Lopesan Serenity Bay Resort, Spa & Casino - Adults Only

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. We look forward to coming back!

I took my wife here for her birthday, and overall she had a great time, which was the most important thing to me. However, I have to be honest about how frustrating the room situation was. We originally booked Serenity Bay because we wanted a quieter, more relaxing experience. When we arrived, we were informed that Serenity Bay had been overbooked and we were being moved to Costa Bavaro. While the staff told us we were being "upgraded" to a Unique room, that wasn't really the case. We were placed in a Unique room but did not receive the amenities, perks, or benefits that are supposed to come with the Unique experience. Being told you're getting an upgrade and then not actually receiving what was promised was extremely disappointing, especially on a special birthday trip. The good news is that once we got past that frustration, there were a lot of positives. We walked over to Serenity Bay and immediately saw the peaceful atmosphere we originally wanted. The beach was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the steakhouse was one of the highlights of the trip. The staff throughout the resort were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The entertainment was great, there was always something going on, and the property was very clean and well-maintained. Bar service was quick, restaurant wait times were short, and overall the resort offered a fun experience. Check ind var ikke godt, han var ikke meget hjælpsom og ikke særlig venlig, vi fik fortalt at der var børn i adults only og vi kunne klage hvor vi havde bestilt hotellet han var ligeglad, strand baren var ikke åben og der var mindst 2 km til stranden, øl og rene håndklæder fik vi ikke på værelset. Maden var kold i main restauranten. Kommer ikke der igen det er kun 3 stjerner, stedet er flot men det er også det

Empezando por el Check In fueron hostiles y mostraban no tener conocimiento de lo que estaban haciendo. Luego el mismo día que llegué tropece con un tronco de madera que es usado para decorar en el lobby y quería que me ofrecieron llevarme a los servicios Medicos del hotel pero que tenía que pagar por todo así que les dije que No pues me causó inseguridad. Me llevaron a la habitacion (en una silla de rueda) que era al final del pasillo de el 3er piso, pues no quisieron reasignarme una mas cerca y en planta baja Pedí me dejaran la silla de rueda y dijeron que no podian que debia alquilar una Pasé todo mi estancia caminando con tanta dificultad. Fue muy triste porque era mi tercera vez en Lopesan y ahora jamás volvere.

La piscina y la comida estuvieron súper buenas.
