Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was small but well laid out. The staff were helpful and the cleaning service was great. The hotel also offers free coffee and donuts which is a nice addition. It would be nice to have chargers and lights on both sides of the bed for when two guests stay. Would stay in this property again. Akasaka-Mitsuke is a wonderful area to stay in will great restaurants and easy to get to Shinjuku as well as Ginza.

お部屋の広さや設備の充実さは良かったですが、バスルームのちょっとしたカビや匂い、トイレと床や洗面台との間のホコリだまりなどお掃除の粗さは気になりましたが、普通に使う分にはまぁいいかとそれほど気にならない程度なので良かったかなと思います。カーテンのスキマがないことは嬉しかったです！ ロビー階のコーヒーや夜のドーナツも嬉しかったです。朝食のエクセルシオールもホテルから自動ドアで行けて便利でした。 トータル良かったです。

Yes the rooms were on the small side, but it was absolutely fine for 2 people. Beds were really comfy and fairly big for the size of the room! Cleaning staff were great and also reception! Great touch of afternoon cookies and pastries to have for free and also 24hr coffee/tea facilities. Literally a 2 minute walk to a metro line which has 5 lines going to/from it, making travel across the city very convenient. Lots of dining options around the hotel and also a lot of combini stores which all have ATMs if needed. Would 100% return for our next trip!!!

The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The lobby is welcoming and equipped with good coffee and on one night, they offered donuts. The room was super small and quite warm. We sweated easily. Still, it was quite spotless! We wiped down a few areas and no dust was to be found. We have allergies so this was a big plus. The toilet seat cover was broken, but fine otherwise. I'm not sure what happened, but we never got water. Maybe it's not offered, but our other hotel offered us free water daily and always packed towels and coffee/tea packs (though this hotel had good coffee at the lobby). This hotel also had one news channel in English so that was appreciated. Excellent location near 3 trains (Akasaka station has a Harry Potter themed display), Bic Camera, several Family Marts/7 Elevens, etc and restaurants. I would recommend if you don't mind the size.

A 1 minute walk from the underground, and so many shops and resteraunts within walking distance. Also a 7-11 3 minutes down the road. Only con was they don't have the ac on during most months and I found the room was very hot. They provided us with a small fan which helped. We will definetly stay here again on our next trip. Free coffee in the lobby which was delicious. And free donuts every night. There's also a great cafe in the building.

Everything was great, staff let us check in early. Really appreciate it. The complementary breakfast was pretty sad. The breakfast sandwichs are not full but the coffee drinks were amazing.

Superb location in the centre of Toyko. Easy access to the Akasaka-Mitsuke metro which can take you all over the city. Room was lovely and the bathroom more spacious than others I've had in Tokyo (and London). Breakfast is by coupon to the attached cafe. A small but servicable breakfast, I enjoyed the ham sandwich and caffe latte. But I still needed more coffee afterwards - luckily the hotel has an espresso machine in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. For a Tokyo hotel, it was spacious and comfortable for two people and a lot of luggage. The free breakfast was delicious and a nice start to the day. You could select a sandwich or toast and a drink with an egg. Other items were available for purchase. I would definitely stay here again.

Sengen var bra, men rommet hadde ellers lav standard og føltes ikke rent. Kunne se flekker og sånt på veggene og enkelte ting på rommet. Var og svært lytt og kunne høre samtaler fra folk i gangen. Det eneste positive var plasseringen som egentlig var ganske perfekt.

It’s clear they tried to revamp the room, but the bathroom had seen better days with worn away caulking and some signs of rust (or maybe mold spots?) on the top of the door frame. Soap residue streaks that wouldn’t come off were visible in the shower even after wiping with a wet one. Bedding blanket had seen better days with stuffing somewhat clumped together. Room is tiny, which is completely expected in a lot of places in Japan, but the layout with the bed against a wall and no space to leave our luggage open made it feel extra tight and difficult to navigate for two people. Most of all, we didn’t know prior to arrival that their AC system would be switched to heating. A few of our days were around +20 and coming back to a tiny stale room air made it very uncomfortable. (Being from Canada, this was t-shirt and shorts weather to us.) A fan was present but there’s only so much a fan can do. After two people showered in the morning, the room felt like a sauna and we wanted to leave as soon as possible. It made for a less than enjoyable space to want to relax and recharge in the evening. We would not stay here again.

Great location. Kind staff. Complimentary donuts and coffee machine in the lobby are nice to. However, the building is centrally heated in winter. There is no way to set it in your room. We went in Nov, and it felt too hot. At least the window to our room could be partially opened.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Staff and location was great. Had a western style breakfast at the hotel as part of my package. Lots of options to eat within 30 seconds of existing hotel. Metro is a few minutes away. Neighborhood has lots to offer. Only con was my room had zero view. It had a film on it so limited natural light. Bathroom is tight but otherwise a very comfortable stay. CNN only English channel.

Overall, a very good stay with B Akasaka-Mitsuke. The bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure good, and amenities appreciated. It's very close to a local train station which makes getting around convenient, and plenty of restaurants and convenient stores in close proximity. It would have been nice to have some additional outlets (there were only two and one was in a far corner) and we would have liked a window with a bit more nature light (the window was a thick, textured, frosted glass so not a ton of natural light was let in). The staff was very nice and were able to answer what few questions we had. As with the other hotels we've stayed at in Japan, I would have liked coffee in the room [instead of having to go downstairs for it] but that's a mild inconvenience. I'd happily recommend the hotel to others.

It’s clear they tried to revamp the room, but the bathroom had seen better days with worn away caulking and some signs of rust (or maybe mold spots?) on the top of the door frame. Soap residue streaks that wouldn’t come off were visible in the shower even after wiping with a wet one. Bedding blanket had seen better days with stuffing somewhat clumped together. Room is tiny, which is completely expected in a lot of places in Japan, but the layout with the bed against a wall and no space to leave our luggage open made it feel extra tight and difficult to navigate for two people. Most of all, we didn’t know prior to arrival that their AC system would be switched to heating. A few of our days were around +20 and coming back to a tiny stale room air made it very uncomfortable. (Being from Canada, this was t-shirt and shorts weather to us.) A fan was present but there’s only so much a fan can do. After two people showered in the morning, the room felt like a sauna and we wanted to leave as soon as possible. It made for a less than enjoyable space to want to relax and recharge in the evening. We would not stay here again.

The free breakfast was delicious and a nice start to the day. You could select a sandwich or toast and a drink with an egg. Other items were available for purchase. Perfect hotel which was clean with very friendly staff at your needs. In addition, transport was very convenient also which was less than a 2min walk to the train station (Ginza Line). Lastly many nearby shops including massages, restaurants and convinenenace stores to get lost in.

We enjoyed our stay, the staffs were very courteous, the room we had was positivity interesting and comforting to stay. The cleaning services did a pretty good job cleaning and replenishing things, at no time we felt we were disturbed at any time and day. It is the best hotel that is located with many many restaurants and Konbini nearby, the main street in front of hotel is vibrant at night, there is very very very low noise level (other hotels nearby would endure lots of noise due to people talking outside and loud music blasting from restaurant/shop). Overall I’m about very happy with our stay in this hotel.

Great spot for duo travelers. Room is small but serves its purpose. Area is quiet and only a few steps away from the nearest metro station which is so convenient! It is central to all the main stations. Nightlife is nice with many nearby dining options. Very satisfied with our stay :)
