Very overpriced given hotel undergoing renovation and our room was dated. Noise from utility workers who were staying at the hotel. Rude. Loud when going to their rooms at night and they all seemed to let doors slam at 6 am when leaving. One of two elevators in service.

Got there and was told I had one room when I paid for two. The room was very dusty from renovations and when I tried to get a shower the water never got hot on the 5th floor.

This property is under construction. The Desk staff was were pleasant and friendly. Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The construction (jackhammers and power drills were too noisy to hear anything.)

My room was clean, and staff was friendly. My complaint is that there was no hot water! After an 18hr day I just wanted a hot shower and that didn't happen. I notified the front desk, and they were willing to adjust my room rate, however since I booked thru Expedia, they could not do that. They admitted that they have a hot water issue during some of the renovations. I was frustrated to pay full rate and get ripped on what I was looking forward to. Overall, other that no hot water everything was fine.

The stuff of hotel is very helpful. The location is perfect fitting our travel purpose. The bkfst is pretty good. But the WiFi is a joke. My iPad can link to hhoner WiFi, but can’t connect to internet. I have tried in the lobby and room. Both location is the same. A side note is facility is under going remodeling of hotel rooms. I did not see this when booking. Although there is a note on elevator door allowing refund for canceling reservation, but since we were already there it’s too late to cancel. Newly remodeled bathroom leaves dust on the furnitures.

Where do I even start. Booked two of the large king suite rooms. Total was $279 per room. Was traveling from Florida and after 800 miles of driving, we were ready to relax. The hotel said they were overbooked. They stuck me in a handicap accessible standard queen room, and the other person in my party in a standard queen room. Said the cost of the room was the same as the large king suite which of course makes ZERO sense. No refund. So i paid for 2 rooms and didnt get them. The toilets in both rooms had fecal streaks in the bowls and one had urine all over the bowl. Front desk said they had an issue with housekeeping. The regular queen room had pubes in the shower. PUBES. Its obvious that the bathrooms were never cleaned. People slam their doors all night. Yelling at thier kids up and down the hallway. It was just an overall terrible stay and terrible experience. Plenty of other hotels that are cleaner and better condition. This place was amongst the worst places ive ever stayed and they ripped me off on the rooms.

The shower is out dated with rust spots. No shampoo in the shower containers. The drain in the shower was backed up and below the sink was a hole in the wall that was fixed by pushing in a plastic bag to fill the hole. All pillows were soft pillows and overall cleanliness was below average

I've stayed here a few times. It's a good stop for it's location, but the building is starting to get a little older and in need of repair in a few spots. The bathrooms could be cleaner, for sure... Not a fan of mold, soap scum and hair in the showers. Had a couple times where the room didn't have hot eater. The Texas Steakhouse next door is pretty terrible, too. Probably eat elsewhere.

Our room did not have hot water on the first day. The shower had mold, and the bathroom ceiling was covered with what looked like dried snot. Staff was nice and did get hot water fixed but we had to take quick cool/cold showers on first day.

This hotel is undergoing renovations, which is fine, but it is not fine to have a filty hotel. We walked into our room, the bathroom was filty and there was a layer of sticky scum on all surfaces. The door was dirty, and got my white shirt streaked with black grim. We asked for a different room, and the room we got was not much better, but doable for 1 night. There were dirty foot prints and handprints all over the floor and walls, especially in the elevator. Would never stay there again. Reminded me of a Motel 6. Terrible

Stay was fine but we were shocked by the size of the bathroom. We’ve stayed at so many of your hotels and never have we encountered such a small, almost impossible to unpack in, bathroom. It was clean but unfortunately, it was not very comfortable to use. Also, there was an odd smell when we entered the room but it wasn’t terrible. Everything else was fine.

Our room was dirty, like the kind of hotel where you don’t want to walk barefoot in your own room. The musty smell every time we walked in was awful. It was humid feeling despite the AC running. No fan in the bathroom and the gross stains in the tub had my kid showering in her crocs. The room was also tiny, we had a double bed room and you couldn’t sit at the little desk and be able to walk past. We had to get our keycard reprogrammed twice, just stopped functioning. I bought a snack bag of Doritos from the little convenience stop, paid $3.00 and tossed them they were too stale to eat. Overall not a good experience. The only good was that any interactions with staff were always pleasing, very kind and friendly.

We ended up having them cancel our reservation because they had no CLEAN rooms available. They had empty rooms that showed as available to book, but they were still dirty from the night before. They had construction happening and for some reason that would have caused housekeeping to go into overtime, which they would not allow. They assured that we would receive a refund but that hasn’t happened. We also used all our keys cash so that was wasted. The front desk person, Donna, was awesome, none of this was her fault. After attempts to get in touch with management she finally heard back from the youngest/newest manager-Jazmine- who called other hotels to see who had availability. Very disappointed in losing our $150 plus keyscash as well as the balance on our credit card. Don’t recommend this location!!

Anthony at the front desk was second to none!!! He addressed our current stay and also handled another booking that was made by mistake. He was very helpful and professional. More staffing such as Anthony is needed. He is a great representation for your hotel!!

The traffic and roads were rough traveling home so we decided to book a room here. The front desk clerk was wonderful and super friendly and very informative. The location was great as we walked to the adjoining parking lot for a steak dinner. Gas station within walking as well. Well stocked convenience area in lobby. The breakfast was great and unexpected as it was a weekday morning. Staff was attentive and made sure the items were properly set out and changed out. It definitely brought the needed calmness to the madness of traveling. Thank you staff!!!

I checked in, was given a room number and keys. When I got to the room, the keys would not work. It was just me and my three kids, so I asked housekeeping if they could let me in so I could get my kids settled and then go down to the front desk to get the key situation resolved. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with guests who were already in their room. When I went back down to the desk, she asked my name again and said, sorry I was one room off. Not only was I mortified, but the other guest’s privacy was compromised. I find this to be extremely unacceptable.

Noah and Heather were great in accommodating our stay. We had a terrible experience at Days Inn, which was a substandard motel with no guests. Noah and Heather understood our dilemma and provided excellent service. I wish I could say the same about Travelocity.

Their systems were down so they couldn't recover my Expedia reservation. Got a room however they still took my credit card info.. all written down on pieces of paper! Even though my reservation was prepaid. No hot water in the room! Outside there were 1000's of cigarette butts everywhere along with garbage. When I checked out their systems were still down so im concerned I'll get double charged. Front desk receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Even though my reservation was prepaid. No hot water in the room! Outside there were 1000's of cigarette butts everywhere along with garbage. When I checked out their systems were still down so im concerned I'll get double charged. Front desk receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Arrived at 3:30am after traveling all day exhausted. Greeted exceptionally by Jacob who went the extra mile by offering us an extra hour stay to catch up on sleep. Beds and comforters were cozy, towels supper soft! Will definitely stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I felt safe staying there. The breakfast was exceptional, fresh, clean and the staff made sure the meal was hot and plentiful. The lady maintaining the area even greeted me with a smile and a good morning, Nice.

The traffic and roads were rough traveling home so we decided to book a room here. The front desk clerk was wonderful and super friendly and very informative. The location was great as we walked to the adjoining parking lot for a steak dinner. Gas station within walking as well. Well stocked convenience area in lobby. The breakfast was great and unexpected as it was a weekday morning. Staff was attentive and made sure the items were properly set out and changed out. It definitely brought the needed calmness to the madness of traveling. Thank you staff!!!

Hampton Inns are generally consistent for comfort, and this property was no exception. However, there was an odd, mechanical smell in the entry and corridor of main floor rooms (not in the room, thank goodness) — sort of a mixture of diesel and machined metal. I’m very sensitive to smells; it was there when we arrived and when we checked out the next day. We stayed at a Hampton Inn in Dobson, NC the week prior, and the breakfast was far superior to this location. Here, the oatmeal was undercooked and watery, and the ‘sausage’ was fried lunch meat. On the plus side, check-in was easy and quick, and all staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient.

We were disappointed in the lack of hot water (and the function of the shower head/s) for our showers. The breakfast rated below our usual experience when we stay at the Hampton Inn. I poured a water from one of the pitchers at the breakfast and there was a bug in it.

Place needs serious reno. Breakfast was horrible and disgusting. I couldn't even drink the water coffee. Lots of items were missing and I asked the lady who was responsible for the breakfast area and she was on the phone all the time and rolled her eyes when I asked for some butter. I also was charged USD$75 without my consent. I just found out in my credit card statement. I don't even know what that is about ! I Stay away from this place.

The breakfast food options & coffee were great.. beds & pillows were comfy. Bathroom was clean. The upholstered desk chair in the room could stand a good cleaning. But was still a good experience. Could walk to a few restaurants which was convenient.
