Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing. I originally booked a room for my son and me, but when I arrived, I informed the front desk that my daughter would also be staying and asked to change rooms. I was told this wasn’t possible and was forced to book a second room for an additional €140. The room I originally booked was supposed to have a king and a twin bed, but only had a king. When I asked to see the original room, I was told I couldn’t until I paid for the second room. The airport shuttle was also a major issue. I waited at Terminal 1, Exit 5 for 1 hour and 35 minutes and had to repeatedly call the hotel for updates. The one positive was the two gentlemen who drove us to the metro in the morning. They were incredibly kind and even turned the shuttle around when my daughter realized she had left her AirPods behind. Unfortunately, the poor check-in experience and shuttle service really overshadowed the good!

Good size room and bed, but breakfast was a bit dry, with no baked beans to compliment the scrambled eggs. Otherwise, fine if you like continental breakfast. Helpful staff who did a courtesy shuttle bus for us to local train station.
