The rooms were very clean when we arrived , pool area was very nice and well kept. Breakfast was good, hot and never ran out. Are rooms were cleaned when we returned. The employees were very very nice. Thank to the 2nd shift front desk employee she was extremely helpful and very nice.

Large clean room. Close to the airport but despite advertising airport shuttle service the management refused to honor it after I spoke to him. Asked for water bubbler in gym to be replaced and it wasn’t. Poor water pressure in shower. Eggs were good but need more fresh fruit.

The 24 hr shuttle service is why I booked this hotel but reserving it was handled inefficiently. It's mainly for airline crew. I called twice to reserve the shuttle and the driver still had no idea they were picking me up. The hotel is very clean but there was no bottled water available for guests. The breakfast is fantastic! One morning I had to leave before the breakfast started and the hotel prepared a bag for me without my asking for it.

Overall, this hotel is a gem. Beginning with the friendly/efficient front desk to the cleanliness of the entire facility, we truly enjoyed our 1- day stay. Especially nice was our room: unique homey layout, clean smell and most tidy, comfortable bed, nice granite atonement to bathroom and wet bar, and a separate real closet. Our only dislike was the poor lightening in the bathroom/shower, as well as the lack of shelving in the shower (only a tiny one for toiletries).

Property was clean and parking with a trailer was easy. The property doesn’t offer any medications for purchase, so don’t forget anything. The worst part was the walls in the room and the A/C. There is no insulation in the walls so you hear everything next door. Unfortunately for us, this was a screaming toddler, crying baby and very loud adults. It was not any better when the A/C kicked on as it squealed and bubbled loud enough to wake us up after we could finally try to sleep. Will not stay at this hotel in the future.

We were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. The inside was clean and liked how it was decorated. The only issues were the bed was uncomfortable/hard, the handles on the sink were loose and little water pressure, and the shower door leaked. Otherwise would have given it a 5-star rating.

First of all, I booked the room and I was supposed to have a regular room. They put me in the handicap room. I am 6 foot tall, very active and that was a terrible mistake for them to do to me. Secondly, there was a couple that likes to get up at 4 o’clock in the morning That sucks. Thirdly, you could hear the elevator ding. Every time everybody goes up and down the elevator and now that really sucked so either item number two or auto number three really piss me off but either way I think this is the last time I was staying at that place .

The hotel isn’t really good condition and has a really great layout. Very family-friendly and very welcoming atmosphere. Our family of five stayed over in a suite and it was very comfortable.

Very convenient close to the stadium for graduation. Local stores close distance. The only downfall was most of the staff did not speak English. Breakfast was simple but fulfilling. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Breakfast was terrible, even if there is a boil water notice they should at least get some bottle water or juice boxes. Not sure why but there is no alarm clock in room. Otherwise property was good. We stayed for 3 nights. Every night, the stupid fire alarm went off waking us up. Explanation was "oh, there's something wrong with the system.". Well...FIX IT!!! No housekeeping unless you ask for it. RIDICULOUS!!! I think I paid enough to have daily housekeeping, don't you? Breakfast...well, no orange juice. This the second Choice hotel in a row with no orange juice that we have stayed at. What's up with that? And cold coffee...blah!!!! Last night we were there, 5 bus loads of noisy people checked in. Sounded like they were having wrestling matches above and besides our room at all hours of the night. Got very little sleep....not a great stay.

I read reviews. This said exceptional. I was disappointed. When I arrived with my grandkids, after a 10 hr drive, there was no hot water in our room and we had to change rooms. We showered and went to eat. At the room next to us stood a “lady of the night” waiting on her Beau. The area reeked of marijuana. My grands were like “what is that smell?”. Then came breakfast. Supposed to be a full breakfast. I have never been to any hotel that didn’t offer eggs!! Had sausage and potatoes. I don’t consider that a full breakfast. Lady in there was rude also. Not a hotel I’d stay at again.
