La ubicación es excelente para visitar las Vinicolas de la Sierra de Arteaga. El hotel es hermoso, lleno de detalles del México colonial. Su piscina, su gimnasio, todo en orden. Su restaurante ofrece un Buffet amplisimo y el Chile en Nogada de temporada fue magnífico!

La alberca está helada, esperaría más que esta categoría de hotel ofreciera, alberca climatizada. Todos los huéspedes en la alberca se quejaban de ese detalle

Todo bien accesible, los precios de los alimentos está un poco elevado, pero es muy lindo todo, solo el estacionamiento si dejo mucho que desear.

The hotel is a beautiful property and a charming atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience fell short, particularly with basic guest services and communication. One day, the water was out from 9am until 5:30pm. I couldn’t shower after the gym, the toilets wouldn’t flush, and the hotel provided no accomodations for anything, not even bottled water was provided. Staff kept saying it would be fixed “in one hour," every time i called but it wasn’t. I had to fill bottles at the pool just to wash my hands. Another day, I asked for a room service menu since the QR code in my room didn’t work. I called twice over 1.5 hours and never received it, so I left the hotel to eat elsewhere. When it rained, a large puddle remained in the hallway all day with no cleanup from staff. Housekeeping only replaced one towel after the first night, though they improved the rest of the stay. On my last night, I was told the water would be off from 11pm to 1am. I got up at 3am to prepare to leave the hotel at 5:30am for my flight, and there was still no water. No one answered at the front desk. It finally returned at 5am, and I had to rush a shower with water spraying out intermitently. The nightbefore leaving i noticed the minibar was restocked with items that were not there the entire stay. I advised the front desk to ensure i wouldnt be charged for something i didnt consume. Then upon check out at 530 am they still tried to charge me for the items but after explaining i was not charged.

El agua de la alberca estaba fría y sucia. Fue muy desagradable y no vale lo que cuesta. El botón del elevador no funcionaba. Se tardaron mucho cuando llegamos. Las habitaciones no estaban listas. Tenían champagne para ofrecer y no nos ofrecieron. Me pidieron un depósito en efectivo.

No hay cargadores para autos eléctricos, tuve que ir al Hotel fiesta INN saltillo para cargar batería

Everything was great, service, hygiene, comfort. Two thingsI didn't like at all, was the tiny swimming pool, about 100 cm deep all length it felt like toddlers pool. For the size of the hotel, it can fit maybe 6 people and it feels crowded. The area around it pleasant but also very small. Second thing, no convinient parking. Car has to left on the street or else on a parking lot not connected to the hotel where you have to walk on the side walk out of the hotel and carry your thing all the way cuz there are no cartsyou can take there to transport yout luggage. The parking to access the lobby for check in. Is always full because people park there for they're stay since there is no convinient parking lot.

El hotel se parece muy viejo aunque no lo es, el personal de recepcion te atiende a fuerza como si te hicieran un favor, el botones fue el unico con muy buen servicio. La habitacion pesima, apestaba a cigarro a pesar de haber sido una suite. El baño dejo demasiado a desear y la cama se veia sucia.

Todo bien el cuarto muy limpio solo una toalla manchada pero en general todo bien

Very outdated hotel, very old, a bit uncomfortable.. hard to find electric outlets (none by the bed to charge the phone!) the shower is almost painful the way the water pressure and head worked , service quite bad - hard to get coffee for the in room machine , construction and workers walking by my first floor window all day, wifi very slow, couldn’t make video calls , and worst of all the toilet won’t flush, got stuck every time . Do not stay here .

This hotel was absolutely stunning! I loved everything! The friendly workers, the spacious bathroom and bedroom. The jet tub was a hit with my daughter because she loves bubble baths. Safe neighborhood, beautiful gardens, everything was superb! The only downside is the amount of time it takes to get your security deposit back.

The style is classic but could renew areas to look more modern

Hotel was obviously very beautiful when new, if you like the very elaborate and ornate style, but has not been well maintained and is now very dated and scruffy. I had to change room after the first night because the blackout curtain wouldn't pull and the shower was problematic. Front desk staff are great, breakfast staff verge on rude and really don't care at all; breakfast is supposed to start at 06:00 and they are simply not ready until 06:15 at the earliest. The buffet still wasn't laid out at 06:30 this morning and the manager just blamed a late truck. Given that they charge a lot for breakfast, that's not acceptable. Beds are very comfortable, shower in the second room was OK, but not really hot enough. My colleagues and I asked to speak to the manager about a long-term arrangement, (s)he wasn't available, we never received the promised call back. That was probably just as well, we won't be spending the next 7 months there under any circumstances.

El personal de Recepcioón y personal de Bellboy muy mal capacitados muy incompetentes. La Recepcioón muy poco práctica, mucho tiempo de espera para un Hotel de este nivel bastante desafortunado

Muy desafortunada, la capacitación del personal, la comida de muy baja calidad, la actitud de los cocineros del buffet de desayuno, bastante pobre, igual que la gente de Recepcioón, muy mal, considerando el costo del Hotel

Check in sumamente complicado. Llegamos antes y nos resguardaron maletas, quedaron de avisar cuando estuviera lista la habitación pero nunca lo hicieron. El personal me decía que todavía no estaba lista a pesar de pasar la hora reglamentaria. A las 4pm yo tuve que acercarme al mostrador para preguntar. La habitación no era con vista a la montaña como indica la reserva. Los cajones tenían una falla pero no acudió personal de mantenimiento. Los botones y valet fueron excepcionales, muy amables y de buen ánimo.. Las de check in no tanto y el capital del restaurante por la mañana nisiquiera responde a saludo. Definitivamente al personal le falta mucho para pertenecer al estándar de esta cadena.

El personal de administración no me tomó en cuenta al momento de realizar mi check in me dejaron esperando hasta que un botones preguntó a sus compañeros la recepcionista la cual era la jefa de ellos no me atendió y al darse cuenta de lo sucedido se retiró y puso a otra persona a atenderme

la gente que trabaja en Recepcioón con muy bajo nivel de Servicio, muy poca capacitación, ni siquiera enterados de las cosas más elementales de reservaciones demasiado lento, los cocineros de el buffet de desayuno muy malos con muy mal actitud la comida muy mediocre
