Great facilities, but let down by unprofessional night staff Overall, we were satisfied with the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. However, we had a major issue with the night receptionist. We stayed in a ground floor room, and it was impossible to sleep because the female staff member at the reception was watching loud videos and talking to her friends on the phone all night. It took us a few days to realize the noise was coming from her, and I eventually had to warn her. A receptionist should be welcoming and professional. During check-in, she was reluctant, grumpy, and didn't provide any information about the room or facilities unless we specifically asked. Also, the shower design in the bathroom is problematic; water accumulates on the wrong side due to an inadequate cabin system. While the hotel itself is good, the lack of hospitality and the noise from the staff was disappointing.

room is clean and with a small balcony really nice. all staffs are really polite and smile.

It is decent if you want a cheap weekend, bed and kitchen are good. Bathroom is small and the pictures made it look bigger than what you get. But it not a deal breaker. I would recommend if solo. There was a hiccup with my stay but the staff on checkout that day was very lovely and was able to help.

The internet did not work at all. The air conditioning did not work at all and was turned off when we left the room. Upon reurn, the room was hotter than outside. This was during a heatwave.
