Please be aware that this hotel does not offer left luggage facilities. It is only a 2 minute walk to terminal 2 which was a good point other than that average hotel basic rooms and service

Perfect place to stay. Really comfortable beds (including sofabed-3 of us in room), convenient for departures or arrivals, clean, decent food and drinks available. My only complaint was the incessantly loud music blasting everywhere in public areas. There needs to be more quiet places to sit and relax.

Overall pleasant hotel for a short stay. The parking is very limited and they were out of parking spots when we arrived. After 10-15 minutes of back and forth they found one last spot for us. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok for the price. Location is great before or after the flight as it’s next to terminal 2. There is a warehouse behind the property and it became very noisy in the middle of the night.

Easy to get to. The staff were pretty good. The lady at the bar was a little grumpy. But she was probably tired. Clean and convenient. I wish there was a gym. But all in all fair for the cost.

Great spot for a quick overnight. Perfect location to each terminal. Free shuttle bus right across the street from the Moxy. We arrived at Terminal 2 and it was a three minute walk to the hotel. Food was a bit pricey but convenient. It’s not a full service restaurant but more like fast food choices.

The hotel is very up-to-date and modern. The room was clean and very well designed. The only caveat is that the lights all work in unison. There are no options for setting light settings for a relaxing mood. Bathroom was clean and provided towels, soap and shampoo. Behind the Front Desk there is a Bar/ Restaurant which provides food & drink. The food was good and fresh and the turnaround time was not too long after placing the order.

Location is fabulous and so easy to get to from Terminal 1. Hop on a free airport bus and ride for a few stops to Terminal 2 and walk across the street and you have arrived. Friendly check in, excellent English skills, clean, comfortable room with very comfortable bed, great buffet breakfast where they will make your eggs if you ask and dairy free, gluten free options. Helpful when we needed extra towels we received them minutes later.

Great location - 3 minutes from rail station and 3 minutes from arrivals and departures. Hotel is well designed with bar area in reception serving good basic meals and snacks. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are simple but comfortable with a good shower. The bed and bedding were good quality and comfortable. Room cleanliness could be improved. The horizontal areas, such as the bedside table had a build up of dust that was undisturbed for some time. I would have preferred the floor to be a hard surface which could then be easily cleaned - the carpet fitted means you have no idea how clean it is or when it was last cleaned.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower drain would not drain and I was left with submerged feet during my shower. Additionally, the room air conditioning was weak even at high power, and the lobby bar (inside) had an excess of mosquitoes. It was fine for one night near the airport.

Hotel was ok, but AC did not work well enough to adequately cool the rooms. One of them dripped water all over the floor. Shower had a curtain and bathroom got completely wet. Moxy Milan Linate is much better.

The hotel was extremely noisy. The people above us were banging and jumping on the floor well past midnight and again at 530am. I couldnt find a phone to call the front desk. No waters and no fridge in the room. Food was ok.

The room was clean, smelled fresh, but had carpet, and so was dusty; carpet is always a bad choice for rooms. Staff were great! What stops it getting five stars for me was the lack of a power outlet on my wife’s side of the bed!!! I can remember the last time I was in a modern hotel that didn’t have power outlets on both sides of the bed.

The location was perfect, right across Terminal 2. The ambience is hip and fun, with modern design and lighting. We had fun playing the foosball in the restaurant. The food and drinks were kind of pricey, but we would have paid the same if we walked to the airport cafes. The room was very comfortable and quiet, we did not hear any plane noise at all. The design was modern and fun. The thermostat was not working though, we tried to adjust it but it would go back to the previous setting, so it was kind of too warm.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes WLAN, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Terminal 2 entfernt. Nachts hat man teilweise die Flugzeuge beim Start gehört. Ansonsten alles super.

We stayed at the Moxy Milan Malpensa for 2 nights at the beginning of our Italy trip and then again the last 2 nights of our trip, October 2024. The staff are wonderful, accommodating of guests and have a great deal of knowledge about the area and transportation options. There is a bar in the lobby with food options and a full breakfast available at a reasonable cost given the variety of food. The Chef in the kitchen for dinner choices does a great job. The price point of the Moxy is good and more affordable than the hotel located in the Malpensa airport. The gentleman who checked us in on our first stay was helpful and kind. Barbara and Cristina were friendly, professional and great over both stays. Service exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

room was cancelled prior to check in - my daughter arrived at 4 am - after booking the room on Expedia under the terms “pay at hotel” after a long night of travel she was greeted by an aggressive and rude man who stated he had cancelled the room and would need to check if he still had one . After locating a room, he then preceded to state that the eftpos machine was not working and couldn’t take payment . His stress and attitude were not what my daughter needed at 4:30 am !!! He then advised her to go and get cash if she wanted to stay . Absolutely appalling - unprofessional - and made her feel unsafe

The hotel was great; very convenient as it was close by Terminal 1 at Milan Malpensa airport. The facilities are very well maintained, the breakfast had lots of options and it was delicious. Staff was very friendly; they could do a better job when checking in as they took a long time with each guest. I would assume that most people that stay at this hotel are flying back home the next day after a long trip, which was our case. All we needed was to get to our bed and be well rested for a LOOONG trip back home the next day. Unfortunately the lady at reception took a long time to check us in only to send us to the farthest room she could find which, to our surprise didn’t exist! So we had to go back to reception and get another room.

We declined purchasing the breakfast option on the advice that the 24-hour bar would be sufficient only to be told in the morning that they had run out of most breakfast items - only leftovers and coffee.

This property is right next to Terminal 2 at the Milan Airport. It can be reached via the loop shuttle bus. The staff was super nice and accommodating. If you need to be close to the Milan Airport, it's a great choice. There's a bar and small restaurant in the hotel, the food was surprisingly excellent. The Milan Airport is close to nothing. However, there's a train station right across the street that takes you most places that you'd need to go, including Milan city center.

The staff were really lovely and the room was clean. However there are numerous unnecessary lights in the room, for example around the aircon - which stayed on all night and lighting under the bed which came on whenever one of us turned over . Didn't sleep at all. Also the food was terrible. Wouldn't stay again or recommend.

El hotel es moderno y está muy cerca de el aeropuerto T2 y del trasporte a Milan. Mi mayor pega La cama de 150cm para mí madre y para mí. Me hubiera gustado que fuera dos camas. El desayuno completo y muy bien.
