Beach getaway home w/ pool & BBQ

House was wonderful--very clean and in perfect location for exploring the Vero beach area and beaches. Only problem was with check in as key pad wasn't working properly and help from mgt. was not the best. Once inside all was wonderful!!

Well maintained and clean, would stay again.

Nice stay and will stay there again

Our family loved our stay at Aloe Vero. We relaxed and enjoyed the outdoor amenities. The house was very clean and felt very comfortable and inviting. The host, were also very attentive and checked on us daily to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back and I would 100% recommend.

We are building in Vero Beach and were down to meet with architects and builders all week. Stay was Sat to Fri. Property listing: hosted by "Julie and JB", check-in instructions from management company. House: clean inside, remodeled and painted inside and out. Outdoor area still needs work. Got the belated pool heat email day 2. Tuesday am, 2” deep sewage backup in master shower. Response to initial call: 30+ minutes, assured it would be fixed / cleaned before we returned later. 5pm: Nothing, reached out again, reply at 7pm: will be done by 10. @10pm: tomorrow morning. Wed: Found out plumber not called until 6:45pm Tue. Plumber: septic issue. Assured it would be done before we returned Wed eve. 5pm: Cleaners cleaned house but not fecal matter in shower. 6pm Septic co: pumped tank. Night 2 with sewage and smell in the house. Were assured cleaners would finish Thu before we returned. Thu 3pm: still dried fecal matter in shower. Cleaners came @ 4, we didn't speak the same language so we used translate app to communicate and show them. They were not aware of the issue, apologized and finally scrubbed and sanitized the shower. Our checkout was the next morning and we were ready to get out. If we returned Tue to find fixed plumbing and the sewage cleaned up this would be a different review. 3 days with sewage in the master bath, we closed the door and slept in the other bedroom, no offer of alternate accommodations until resolved. Julie and JB never called us during this.
