The pool is out of service and has been for several months. This is not reflected on any websites. They aren’t sure when it will be back up, but it’s partially drained. We paid basically double of other area hotels without a pool thinking this hotel had a pool. Definitely a bummer.

While we got in early, the elevators didn't work, our toilet needed fixing (and took quite awhile to get fixed) and the water had to be turned off during our stay.

Have stayed here in the past and keep coming back. Reasonably priced and clean makes it difficult to pass up. However, on our most recent stay, I was disappointed to learn upon check-in that the pool was unavailable due to remodeling. This was not noted when reservations were made through Expedia. The actual Hampton Inn website did have a disclaimer, however. Lesson learned, I'll always check the hotel website first if going through online travel agent. I passed on a less expensive hotel closer to my destination due to it not having a pool.

I took my 3 month old grandson and his mother along with 2 more of my kids to the Omaha Zoo for 2 days and this place was so conveniently located to not only the zoo but walking distance from several eating establishments as well. Would definitely stay there again. The only complaint we had was the musty smell in the pool area other than that great hotel with a great breakfast and staff

Staff was great and breakfast was great for a continental. Rooms were very clean and beds were nice. Great pillows as well. Only thing is pool was closed due to renovations.

Hotel was decent. Reasonably clean. Found a vape in my room under the mattress. Room was very humid, even with a/c constantly on. Front desk person was on her cell phone when I checked in. Breakfast Sunday was bad. Only one person working and virtually out of everything at 730 am. Asked for decaf coffee and was told, "We must be out." Then no decaf the next day either. Nice hotel if you're very self-sufficient.

Our room wasn’t ready when we got there an hour after checkin time. We had to come back in an hour. We got our room and there was food all over the carpet and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The toilet was disgusting!! We called the front desk and they came up and vacuumed the floor and cleaned the toilet.

The front desk lady was excellent and very friendly. Smooth check in. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, just wish they had hot sauce for the eggs. All in all a great stop on my way down south. A lot of places to choose from to eat. Great stop for travelers

In an area that was easy to get to discount and grocery stores. Directly off the highway. Parking easy. Room was clean but had a slight odor of wet carpeting, sort of moldy. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The staff were friendly and informative, the breakfast was delicious, the only thing needing improvement was the cleanliness and maintenance of appliances. The beds were clean, but the floors were filthy. The shower head was falling off, the door wouldn’t lock, and the towel hook was also broken and coming off of the door. It needs a little better upkeep, but decent for a night stay.

The room was poorly structured like the tv was adjacent to bed, the AC unit was across from bed which blew the air right to you while sleeping. The bathroom faucet was poorly placed that gave you no room to wash hands without wetting the counter and the shower was not cleaned well.

There were two real drawbacks to this stay. Not sure when this hotel was built but the acoustics inside floor walls everything were extremely thin and made noise even when you walked from one part of the room to the other. Also in the bathroom the commode was probably the smallest commode height wise that I have ever seen. Also there was no grab bars around if a person wanted to stand up from the toilet. The staff was good in accommodating but I would not stay there again

Room smelled really musty. One of the beds was uncomfortable and felt like bed springs were coming through, but the other bed was ok. Window shade wouldn’t stay in down position. Had to hook the edge of it on the window trim to get it to stay down. One of the bedside lamps was missing a lightbulb.

Check in was awesome! The front desk lady really made our experience great! She was just great! We had an issue with our heater/air in our room, come to find out there was a party in that room a few weeks prior to our stay and they completely trashed the room including the heater/cooling unit, the same lady that checked us in made sure we were taken care of and was able to give us a completely different room. The other days of our stay it was hard to find an service at the front desk, the day we checked out, we waited 5 mins to let them know we were leaving before check out time, and no one came, so I had to leave keys on the counter.

Unfortunately I'm not able to accurately review this hotel. The front desk called 2 hours before check in to tell us they didn't have a room for us due to maintenance issues. I was told I would receive a full refund and extra bonus points for the inconvenience. I was also told I would receive an email confirming those things. I have yet to see either.

Fantastic staff!! Laila was dealing with check in and a bunch of kids from a soccer tournament running around. She was professional, courteous and checked us in as quick as she could. Room was great. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Shower was amazing. Great place to stay if you are I. The area!!!!

Very rude staff. Lost my sisters reservation and didn’t have any rooms left. Brought role away bed but it was filthy. Oh and even though they couldn’t find my reservation and provide room, credit card was charged. Overall very disappointing and Michelle was not helpful and actually rude.

It was a clean hotel. Seemed very unorganized. They tried canceling our room the day of stating their system had a glitch and overbooked. I told them we could not switch to another motel because we had other family staying and that same Hotel. The gals working the breakfast area did not keep it stocked much of the time. I went down there on three separate occasions and each time they were out of something. So each time I took it upon myself to let them know what they were out of. There were people waiting in line while they restocked. When I checked out I asked the gal what some extra pending charges were and she stated I did not pay my entire bill which I did pay my bill well over a month before I booked. I showed her the receipt and emailed it to their email. She said she works the next morning and would ensure the charges do not stay. So waiting on that to see if that hold true. Not a good experience with this Hampton Inn

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was good. Connie was kind, helpful and accommodating. Less than 15 minutes from the Henry Doorley Zoo which is the number one zoo in the United States and less than 20 minutes from Block 16 which has amazing fries.

Not impressed. Wasn’t bad. Wasn’t good. It was quite expensive for not being great!! The lady doing breakfast on Saturday said, “well we ran out of food.” Not sorry. Called down for towels. Front desk said “well, can you come down to get them?” WOW. Not impressed. Too high of cost for not such a great place. There are others nearby that are better.

Housekeeping was attentive. Breakfast buffet was average and during crowded rush time the food ran out and people were left with few selections. Food quality was okay generally but the signature golden waffle was the usual high quality. I think people expect a higher quality breakfast buffet for the hotel price.
