The room was dirty, there were roaches all over. No elevator and we had quite a bit of medical supplies to Haul up to the second floor. Very very loud, people screaming and shaking the walls all night. The “pet free” hotel reaked of dog pee and there were dog bones left on the floor in our room.

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this motel was very disappointing. The outside of the building was pretty dilapidated and while the room initially seemed okay, there were a few problems. I don't know if there is a leak in the wall or something, but after a big rain storm, half the carpet was wet. The TV remote didn't work at first because they have some kind of box that all the TVs operate from and it was really hard to use. The toilet in the room was difficult to flush and there was a lot of water damage in the bathroom on the wall and door. Breakfast was really disappointing and the coffee was awful. The property is also not secure. One of the doors into the motel is not locked, so people can get in without the key card. Yet the pool was locked. Again, I don't like giving bad reviews, but I will not spend my money here again.

The "breakfast" was very sparse. Need to bring your own "do not disturb" sign. The room was clean and functional. The tv and remote were not working well. In fact the previous guests had unplugged the tv since it was difficult to turn it off any other way. There is no elevator, so if you are challenged by stairs, be sure to request a first floor room.

Bathroom sink was dirty, tiny bugs in the bathroom. The "secondary lock" or bolt for the door was broken and loose. The TV remote did not offer a sleep timer option. Curtains did not shut properly. Parking felt unsafe and the entrance is sketchy going past an abandoned builing first with poor lighting and bad pothole filled drive way.

Overall, there were several issues. The website indicated that the pool was still open. It was closed down for the year. The website indicated check-out time was 12:00 pm. We were told it was 11:00 am. The breakfast had yogurt that had went out of date on August 18th, 2024. We had breakfast on September 15th. It was almost a month out of date. When i went to ask for more towels, the gentleman working the front desk was on his phone, had his shoes off and was rubbing his bare feet. There was a picture in our roon that had an excessive amount of dust on it. When we arrived in our room there was clothes in the closet and food in the regrigerator from a previous customer.

First impression: you walk thru the open door cause the automatic door is broken, and the front window has a huge crack in it. Desk clerk said elevator that way so we walked way way down the hall, went back & asked and he said we don’t have elevators. Was very humid in hallways. Clerk told us room 209 so tried key but no so we checked the card holder and it was room 200. Walk in room shattered plastic all over floor due to light fixture falling. Only 1face cloth and towels were thin and scratchy. No tv remote. Can’t figure out how to turn shower on. Did give them 1 star cause the bed was comfortable. Afraid to eat free breakfast as place did not look clean. At check out clerk never looked up never thanked us or asked how was our stay(probably cause he knew what the answer would be). As we were leaving noticed another large broken window where the gym is. All this and it was still same price as other hotels

Disappointed – Not Ideal for Sports Travel with Kids We stayed here for a softball tournament and chose this hotel mainly because it advertised having a pool and laundry facilities—both of which were out of service during our stay. The pool was closed, and the washer/dryer was broken, so we couldn’t wash our daughter’s uniform. These amenities were key to our booking decision, so it was a big letdown. On the positive side, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property felt run down, and most of the other guests appeared to be workers on extended stays. We paid $121 for one night, which felt high given the missing amenities and overall vibe. The beds under the sheets were dirty, the sheets had cigarette stains even though it’s a non-smoking hotel, it said no pets and there was a dog barking in another room, the front sliding door was broken so we had to manually move it every time we walked in and out of the building, the windows in the room were busted and cracked, the rub had dirt in it and the shower wall had water stains.

I was surprised of how clean and quiet the room was especially being next to the interstate. The pillows were fluffy, the mattress was firm but very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of toiletries and clean towels. 10/10

Our room was dirty and smelled like mildew, there were dead bugs on the floor and mold in the ac unit and the bathroom flooded when we showered. Upon bring it up to the manager he told us that that was our fault for booking a handicap room. We then said it stinks and it’s dirty…and he said that’s because it’s a handicap room. He said he couldn’t refund but could show us another room and took us to a room and the comforter was dirty. He then said he would refund us for the nights we didn’t use and let us check out. All and all not impressed. Glad we were refunded but to hold a handicap room to a lower standard is just not right.

Parking was good, the place seem to be clean but there was a over whelming smell of some floral air freshener like they were try to cover something up. The room seem to be clean and updated but a real poor job when updated. There was black mold in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling. Our friend in another room killed to roaches. So if you are look for a okay room for cheap it wasn't to bad.

The place is needing alot of work. Seems like the owner spends his funds on his Truck posted outside the door. There is no real breakfast. They start breakfast at 6 and the entire food is gone by 6:30 and there is no food left. The internet really sucks, the quality of the rooms is really lacking, there is bugs. The bed was large enough but the covers felt very dirty and as if they were damp. Room service is hard to get.

Parking lot was scetchy dark. Back door was broke so you literally could pull the door open. Room was semi dirty. Floors need cleaned! Cable was disconnected from cable box, box was down behind entertainment center, which was full of trash!!! Also cockroaches were found in the bathroom.

The property has absolutely declined from our stay here five years ago. First we will start with the outside - the property has bright lights all over the building and parking lot, which is great for safety. However they were blinking like stove lights. The curtains did not fully stop this in the room. In the room the carpets were filthy and left a dirty film on my feet. The. Bathroom needed handyman service and had a hole in the door. The coffee maker was there but had no plug ins nearby to plug it in. So we went to the "free breakfast" to get coffee. There was no coffee, just an empty carafe and an attendant who wouldn't get up from his seat. They did offer make it yourself waffles however that was it - no fruit, no yogurt, just waffles. They also had a large sign stating that persons were not allowed to take food to their rooms. Not very welcoming or kind for sure. For the price this was horrible and very disappointing. A huge decline from five years ago.

Although you could tell they've renovated this hotel very nicely with paint and new carpet, you could see the patchwork and worn out doors and shower shelves, etc. But other than that aesthetic part, the room was clean and our bed was very comfortable. All the amenities you need as well.

The rooms were hot. The air conditioners were all off and the refrigerator were unplugged. A lamp by the bed had no place to plug it up. Where the plug was supposed to be was just a plate. The clerk seemed irratable and hard to get along with. There were at least three big windows broken. One was in my room. The entrance door was stuck open. That was not very ecofriendly. I paid extra to stay there, but it was not worth it.

Ceiling lights in the room didnt work, we only had the table lamps. Room was LITERALLY 83° when we walked into it at 2am and it didnt get cooler than 75°, the hottest it was during our stay was 91°. We asked for a turn down service from one of the house keepers, and they didnt do it. We had 2 queen size beds for 4 of us, and the room only had 2 body towels. When we went to ask for 2 more towels, they gave us 2 floor mats instead. The bathroom had long straight black hair all over the shower and countertops when we checked in, my kids have curly hair and mine is blonde. And there was crumbs on the carpet that crunched under our shoes upon check in. We asked for a later check out, and they granted it til noon, but at 1130 the manager that granted the extended check out was knocking on our door telling us we should have been out at 11am. Oh and my boyfriend is a flight attendant so he hadnt been home to wash his clothes because we had to leave as soon as he got home from a trip. His clothes were all dirty, and their laundry machines were out of order....
Ceiling lights in the room didnt work, we only had the table lamps. Room was LITERALLY 83° when we walked into it at 2am and it didnt get cooler than 75°, the hottest it was during our stay was 91°. We asked for a turn down service from one of the house keepers, and they didnt do it. We had 2 queen size beds for 4 of us, and the room only had 2 body towels. When we went to ask for 2 more towels, they gave us 2 floor mats instead. The bathroom had long straight black hair all over the shower and countertops when we checked in, my kids have curly hair and mine is blonde. And there was crumbs on the carpet that crunched under our shoes upon check in. We asked for a later check out, and they granted it til noon, but at 1130 the manager that granted the extended check out was knocking on our door telling us we should have been out at 11am. Oh and my boyfriend is a flight attendant so he hadnt been home to wash his clothes because we had to leave as soon as he got home from a trip. His clothes were all dirty, and their laundry machines were out of order....

We checked in and the staff behind the desk were not friendly at all. We got to the room and everything was unplugged, and the tv's remote batteries were dead so the remote wouldn't work and the tv was stuck on college basketball with the volume turned all the way down. I hate watching sports by the way. So my wife, daughter, and I were just sitting in total silence. The front desk gave us new ones that worked. The beds were actually comfortable thankfully. The next morning we woke up early to go have breakfast before we hit the road and we first passed by a cleaning lady who walked out folding clean towels with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. Then we got to the front desk area to get some breakfast, all we found was about 3 bagels and 3 pieces of bread to make toast. There was no fruit left, the waffle making machine was on and hot, but the batter dispenser was empty. I had to ask the manager if there was any more so we could eat something. There was a huge hot plate that completely empty. The coffee was almost clear it was so weak and nasty. The fruit juice was disgusting as well. So we left, gave up and went to McDonalds instead. It was a horrible hotel that we would never stay in again.

Well, the staff on duty was on the phone when I arrived as he was the only one and he was trying to book a crowd of 15 for the next week, so there was a bit of a wait. I was OK with that. I was not thrilled that the TV in the lobby was out of commission and had been for days, per the staff. And sorry, the breakfast was minimal. I arrived at 6:30 and all the potatoes and eggs were gone and when I asked if there would be more, the clerk said that most people were done by now!!!! Almost grudgingly, he whipped up another batch of potatoes and about 7 am, other people came in to eat. I don't get it. The same clerk who checked me in the previous evening was STILL on duty, with no sleep, by the time I came in for breakfast, so perhaps he was just exhausted. Parking was great.

There was a mouse in our room. Called Manager they came into our room looked around said they couldn't move us into another room there was a conference, and all the rooms were booked. He said he would bring Traps never did.

Easy access off I 40, with food and Walmart near. Great breakfast and small gym. I have stayed here on two different trips and plan on coming back. It is quiet, clean with a good staff.

Bathroom sink was dirty, tiny bugs in the bathroom. The "secondary lock" or bolt for the door was broken and loose. The TV remote did not offer a sleep timer option. Curtains did not shut properly. Parking felt unsafe and the entrance is sketchy going past an abandoned builing first with poor lighting and bad pothole filled drive way.

It's right off my route on i-40 west. The front check in desk is open all night for late check in. The outer doors are secured and require key card to enter. They have a decent free breakfast. I consider it great because of waffle maker alone. Great budget stay !

The property has absolutely declined from our stay here five years ago. First we will start with the outside - the property has bright lights all over the building and parking lot, which is great for safety. However they were blinking like stove lights. The curtains did not fully stop this in the room. In the room the carpets were filthy and left a dirty film on my feet. The. Bathroom needed handyman service and had a hole in the door. The coffee maker was there but had no plug ins nearby to plug it in. So we went to the "free breakfast" to get coffee. There was no coffee, just an empty carafe and an attendant who wouldn't get up from his seat. They did offer make it yourself waffles however that was it - no fruit, no yogurt, just waffles. They also had a large sign stating that persons were not allowed to take food to their rooms. Not very welcoming or kind for sure. For the price this was horrible and very disappointing. A huge decline from five years ago.

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this motel was very disappointing. The outside of the building was pretty dilapidated and while the room initially seemed okay, there were a few problems. I don't know if there is a leak in the wall or something, but after a big rain storm, half the carpet was wet. The TV remote didn't work at first because they have some kind of box that all the TVs operate from and it was really hard to use. The toilet in the room was difficult to flush and there was a lot of water damage in the bathroom on the wall and door. Breakfast was really disappointing and the coffee was awful. The property is also not secure. One of the doors into the motel is not locked, so people can get in without the key card. Yet the pool was locked. Again, I don't like giving bad reviews, but I will not spend my money here again.

Overall, there were several issues. The website indicated that the pool was still open. It was closed down for the year. The website indicated check-out time was 12:00 pm. We were told it was 11:00 am. The breakfast had yogurt that had went out of date on August 18th, 2024. We had breakfast on September 15th. It was almost a month out of date. When i went to ask for more towels, the gentleman working the front desk was on his phone, had his shoes off and was rubbing his bare feet. There was a picture in our roon that had an excessive amount of dust on it. When we arrived in our room there was clothes in the closet and food in the regrigerator from a previous customer.

This property looks OK when you drive up, but it is independently owned and the maintenance is absolutely terrible, doors don’t work it should with inside the room. The lights don’t work. The TV doesn’t work. Bathroom door is hideous as a deteriorates and the smell in the room is terrible. Smell of mildew poorly maintained poorly cleaned and there’s an Indian guy hanging out in the lobby that looks bored just standing and doing nothing all day long and another one on the main TV playing James all night long.
