We booked this hotel because of the pool. We were very disappointed because the pool was closed. There seemed to be no effort to correct the problem. Staff were friendly and breakfast area was clean and very organized.

On Sun Nov 5 the elevator wasn’t working so my handicapped husband had to take stairs from the 3rd floor. It was extremely difficult.

I really wanted to get a workout in and the step machine was in poor working condition. I also couldn’t get the TV in there to work. The guy at the front desk said he doesn’t know anything about the equipment in there and didn’t get up out of his chair and try to help me. The workout room was just around the corner from the front desk. Please teach your employees about customer service.

Keurig type coffee maker, shower excellent, Power flushing toilet, refrigerator, very nice breakfast with juices, milk, coffee, toast, pancakes,etc. Parking a little far from entrance for handicap persons, (only two handicap spots near front/main entrance). People very nice.

I checked in my room discovered many things wrong with the room. Refrigerator was defrosting and water was everywhere on the floor, fleas in the bathroom, phone didn’t work and table and phone sticky, remote stopped working in the night, pillows very flat and uncomfortable. I was eventually moved to another room but now I have several payments pending my chase account and will have to work to get one reversed if it’s not automatically fixed. I’m so disappointed and have no plans of staying here again! I do want to thank Kyren for all his help in trying to fix the matter and make the rest of my stay better.

Room 208 had water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom and it needed to be vacuumed under the HVAC unit. The bed was clean and comfortable. The water pressure and the shower head is wonderful.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the floors/ceiling are not very sound proof. I travel for work and realize there will be sounds from other rooms but this was too much! heard people walking around all night long and could not sleep. The floors were so squeaky you could hear every move someone made above.

Upon arrival I simply was stared at by front desk person. I had to say hello first and stare the nature of my standing in front of her. Once I was able to check in… about an hour later, agent was more personable. My room smelled musty but room looked clean. I asked for room to be sprayed with room deodorizer which front desk person came and did right away. She was kind enough to leave bottle in room in case we needed it again. Overall I felt I overpaid for my room. Hotel needs some updating and/or quality control. Bathrooms look worn with pieces missing on toilet. Mold between some tiles, bathroom door hard to close. TV is old. Should update with a smart tv.

Got in very late and when trying to check-in had to wait quite awhile for someone at the front desk. Front desk person said they couldn't find my reservation even with having the booking confirmation number. I had already prepaid for the room so it was very frustrating to say there was no room booked for me. Had to book another room, at a higher rate, and use card again so basically paid for a room twice. (Hopefully will be refunded for one of the bookings!) The room was fine, beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. Outside of the issue when trying to check-in, everything else was good overall.

I was not overly impressed with this hotel. The front desk person was not very friendly. We could hear the person in the room next door repeatedly play the same cords on a guitar for a good 30 minutes at 10p. When that stopped the person above us arrived and we could hear every step they made back and forth for 45 minutes. The room had a weird odor when we opened the door. I was disappointed with the stay and won't be returning.

The property was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was not helpful at all. I asked several staff members a question and they didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Our bed was not made one day. I had to go to the dining area to got more cups for the room.

Really nice, would stay again for a quick trip. Would not recommend if you are looking for a scenic location (though why you’d do that Indiana, I’ll never know!) but it is mostly surrounded by gas stations and shopping and fast food
