Perfectly comfortable stay. Pretty much as expected. We did have to change rooms after the first day due to the light in the bathroom not working, but were easily moved to the room next door. Probably not an issue for many, but the treadmill wasn't in good working condition (belt was torn) but was still able to get in a decent workout otherwise with the somewhat limited equipment. Staff were excellent!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the hotel had maid service everyday. My family really loved the hot breakfast. The indoor pool is wonderful we could swim and not get sun burned. The hotel was quiet and I could not of asked for a better stay.

Room and breakfast was great. Our complaint was with the amenities listed on the booking part said for our room a roll away bed was available and free. When we got there the worker said that for our room it was not available. I pulled up the hotel.com page with my room specifically where it showed in 2 different spots available and the gentleman said his manager specifically said it was not a available and I’d have to call Monday to discuss.

Stayed for a family wedding, and it was really nice! It was clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was even good! The rooms had unique modern touches. It was a good price. We’ll probably stay here from now on.

Roaches in the elevators and rooms. There was a spill in one of the elevator floors and stayed that way over night, so night shift didn’t do their job, someone could have slipped and fell! Carpet full of stains. Toilet and shower not clean!!!! Terrified to even eat the breakfast there because the amount of roaches seen in elevator, couldn’t imagine what the kitchen would look like!!! Told someone she didn’t seem to care and finished her cigarette outside.

We stayed here for a concert and of course that means that room prices were expensive. There is no way that the room was worth what we paid for it! The lobby is new and very nice but the rooms are in sad need of renovation and walls are like paper. Front desk personnel was wonderful as was housekeeping. We enjoyed our visit but probably wouldn’t return unless renovated and cheaper.

Booked through Hotels.com system was down could not locate reservations. My credit card was charged twice for the 3 rooms I booked. After numerous phone calls the lesser amount that was through Hotels.com was refunded so the rooms were significantly higher. The hotel needs a total remodel.

Property was very outdated and the doors did not close properly. I had to make certain and continuously check my door. My first assigned room was infested with ladybugs all over the ceiling and dead ladybug in the carpet and on the bed. There were children running up and down the hall slamming the door and jumping up and down constantly. It was very hard to rest. My bathroom toilet was not stable. It made a horrible noise as if it was going to fall completely over. The shades did not close properly and the shower door was partly open during use. We had to keep towels on the floor to keep water from the floor.

The Hampton Inn was a nice place to stay at while visiting my family. I felt safe, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only mishap was the original room I was staying in the TV wasn’t working. One of the staff came to the room and couldn’t get it to work and said maintenance would need to fix it. So I was placed in a different room, which I didn’t mind changing at the time. However the room I was moved to was a connecting room, nothing to look at out of the window but a wall not that I was there to look out but everyone likes to be able to have sunshine in or check out the weather. Also the people in the connecting room were extremely LOUD. Upon checking out I stated these concerns and found out that the original room I was in the TV did work! The staff member stated the only thing that needed to be done was to push the channel changer up or down to get the TV back online!

The staff were nice. However everything was old and needs replaced. The TV didn't work the display showed no singles, only one of the USB ports for charging, the celing entry lamp was broken and didn't work.

Hampton Inns are variable throughout the country. This location is just fine for a comfortable night’s stay, then quickly the next day you’re up and on your way. The breakfast was lovely and prepared by a woman who clearly cared about doing her best.
