The room/ staff / breakfast and AC were excellent. Very clean. Only put of they was the swimming pool. The pool and jacuzzi were so cold my kids and I were disappointed and had to find other ways to keep them occupied in the evenings.

The staff was welcoming and respectful. The view from my room was amazing, I overlooked the pool,casino, and Mt. Charleston covered in snow. The happy hour was a Hugh hit! Terrific piano player along with complementary wine ,beer or non alcoholic choices. Cookies were also offered along with a place to purchase water, snacks etc. 24 hours.

The pool was under construction. Did not know until we checked in. Offered us to walk to the hotel down the way to use their pool. We got a ton on the 4th floor and the elevators barely work

Had a comfortable stay here for a long weekend. Quiet and clean hotel, Free breakfast in the morning and Coffee and water at the front desk all day. Friendly and nice staff. Would stay here again 100% Only downside is the pool was being remodeled so no hotel pool.

We were not informed before or during check-in that the pool would be closed for 4 weeks. In fact, in the "info" they gave us with breakfast times, wi-fi code, etc.- the pool times were listed. We only learned of the closure after our children wanted to use the pool. We asked for a refund and to check out and were told that we\'d have to talk to management the next day. The pool was one of the only reasons we chose this hotel. We ended up calling the 24 hour Comfort Suites number and after some hassle, checked out and moved to a different hotel.

I have been staying at comfort inn and suites for years and never have I ever had such a poor stay. Our room was dirty with hair in the tub and the floor outside the tub. The bathroom smelled horribly of sewage Gasses and apparently it couldn’t be fixed though we do not believe anyone actually checked on it. I should also mention that the mattresses are outdated hard spring mattresses that are extremely difficult to sleep on. I will say the area is pretty nice and the staff was great but I couldn’t in all honesty say I’d ever stay here again.

Sadly we had cockroaches in our room. That is horrible. Especially when you consider that we slept on the 4th floor. So no one could have come in quickly through the entrance area.

Our room was not cleaned. I had to clean the room myself. At our check out, ´we got back $50 refund thru Expedia. I’m waiting for Expedia to refund my credit card. The hôtel needs a new facelift.

had 2 separate bookings due to last minute change of plans. Booked the same room type but that didn't work out. Had to switch rooms anyway and the one room didn't have a freezer in the fridge which I needed, was next to the elevator which was a little bit of constant noise. Also the ac was rickety and necessary to have the fan on all night since the pool rules were not enforced and people were talking loud til way after midnight. So one room was great and the other not so much. Breakfast was good with hot eggs and meat. Staff was great.

We had a room in the 420's. Apparently they are quite effected by the noisy air conditioning (or something else) on the roof directly over those rooms. It was a thrumming noise that even conducted through the walls and bed, so that you were subjected to it all night! I got no sleep. The lovely staff kindly moved us to the 3rd floor for our subsequent nights. Much better, even though you hear the people above you walking around.

The staff we very friendly. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of waffle mix about an hour into breakfast our first morning and didnt have any on the second morning. The jets never worked for the spa and the pool lights didnt work the second night. The wifi was out the entire trip. The beds were uncomfortable (even for the teen that can sleep anywhere). Walmart, Target, and seceral ither stored were really close, the neighborhood seemed pretty safe and quiet in the evenings. Felt the room was a little over priced, but it worked for our couple days.

The room we stayed in was so nosey, could not sleep. Room 418 the AC was so loud and the fan on the roof ran all night, it was ridiculous. The hotel itself is nice and clean, the staff friendly, you need to do something about room 418, you can't watch TV because, between the AC and fan

My truck got broken in to while staying there. 620 dollars for a new window. The police told me they were at that property all the time, and their security cameras don't work. The staff did nothing to help alleviate the situation. According to them they have 2 sign in their parking lot that say park at your own risk so it's your problem if you get broken in to. I even called the general manager and left a message. She didn't bother to call me back. I'd tell anyone to protect their personnel property and stay somewhere else.

Terrible Customer Service and the Manager refused to correct the situation. Lack of care and commitment… at check in my key cards would not work and I had to change rooms 3 different times before they could finally get me in… lugging bags, suitcases and other items back and forth and the key card won’t work is frustrating! Then it happened two more times during my stay. I also was forced to take a room that I originally had not booked. I wanted a king suite and they gave me a two double bed room. Again no discount or apology for the switch. I believe Diamond could care less too… she seemed like she didn’t care if they got bad reviews or not. I told her and she said okay do it! Very unprofessional… wow and no wonder the property is lack luster! Oh and there was also hair still in the tub and wrapped around the blow dryer… so gross!!!!

The attentiveness of the front desk staff. The staff went over and beyond to change room due to the noise of the elevator disturbing our sleep on the 1st night of our 4 day stay. Loved the lemon infused water and the daily freshly brewed coffee. Our accommodations were beyond what we expected. The close proximity to the Casino was a major reason for selection of this property.

Brandy was at the front desk and I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life!!!! The woman refused to check me in because she wouldn’t accept my ID. She has a chip on her shoulder the moment I walked in. She then refused to reimburse me since I had already paid for the room. My son and I were forced to sleep in our car because of this Woman and it was late at night. She pretended to contact her Manager, but of course got a hold of no one! Unbelievable!!! I am NEVER returning to this dishonest place again!!!

This is a great place to stay that’s close to so many amenities and within walking distance of restaurants and stores if you wanted. It’s also centrally located to Vegas and Boulder City (Hoover Dam). The staff is friendly and the property is clean and quiet. There seemed to be mostly families staying here so no loud nighttime traffic inside or outside of hotel.

Had a 3 night stay for Thanksgiving and weekend. Everything was great and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good daily with waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, bacon, boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal. Just wish breakfast hours would be extended till at least 10:30 am. Staff cleaned up exactly at 9:30 am daily and put stuff away although people still eating and a lot of hot food was left. Rooms a hotel clean and fresh towels daily. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks to staff who worked Thanksgiving day. Counter ladies very nice and allowed us to check in early too.

For the price I paid I was disappointed to see the hotel not reaching expectations. The hotel is in a great area, but needs an upgrade it’s starting to look older & trashy. Breakfasts area coffee machine broken, the fruit, bagels & muffins were 3/4 empty and never refilled even when there was still 2 hrs until breakfast was over.
