We booked this as it has an EV charger. However, it was not advertised that an additional fee is required, and it wasn't mentioned to us when we checked in and asked about it. Only until later the evening when we were out for dinner, we got a call and said they need an additional A$15 to turn it on. Not a big sum but felt like that was only added spontaneously (if you know what I mean). The room was fine but it had a rather strong smell, otherwise was reasonably clean.

Staff cannot give a proper answer to my questions and says I can contact the owner if I want to. Dissaapointing service. The motel is clean, the bathroom and toilet is a bit aged but clean. As far as motor inns go, Winsor is very good. it is in an excellent location. It was easy to get off the Hume Highway to get there and get back on the highway to continue my travels. The room was comfortable, quiet and I even had a bath to soak in. The breakfast basket was handy. I could easily get to the supermarket and restaurants by walking. This was my second stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My car was loaded to the brink and it was safely parked in the shade. There was even an EV charger.

Pernoitamos aqui em 29/12/24 indo para Sydney. Gostamos tanto que mudei minha reserva da volta para ficarmos novamente nesse motel aconchegante. O quarto é amplo e o banheiro também, além de bonito!! A roupa de cama é excelente e as toalhas também! Tem boas amenities! O colchão é ótimo!!! O chuveiro é muito bom! Após horas dirigindo, um bom banho é fundamental! O ar condicionado é eficiente. O wi-fi é bom! O estacionamento é gratuito, mas se chegar tarde pode ter que estacionar na rua. Pedimos um late check-out até às 11h e fomos gentilmente atendidos.

The bed was fantastic and the shower was amazing. The room was clean, however the room had a mold or mildew smell which at first went away when the door and windows were open. We had to sleep with the windows open due to the smell which meant we could hear all the noise from the other rooms. The car parks were all full so we had to park on the street.

We stayed as a pit stop on our way up the Hume and it was really conveniently located. Very easy to check in and the motel called me to confirm arrival time and details. I appreciated having fresh milk for a much needed cuppa! Room itself was clean and well appointed with a dining table and everything you need. It was a hot day and I always appreciate when the air conditioning is already turned on! My only negative was that the shampoo and conditioner dispenser was broken and I couldn’t use it.

Winsor Park was neat and tidy. New bathrooms with fantastic showers. Rooms slightly dated, but still very comfortable and clean. The off-street parking felt secure and was easy to find a spot. The location is ideal as its a short walk to Dean Street for any food or convenience required. I would definitely stay her again.

Clean. Bathroom has been recently renovated to a good standard. Very good shower pressure and great light up full mirror (especially good for make up). Easy walk to main shopping area and pubs and restaurants. Across the road from the Albury railway station which is worth having a look at. (Reportedly has the longest covered platform in Australia!!)

Had numerous safety problems. Bathroom door fell of hinges. Fridge had been turned to defrost with breakfast enclosed so water pouring out onto carpet and breakfast ruined. Stairwell lights to our top floor unit not working at night. Unable to contact staff for help who later informed us they went to the movies.

Great comfortable motel, on the old hwy, but now not a noisy road, well place to the main street of Albury. The people who own it seem lovely and rang us as we had left our good clothes (for a funeral) hanging in the wardrobe - such good service and the averting of a disaster. Will stay there again.

Older style motel, upon entering the room we found a un-flushed toilet and bug on one of the beds. Lack of parking if you go out an come back late at night. If you are staying more then a night be ready to be woken up by the drug effected meth cleaners that this motel employs. No concern for other guests in the next rooms while we were sleeping, with the sign not to disturb on, at 9.30 am all we heard was F.. this f... that for 30 minutes straight. Doors shutting, loud yelling etc just horrible experience. They even had an underage kid with them while they were cleaning the rooms.. Eshey music playing loud on the speaker outside.. Aggressive knocking on your door to tell you that you must check out.. absolutely horrible. 100% junkies. Bad look for business and the owners, just because they work for cheap this looks bad from customers point of view. I would stay away.

Toilet paper nearly out and no spare roll in room. I had to go down to office to get a roll. Continental breakfast not worth advertising. Small milk is not enough for coffee, tea or any of the cereals they gave to me at reception. Also 2 pieces of bread with butter had no jam or Vegemite. Just bread and butter

It is said that breakfast is included, but it is actually a very simple breakfast. they give you two pieces of bread, a small bottle of milk and some butter, jams in small pack after you checked in, and you need to toasted by yourself in your room in the next morning

Check In was easy, I got a welcome breakfast pack toast, cereals & milk...Room was tricky to negotiate, upstairs with multiple levels to walk ...room did smell of old cigarette smoke but was spotless, clean bathroom with full sized bath, overbath shower large rainhead, clean toilet & sink, plenty of towels, bonus ladies makeup removal towel...full compliment of kitchen crockery & glassware, kettle, toaster plus iron and ironboard...very comfy clean bed with nice pillows sleep great ...large room ...price was excellent ...would recommend ...downside highway noise till midnight
