Overall our stay was comfortable. There was the odd issue with water pressure in the room, but it never lasted long. The hot tub for some reason never got hot. Not sure why. The included breakfast buffet was suitable for us and the wait staff was great. For the price this hotel was a great choice for us and we enjoyed our week there.

Was pleasantly surprised!!! Beautiful beach and waves 🌊 right in front… breakfast was GREAT!! Buffet settle with some fresh fruit, yogurt, Mexican options, coffee and juices, exceeded my expectations at such a value price!! Nice rooms most with some kind of ocean view… only bummer was hot tub was always cold… I wish they could hear the hot tub for the cooler Mazatlan evenings… hopefully next time… otherwise would definitely come back!!!

Mala experiencia con mi reservación. se encontraba llena de animales y restos de comida y al pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación, nos dijeron que no podían porque estaban llenos, que lo unico que podían hacer era cancelarnos la reservación o barrer la habitación y por la hora en que Ilegamos, ya no conseguimos otro hospedaje, tuvimos que conformarnos con la barrida. Es muy lamentable ya que es mi primera mala experiencia con ustedes.

The property it self is nice, clean but the room we stayed in was not very clean/nice/good. Our room had long 12” to 16” hairs on the beds and floors Floors were not cleaned as we found nail clippings through out the room The shower lever was loose and fell off ALL THE TIME, hitting me on the foot twice The shower would flood The toilet was loose and would not flush completely always The bathroom sink was clogged The balcony door (sliding) would not lock properly The halls have a musty odor and are dirty as in food, garbage in our floor which was first floor I have a few pictures

Hotel looked decent online and got great reviews but unfortunately we were disappointed. The room we got assigned was dirty, stuff all over the floor and the chair had a gross stain on it so we had to move rooms shortly after check in. The new room was better but the bathroom counter was cracked and it is definitely a little outdated. The housekeeping was a hit or miss, some days it was cleaned decently well and other days there was dirty cups left and the shower wasn’t even cleaned. Breakfast buffet was okay, fresh fruit and juices were great but there was not a lot of options for vegans/vegetarians. Even the scrambled eggs had ham in it. It was very basic and mostly the same every day. There was no allergy cards either so you have no idea what’s in the food. We had some issues with the front desk staff as well and did not find them to be particularly helpful. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Due to the high tides, the beach was washed away and they blocked off the entrance to the beach so you could only access the beach through another hotel. Small inconvenience but not the hotels fault. For what we paid, it was a decent stay but not somewhere we would necessarily want to stay again.

The only positive was the easy walk to the restaurant across the street. The hotel itself was not tolerable. We checked out after one sleepless night. From the small room sizes, that are adequate for an overnight stay but not longer, to mold in the shower, toilet that constantly self flushed and gurgled, to the breakfast that was a shamble by 10 AM when we went down.

El baño tenía piso suelto, solo acomodaban las sábanas de las camas sin cambiarlas ni sacudirlas. Se sentía arena entre las sábanas, solo habia de desayunar durante tres días huevo frijoles y fruta, yo pedí con vista al mar y no me la dieron, cambiaban el wifi constantemente, las botellas de agua nos dijeron que solo el primer día, NO VUELVO a ese hotel

The good stuff about this hotel is the building and pool are super nice. The bad part is the car garage is way too small for anything bigger than a small sedan. We ended up scratching our truck trying to make it into the parking garage. Our shower leaked water into the main bathroom floor and would make its way to the room’s door. There is NO REFRIGERATOR OR MICROWAVE in the rooms which I thought was crazy! Over all I will never consider staying here again. There are plenty better options in the amazing city.

La estancia en general fue cómoda, y el que sea pero friendly es un gran plus, el desayuno incluido de igual forma es muy conveniente y los fines de semana muy surtido, respecto el servicio algunos miembros del personal son un tanto hoscos y desconocen temas generales de los atractivos de la ciudad sería un punto a capacitar. Cuarto pequeño, no lo limpian diario ni cada 3er dia (de 1 semana de estancia, ningun día barrieron , por lo menos), el baño no hay ventilación, las paredes estan calientes por el calentador de agua, que por cierto no cae agua fria, solo agua caliente a hirviendo (imagina tener la piel quemada por el sol debido al lugar y que te caiga agua tan caliente). El pasillo de las habitaciones no hay aire acondicionado, mucho menos ventanas! El calor y vapor ahi se siente horrible. El bufet no tiene mucha opcion y se tardan mucho en rellenar las tarjas de los platillos. El servicio de restaurante muuuy lento, amables pero demasiado tiempo para entregar 1 sándwich o unos boneless. La clave del wifi deja de funcionar a la media noche del dia en que te vas, es decir 12 antes del check out, entiendo que este restringido pero de menos que sea hasta el momento que uno hace el.check out. Totalmente arrepentidos de elegir ese hotel, que por ningún lado entendemos como se atreven a decir que tienen un distintivo H, a menos que hayan sido comprado ( corrupción) no entiendo como lo tienen.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and it’s an okay place I guess. Seems worn and in need of some upgrades. Clean enough. The food remains terrible and the cocktails are also terrible. There is not too much within walking distance. The beach is wonderful as is the pool and hot tub. It just needs an update!

La gente de recepción es bastante déspota y grosera, la habitación que me asignaron estuvo horrible, al cuestionar el porque me asignaban una habitación muy mal ubicada y a otra gente que había pagado menor cantidad por la habitación le daban una habitación en mejores condiciones y ubicación y la recepcionista que me recibio me respondió que yo había pagado mi paquete por xpedia....???

Mi experiencia no fue muy grato, al hacer el check in me manejaron de que les había llegado una alerta de cancelación donde fue una total mentiras, me hicieron esperar casi una hora en mostrador hasta que el gerente platico conmigo diciéndome lo acontecido, me dio otra opción pero quise aceptar ya que había hecho mi reservación con 2 mese de anticipación y mi reservación la tenía de una habitación con 2 camas queen size y me querían ofrecer otra habitación con una sola cama king size, iba a un evento y perdí la apertura y llegué tarde a causa de la demora de ellos. Tomen nota, aparte me robaron en la habitación un perfume Chanel bleu, nunca dejen cosas de valor, alhajas, etc, yo de confiado lo deje y sorpresa desapareció por obra del espíritu santo, e hicieron la investigación y me dicen que buscaron en el bolso y locker de la camarera y nada...pero en fin no recomiendo el hotel tacha, he llegado a varios hoteles y creía que en este hotel iba ver diferencia, claro que si hubo. No lo recomiendo por esta razones...

Hotel was good, the food was tasteless, and way too overpriced. Small portions given for the price of the food. Pool is not that big and is one FT size all around, the jacuzzi tub isn’t hot at all. The only thing I liked was how clean it is, and the entrance from the hotel to the beach. Everything else was average, but if you are looking for a hotel that has good food, this one isn’t it. Be ready to pay a lot for something you wont enjoy.
