One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at, and I have stayed at many. Everything works, including the gym equipment. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel offers 4 newspapers in morning, which is very unusual, but appreciated for a news junkie who still would rather read a paper than look at a screen. Easy access. Several restaurants nearby.

The hotel charges a flat rate of $18.00 to charge an EV using their level 2 chargers, which is ridiculous and much more expensive than even a Tesla Supercharger. The chargers are not on the ChargePoint network, so I could not see that information until I was already charged the $18.00. I also did not see any signage telling me this fact either. I would not have used the EV charger if I had known. This issue soured my entire experience staying here, and I usually enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn.

Accommodating! We arrive late. Two customers with tows, one a boat and the other a trailer, took up 7 parking spots between them. We had took park in one of the charging parking spots. Full house!

Hotel was clean and welcoming. Good pillows but bed was a little noisy when changing positions. Pool was a good size with plenty of chairs. Breakfast was very satisfying with a nice assortment of fresh fruit. We would stay there again.

I can’t say enough about how much I loved staying at this hotel !! The staff was very friendly and also professional. The entire place was exceptionally clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best I have ever had. Everything was hot, delicious, and included all the optional toppings. They are very dog friendly and even have a well fenced dog park on site. We didn’t use the pool or exercise equipment, but both looked to be clean and nice.

We visit family in Knoxville 2 or 3 times per year, coming from Indiana. We like the location because of easy access to I-75, both to go around Knoxville as well as to return home with little morning traffic on our way out. We always travel with dogs and appreciate the grass, grounds and the small dog park where they can go off-leash.

Came back a little late from a show I was attending and had to park in the bac due to limited parking . okay , no biggie - but all access doors in the back were supposed to unlock with my room key - they didn't !! Had to walk all the way around the building in the dark parking lot , BY MYSELF . How is that safer than doors not being accessible for guest late in the evening ?

Hotel was very clean. Room was spotless. The bed were a little firm for me, but that's just me. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about. But the best thing about this hotel is the people that work there. The check in was AMAZING. So easy and both lady's at the desk were friendly and helpful. Even when I went to drop off my key the same lady at the desk from the night before and she was just as pleasant as she could possibly be. Lots of other hotels nearby but I wouldn't even think twice about staying here again. Wish I could give more then 5 stars.

It was a nice clean room and the staff was very friendly. However, after a long day on the road I was looking forward to a good night's sleep. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the fan on the HVAC system was extremely load and until I shut it off, it was impossible to sleep. Very disappointing.

Our room was spacious and clean, well appointed. The bathroom is very large with a walk-in shower, excellent hot water. Our coffee maker was not working, but maintenance was johnny-on-the-spot and replaced it within 5 minutes. We would chose this property again. The front desk staff was very friendly and had excellent recommendations for local restaurants.

Clean, better than usual breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is about the pillows. They were very , very flat as in no substance. They were squished up into 4 squares on the bed but when flattened were flat and standard sized on a king sized bed.

This is the most customer focused Hampton I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in hundreds of them through the years. Everything in the hotel is focused on providing excellent service. I will stay here every time I travel anywhere near that area or through again.

The property was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast, and that area was very clean and well kept. Upon check in, the woman at the counter seemed a bit 'disinterested', and we even had a hard time hearing her because she was kind of mumbling. But the woman and young man who were manning the front desk the next day were wonderful.

Wonderful stay! We were traveling for a very big concert. The guest staff were all very friendly and accommodating- even given the fact that they were VERY busy. Robyn at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We had questions about early checkin and she made sure that we, along with several others that showed up early had a room ready to go. She maintained so very friendly, professional and patient. Will definitely stay again!

An exemplary breakfast. The tv in both of our rooms had connection problems and kept freezing up. One of the toilets was plugged and it took a while to get a plunger( the person at the front desk was alone but tried their best to get one for us. The beds were super comfortable.

Check in was really quick and being able to do it at 3pm was really helpful for us. Everything seems clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was local and easy to work with and understand. There are plenty of dining options within half a mile as well.

This was the best place we’ve stayed in our three days of traveling. Randy at the front desk was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and his Mickey Mouse watch was a fun detail that made us smile. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having “Welcome, Shannon” displayed on the TV when we entered our room. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the area; what should have been a five-minute drive often took closer to twenty. Overall, though, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.

This is the best hotel ever. Coffe and apple cider available all the time in lobby. Cookies and fruit. Pool was nice size, warm and clean. Rooms clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent. If anyone complains about this place there way to picky and impossible to please.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with comfortable mattress, pillows, and bedclothes. Plenty of towels, and bath supplies. The lobby has coffee and water available all the time. The included breakfast featured a wide variety of choices including omelet, sausages, waffles, fruit, and more. I recommend Hampton Inn!

Not great for dogs. There was a lot of stone mulch, and grass was hard to access. Not very pretty. And breakfast wasn't very healthy. No fresh fruit, no eggs.
