Had problems with toilet not flushing let the staff know but the issue wasn’t addressed

The only positive point about this hotel was the location 2 blocks from the basilica and it was clean. Rooms are so small, no where to hang a towel much less your clothes. Literally nothing at all. No vanity to even lay out your toiletries. No amenities, no iron, remote tied to the wall. You can hear every sound. Conversations being held on the first floor from the 3rd floor. You have to turn in your key EVERY time you leave the property. Don't even try and keep it, they will chase you out the door for it.

Well recommended everything super clean, small rooms, but I will kept. No coffee, no breakfast but there’s plenty of coffee shops around.
