Fint hotell. Eneste ulempen var at det var trangt i parkerings kjelleren.

The bathroom was unclean and had a damaged bath tub, the shower head was unable to stand up! There was building work next door and the plug sockets were plug type c which would have been better communicated as we had to ask for a replacement. However the staff were very helpful

Ubicación es buena. El baño es miniatura. El cuarto es cómodo. El refrigerador olía a queso añejo, lo reportamos y lo solucionaron al día siguiente. Estuvimos 9 días y solo 1 hicieron limpieza, creería que podrían reducir su política y hacer una limpieza cada 3er día (no 1 cada 4)

Clean lodging. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Great location! Staff is SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Would definitely stay here again!!

Our first time in Paris and I booked this based on such positive reviews and it worked in our favour! We arrived in Paris via EuroStar so this was only a 15 min taxi (in traffic) ride. A quieter area, but very close to grocery stores and little restaurants! The kitchenette was a game changer. We purchased meals including heat at home, eggs etc and it was fully stocked with utensils such as cutlery, knives, plates and bowls etc We did lay for room service for one day on our week long stay but they were quit prompt. I found the staff friendly, greeting us each and every morning and evening! The room itself was spacious and clean, the bathroom was small but it did the job! We stayed in Jan during Winter and it was well heated. I would stay here again!

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación,varias estaciones de metro cerca,tiene super cerca,la cocina esta bien equipada,tiene microgondas,refri,utencilios de cocina,estufa,nesspreso.los cuartos muy limpios pero no te hacen el aseo del cuarto solo te dejan una escoba y trapeador para que tu lo hagas y te preguntan si quieres toallas limpias.El baño muy pequeño pero el hotel es ideal si quieres llegar solo a dormir y a pasear por la cercania del metro

Wir sind bereits am Morgen angekommen und waren sehr müde von der Reise und wollten einfach alle eine Dusche nehmen. Xavier von der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, so dass wir vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit in unser Zimmer konnten. Er hat uns das ermöglicht, was wir brauchten. Der Aufenthalt war dadurch automatisch positiv. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Xavier ist ein Hotellier, wir er im Buche steht.

Very convenient location and the apartment was very clean (though small, it is Paris, after all).

Everything was all right, but the bathroom its very tinny and the rooms aren't cleaned on a daily basis. The staff was very kind.

Studio bien agencé et équipé, confortable. Un seul point faible la petitesse de la salle de douche qui inclut le WC. Etant situé à proximité de la gare de l'est, on a tout à portée de mains.

AC unit did not work well.

The internet did not work at all. The air conditioning did not work at all and was turned off when we left the room. Upon reurn, the room was hotter than outside. This was during a heatwave.

It is decent if you want a cheap weekend, bed and kitchen are good. Bathroom is small and the pictures made it look bigger than what you get. But it not a deal breaker. I would recommend if solo. There was a hiccup with my stay but the staff on checkout that day was very lovely and was able to help.

We stayed for 8 nights. All employees on duty were very friendly, professional and helpful. We were in a 1-bedroom corner unit that can comfortably accommodate a family of 5. It was clean and spacious, with a small kitchen that was well equipped with small fridge, stove top, microwave, sink. Cabinets were filled with plates, glasses, utensils - great for cooking or warming up takeout. The living area also had a round table with 5 chairs, and 3 separate twin size sofa beds. These twin size sofa beds were amazing because my son and daughter had their own bed. The bathroom was a little small but didn’t bother us as we were there to make the most of Paris, not to spend a lot of time in a bathroom - LOL! We placed a chair right beside the tub as step stool for the kids so they could easily and safely get in and out of the tub as it was a bit high for them (unfortunately no step stool was available). It has AC - which is amazing especially on hot days! Location wise, it’s not really within walking distance to the main attractions (Eiffel Tower, Arc du Triomphe etc), but it’s conveniently close to Gare de l’Est where you can take the Metro, and we also walked to Gare du Nord to catch a train to London. It’s not on a busy street so noise level at night is minimal to moderate. Overall, I would recommend this aparthotel, especially to families with kids who want space, don’t want to spend a fortune to get a large room or multiple rooms, and willing to take the Metro to get around.

Em geral, os funcionários são atenciosos. O apartamento é pequeno, mas funcional. Apenas achamos que a pia da cozinha é bastante apertada para os equipamentos que oferece: máquina de café, chaleira elétrica, fogão, microondas etc. O espaço é pequeno para cozinhar e não tem exaustor. Ainda assim, é conveniente ter uma cozinha muito bem equipada.

Overraskende godt. Først tænkte vi at det var at ubehagelig kvarter da vi landende sent aften. Men vi tog fejl. Så mange restauranter og barer rundt om hjørnet. Metro en spytklat væk som vi brugte flittigt Hotellet ligger diskret væk fra gaden. Faktisk skiftede vi værelse efter første nat, da den fløj lå til en larmende side. Derefter endte vi på et værelse hvor der var musestille, og desuden en god seng. Vi sov til en forandring godt på dette hotel. Værelser små som forventer, men det gik. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage. Her er der god værdi for prisen. Personale er desuden søde.

Tout le personnel était très accueillant, chaleureux, poli et de très bons conseils! La chambre était propre quoique le mobilier y rendait les déplacements difficiles. Idéal pour une personne seule, moins pour 2 personnes. L’emplacement de l’hôtel étant dans une petite allée, le voisinage était silencieux. Le seul point négatif fut que, ayant une porte communicante avec la chambre qui se situait à nos côtés (nous ne connaissions cependant pas nos voisins donc la porte était bien barrée), non seulement entendions nous très bien leurs déplacements et discussions, mais la lumière qu’ils laissaient ouverte toute la nuit à également éclairée notre chambre par l’entremise du jour sous la porte! Les murs ne sont clairement pas épais. Pour le reste, c’était bien: secteur un peu agité mais remplis de cafés, restaurants et très bien situé près des gares de l’est et du Nord et de diverses bouches de métro, ainsi qu’à deux pas du canal St-Martin et de ses attraits.

I like the little kitchen with microwave and washing sink. But the little bathroom has no ventillation. Overall, it was a comfortable room with good amenities.

I’m a single mum and I lost my phone on one of my days out in Paris. The team and the front desk went above and beyond to help me from lending me a laptop until I checked out to communicate with my family to helping me get my phone back from a stranger in a way that didn’t put me or my son at risk! I can’t thank them enough. They made a stressful holiday as easy as possible for me and they really didn’t have to. In terms of the hotel, it was great. Nice clean room, good location and good amenities. There is a construction site around the hotel which made it a little hard to find but once you find it, you’ll be fine :-)

Xavier at the Front Desk greeted us warmly. All the Staff was accommodating and informative. There is construction happening in the Neighborhood, but we weren’t bothered by it. Close to the Train Station (Gard d’Nord), easy to get to CDG. Also close to Metro Stops. Would recommend.

The property was at a convenient location to walkable shops, groceries, cafes, and restaurants. It is also right down the street from both train stations Du Gard and L'Este. Staff at the front desk were awesome! Very friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. They spoke English and helped feel welcomed and at home. We had a great experience.

I had a really good experience staying here for three nights at the beginning of May. The room was exactly as pictured, and the hotel location was perfectly located, and less than a 15 minute walk from Gare du nord and Gare de l’est. Close proximity to multiple metro stations. But what really made the experience great for me is the staff - everyone was very friendly, no matter the time of day / night, and no matter which questions you had for them. Un grand merci!

The staff was helpful and supportive whenever we had issues or questions. There was a malfunction with our shower, that they were able to rectify and put us in a different room the next day.

Not great room very uncomfortable bed and terrible bathroom design. Plus I have been charged twice for the stay and now have to go through hassel to get my refund

L'hôtel est bien placé, près de la gare de l'est et du canal St Martin. Il y a plein de commerces autour et malgré quelques personnes un peu bruyantes dans la rue, il n' pas de circulation automobile dans la ruelle donc pas trop de bruit la nuit.

24h bemanning i receptionen! Enkelt men allt man behövde fanns i det lilla pentryt och närheten till affär vad perfekt. Nära till tunnelbana också!
