sheets. When we left the room one morning to head out for the day around 10 am and returned around 11pm that night our door was completely open after the room cleaners came. But they only pulled up the cover and didn’t put the pillows on the bed or replace the towels.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, which in itself is testimony to its quality. I love this place because everything is on site and you don't have to leave for anything; food, drinks, breakfast. The bed and bathroom are perfect but above all the staff are friendly, good fun and nothing is a problem.

Awesome location as city centre is an easy walkable distance, and huge Harris Farms opposite if you don't want to eat out. Good size room, very comfortable king size bed, and Smart TV. Great value for money and last weekend was a return stay for us.

An interesting Tudor style mansion. I loved the decor, my wife thought it too dark for her taste. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Full range of drinks in the bar fridge. Had dinner in the restaurant. If nothing else you should go there. Best roast beef dinner with fresh, crunchy vegies and real chats and extra special Yorkshire pudding. Not expensive either. I would love to go back there.

Brief overnight stay in a basic queen room. Great value at only $135 for the night. For that the bed was decent and generously appointed. Plenty of space in the room. Great bathroom with full bath, all quite new and clean. Had dinner in the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely chicken schnitzel which was delicious and the staff were all so friendly. I’d recommend Albury Manor House for a budget motel stay. And I’d be happy to stay again. Thanks guys
