We enjoyed an ample-sized two-room suite on Piano 4 which was lovely except much time was required to cool down the room using the temperature controller. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The scheduled airport shuttle was a definite plus; however it is crucial that the passengers reserve a shuttle departure time. It is possible to find a short nature walk nearby and a castello (20 minute walk). Hotel does offer self-service laundry but there is only one washing machine and one dryer.

Stay at the Moxy or Sheraton if you need an easy airport hotel. This is not it. We ended up spending the same or more with taxi prices! Uber was more than a hundred euro each way. Taxi was half that. The “free shuttle” actually costs 24 euros unless you’re in the middle of the day. The pizza at the bar for dinner was ok, but they said it was “impossible” for us to just take it upstairs from the bar. We had to order it from room service so then it had a 50% up charge. Can we get two wine glasses to bring upstairs? “Impossible.” Is there an ice machine? No. Can we have a bowl of ice from the bar? “Impossible.” 4 paper cups with ice that tasted weird. All in, if you can book elsewhere, I recommend that you do.

Room was clean and fit our needs for one night prior to flying out from the Milan airport. Good and reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel and nice bar area! Breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was quite large and had a lot to offer. 1st shuttle to airport is 7:30am so make other arrangements if you have an early flight! Breakfast starts at 6:30am and the hotel was kind enough to call us a taxi to get us to the airport for our 10am flight back to the states.

Ok place. Rooms were clean. The hotel shuttle runs only once every hour also it doesn't start until 7:30 a.m. so if you have an early departure you'll have to pay to go to the airport via Uber, or arranged transportation. Nice restaurant with good food.

This hotel was advertised as 4* and I don’t understand how. The bathroom had lots of black mould, the shower leaks leaving the bathroom floor soaked, the bedroom smells musty, the bedding and towels smell damp and dirty. My socks were filthy after a brief walk along the floor in the bedroom and there were flies in the room. Highly disappointing, even though we were only there for one night, from about midnight to 11am. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, think twice before staying here. I felt like I needed to wash all my clothes and shower after we left.

Clean room and bed but for being a 4 stars hotel bed mattress could be better, also the bathroom is outdated but restaurant is very good staff is very accommodated and I enjoyed the stay, very good if you will going to the lakes area… staff Rachelle from reception was very helpful and friendly… excellent she went beyond with me helping me with a transit ticket!

Da wir kein Raucherzimmer hatten, konnte man nicht mal das Fenster öffnen. Einzige Belüftung im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage, welche sehr schmutzig war. Das Zimmer könnte einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Im Badezimmer waren die Toilette und auch die Armaturen zugestaubt. Der Duschkopf war verkalkt. An den Wänden und den Gardinen waren verschiedene Flecken von Essenresten oder abreibungen. An sich ein gemütliches Hotel und das Zimmer war auch geräumig. Personal war nett und Hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

I did not find the shuttle area pick up at the airport MXP. Building needs paint inside and outside. A kind of bug and a big spider in my room. Grout in the Bathroom tile on the shower cabin was dirty (black) . The shuttle service from hotel to airport was on time and conductor very nice.

Very very nice young lady on reception made us feel very welcome. Pleasant hotel. In the morning the hair dryer popped the fuse and we were in darkness. In minutes a young man arrived to get the lights back on, but also bringing a replacement hairdryer! Excellent customer service. Thank you

Unlike the courtyard, lobby and dining room, the room doesn't meet the level of a 4-star hotel (Fotos look far better). The room, furniture and carpet need renovation, as well as the shower cabinet. The water flow in the shower is weak. Check-in was very efficient.

No AC in room. Even after 2 technicians work on it. Very warm in the room. Had to change room late evening because of noise from adjacent room, very thin walls. Nice staff, tried their best, but didn't resolve the issues.

We booked the hotel for one night, it was cheap and we just wanted a place on the road. The hotel was clean, felt safe. the streets around are very industrial, you can't go anywhere. Most people seemed to stay there for the airport and they have shuttles. The hotel is on the older side, needed an update - but for one night and the price - it did its job. The 3-stars are because when i see 4 or 5 stars i expect to be very happy and get some sense of luxury, this hotel has none of that.

Front/Reception Staff was indifferent & while most of the serving, maintenance & cleaning staff was very helpful & polite. Emmanuel at the check-in counter apparently was never taught how to smile. Maria in the morning did not have our breakfast boxes although we had reserved them with Emmanuell. Nor would she allow me to have a cup of coffee although the machine was on and I had been told at check-in that coffee was available 24/. Finally, we had to pay for our shuttle to the airport 24 euros but the person sitting next to me in the shuttle told me she was not asked to pay. All in all a terrible experience.

The free shuttle bus to the airport is a great service, but we didn't realise how important it is to book spaces in advance until after the reservation was complete. The hotel facilities are very good, and the restaurant staff is extremely helpful. However, the restaurant gets very busy in the evenings and as there is not enough staff the service can be too slow. although the reception staff is very friendly, all the requests I made (a couple of coat hangers, the courtesy bottle of water, etc), which were promptly confirmed, were never delivered. Finally, the cleaning service was disappointing: one day we didn't have a bath towel, the next we didn't get a floor mat, and there were no hand towels on the following day.

The front desk staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. We were 13 minutes early for check-in and they ignored my efforts to get their attention away from their phones, then turned me away to "allow time for the housekeepers to clean the room." No problem.... I am fine with rules, even strict ones. However, 15 seconds later they helped a large group check in who came in after us. Seriously?! Not a great way to treat people when you\'re in the hospitality industry. Yasmine ended up helping us check in and she was delightful and helpful. The other two, whose names I couldn\'t see but it was a man and a woman, give the hotel a bad name.

It's an airport hotel and it feels like one. If you need it as a convenient place to stop over for one night to work with your flights, it's fine. It's a little farther than the airport than we thought it would be but the shuttle was easy enough to use so that was helpful. Nothing was terrible, nothing was fantastic.

In the middle of nowhere nothing around ! Train station is a good 20 minute walk on a road with no sidewalks, Uber ride to train station is at least 16 euros no restaurants close by no convenient stores , just the hotel ! Good for quick turnaround hotel close to airport with shuttle . Walls very thin you here everything in other rooms and corridors

The hotel was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the space, the quality linens and towels, and good bath products—it felt like home after traveling through different cities in Italy. I also enjoyed the dining, everything we ordered was perfect! One inconvenience I had was the access to the hotel. I called the night before to ask whether I needed to arrange a taxi from the Somma Lombardo train station and was told taxis would be available outside. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were no official taxis—only a couple of local drivers with small cars that couldn’t accommodate our luggage. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite long, which made things difficult. Thankfully, a kind local helped my family and me get to the hotel safely. The staff at the lobby were nice and helpful when we arrived, I’m unsure about the misinformation on the taxi situation.

Airport shuttle was great - picked us up and we scheduled an early shuttle on return. Outside their regular shuttle hours so we had to pay $27 Euros but it was great! The breakfast bar was excellent. Dinner was ok at the resturaunt.

I travel through Malpensa quite a bit and so I have experienced many of the airport hotels. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was reasonably friendly at the front desk, but not particularly warm and inviting. The hotel is in good condition. The night I was there the restaurant was understaffed and it caused a great deal of stress for everybody involved. Breakfast was good. The shuttle service is definitely a very positive amenity.

I very, very, much appreciate the staff solving a reservation issue that arose at check-in. My only suggestion for improvement is this -- when making the reservation, you can not see what "Half Board" really entails. We had an unpleasant surprise with respect to dinner cost, but that was far overshadowed by the Staff's willingness to change a non-refundable reservation.

We really wanted to like this hotel. The whole place seemed nice until we went in to our room. The bathroom wasn't very nice. Most all of my complaints would be cosmetic. The bed was ok, nothing great. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was late but we still arrived in good time. The restaurant and bar area was probably the highlight. They surprisingly served really good food. The breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from.
