Nice modern facility with friendly staff and EV chargers that work!

Everyything was good. Only pool water was not clean !

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of excellent choices. The fresh fruit is always nice. Parking was convenient and safe. The fresh-baked cookies were a pleasant bonus.

Awful experience!!! Upon arrival there were several human hair balls left on the floor. The mini fridge was not working.(hot and wouldn’t close properly. The reading light above the bed was broken and dangling off. The worst part was pulling out the sofa trundle bed for my children to sleep on, and finding hair, debris, and urine stains. We could not call in to notify the front desk because the phone too was broken!!! After making a trip down to management, they reassigned us a new room. The new room had a dirty, smelly fridge, tub diverter broken off, and a clogged toilet. They sent a plunger and I could not for the life of me unclog the toilet. Finally management came up and unclogged it. We were offered a free item from their convenience stand instead of a refund. Additionally, the pool was tiny, no hot tub, and no towels stocked the entire duration of our stay. We would not recommend staying here, especially with children.

Great hot tub and easy parking

Quiet, clean hotel with plenty of parking, great freeway access, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

We stayed here for one night and everything went very well from check in to check out. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was had good variety. The most convenient was the complimentary charging for my Mercedes EQE.

We stayed here after a day’s activity in Big Bear. Clean, nice and staff are friendly. I was able to charge my EV for free. Continental breakfast was very good too. I would definitely come back if I’m going out there again. =D

Where to begin... Front desk agent upon arrival was attentive, friendly, and helpful, despite our later arrival (after 9:30pm). Room was clean and built with intuitive, accessible, and space-saving design. I was especially impressed by the go-green energy-saving method of lighting the room only after inserting the room key card into a slot by the door; great way to prevent loss of the room key, to boot! The room provided conveniently located USB and plug outlets, a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Continental breakfast offered a charming variety of options, presented at appropriate temperatures, and was continually monitored by attentive and personable breakfast assistants who even engaged my eight-year-old son in a pleasant exchange of words. The lady at the front desk at check-out was smiling, pleasant, and personable, and also spoke with my son - what wonderful encouragement for his developing social skills! I have stayed at a couple other hotels in Redlands and enjoyed the stay, but never have I experienced such wide-spread and available, as in "not forced", kindness from the employees at any hospitality establishment. My son says SpringHill Suites by Marriott is his favorite hotel in the whole world and is already trying to schedule my calendar for another stay here!

This hotel feels super new and extremely clean!

The place was great and very clean but let’s face it it’s in San Bernardino, so there are places that are walking distance but sometimes it’s smarter to take the car. It’s about 15 taking side streets to the NOS Center and the breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay there again

There was a white, hard piece of plastic in my son's muffin. I watched him spit it out. I cleaned it off and showed it to the front desk person. She did nothing. Didn't call anyone. Didn't talk to the breakfast attendant. Didn't pull the other muffins. Didn't apologize for providing a horrible experience serving poison-laced products. Literally just stood there till I walked away. Front desk called the room 3 minutes after checkout. Housekeeping was rude when they knocked 10 minutes after checkout. Nice hotels don't treat you this way, especially when traveling as a single dad with 2 kids. The bottom of our feet were black walking around barefoot on the room carpet. Bathroom door couldn't lock because the latch mechanism is misaligned. TV was very 'slow' responding to remote button pushes. Very frustrating trying to sign into Netflix. They claim the pool is heated but it's only heated by the sun. 'It reflects the outside temp'. Anyone else sick of marketing lies? I was mislead by the name brand of this hotel. They do not provide a typical Marriott experience.

My family and I booked 3 nights there but we were out the next morning due to bed bugs. My infant daughter and son had bites on their legs and thighs. The room also smelled like a gym. I honestly din’t think the room was fully deodorized from the previous guests!!I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would give them a big “0” if I could!!!

The great: - Free electric vehicle charging on-site. - Modern and well appointed room. - Clean with bedbug resistant mattress protection. - Good gym, well equipped. - Exceptional service - Good location. - TV on a wall swivel was practical - Free Internet and parking - Sofa was firm and wide, enjoyed it The not-so-great - The bed was very firm and not very comfortable, unfortunately I barely got any sleep. - The shower head wasn't great and wouldn't stop dripping when on certain settings. A handheld option would be appreciated. - AC acted strange and blew hot air at one point. - Fridge could barely keep things cool, we had to turn it to max for basic functionality. - Would have liked more tea offerings - a mint tea option. - Desk chair was too short for the desk - Feather down pillows are a standard in hotels and I don't understand why - they're awful and offer zero support. My neck is in immense pain after 2 days. I really wish they'd switch to something else. - Bags in trash bags would have been good - Hotel staff told us they don't recycle which was disappointing.

The hotel looks new and nice, but some things were not very high quality. For example, the tv kept having issues and the internet was super slow even when we paid for the faster speed. The young lady working at the front desk was very professional and attentive. She was excellent and I felt bad that she had to deal with all the cheap facility issues.

I loved that the room was clean and in good condition. I also loved the free breakfast and the big selection to choose from. Everything was really good, especially the location so close to the freeway and places to shop & eat. The only thing that wasn’t great was my very loud neighbors who were knocking on each others doors at all hours of the night and had their tv on extra loud. They were just rude. I realize this isn’t a bad reflection on the hotel but it did have a negative impact on my 2 night stay and a feeling about whether or not I’ll stay there again. I’m all fairness, I didn’t complain to the front desk because I didn’t have the confidence that they would or could do anything about it.

This hotel is very clean however, the beds were not comfortable. The staff is excellent!!!!

This was our second stay at this hotel. I believe we had a good experience last time and wanted to stay again. Unfortunately this time I noted to beds are a little too soft for my liking. The rooms central air and heating system seems to have a fan that goes all night, even turning the system off did not stop it, pretty annoying. I did not sleep much this time. The service at the breakfast bar was very good and the staff working the breakfast was very informative and attentive.

If you're in room 307 bring something to drown out the non stop traffic on the road. The air is not constant so it got so stuffy in the room. The room itself was nice, bathroom nice but when I was checking in there was another couple checking in as well who had stayed there the week before and they wanted to make sure they weren't on that side of the hotel because it was noisy and they were not wrong. The breakfast was awful. So awful my kid spit out his spoiled milk, the orange juice I'm not sure what it was and the eggs were slimy. The milk we bought from the facility was 4 days away from expiring and it was absolutely sour. Overall with kids this was a HORRIBLE experience. No one slept, was incredibly hot and uncomfortable to sleep and the breakfast was beyond disappointing. Never again

Brand new and modern. Staff was very friendly. Really liked the room storage, set up, comfy beds, seating area. Great value!!

Do not stay at this hotel. We lost power 4 times in two hrs. The manager was totally rude and we left the hotel and went to a different one for the night . We tried to get our money back but they refused ! If your power blows 4 times in two hrs it’s not a safe place to stay .

Super nice and clean althought what does need change is the staff, asked front desk a few questions through out my stay and the answers given by the staff were very forced as if they didn’t want to help me out with the questions.

The hotel itself is always very clean and comfortable. The check in and check out experience was good. We had a ADA accommodation room, which was not our usual room because we requested early check-in, and that was fine. However, the housekeeping representative entered our room while we were napping and did not even knock or announce that she was entering the room. It took two of us to tell her that the room was occupied and that she should not be in there at that time. Very unprofessional and unacceptable, and it could have been even more embarrassing if she had kept walking into the room

We were in Redlands for a wedding for one night having flown in from the east coast that morning. We were unable to check in our room at 3pm, so we couldn't shower or get ready for the wedding (that started at 4pm.) So we had to get ready in the toilets, and leave our stuff in someone we barely knew's room. We also had to stay out much later than we had hoped because we had to wait until these folks wanted to return to retrieve our items . Every other wedding guest was able to check in early, we were left looking stupid in the lobby. Awful experience. It clearly states a 3pm check in time.

Check in was very quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and professional. Love the size of the room. Love that the hotel is right off the I-10.

An easy drive into Redlands but also close to shopping complexes with shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and everything was clean.

From check in to check out this property is superb! Clean, new, convenient location, and safe. I had a marvelous stay. Breakfast items were awesome as well! I appreciated the abundance of toppings available for oatmeal, the crustless quiche, fresh dairy items and REAL half and half available in carafes for coffee instead of those creamer cups usually found at hotels. I will definitely seek out a SpringHill Suites next time I'm in need of a hotel.

Food was meh. I also didn’t like that they used only disposable plates, cups etc. so bad for the environment. But the rooms were very nice

Spacious and attractive room. The separate couch/living area was a nice touch. I was also impressed with the flavor and variety in the complimentary breakfast offering. The fresh cookies in the evening were also a treat!

The hotel itself was what you would expect and the room was clean. They had a charging statin for our Tesla which was a nice bonus. The breakfast, however, was awful from what my mom reported. I came down myself 5 minutes before the ending time of 9:30 which is pretty early for breakfast to end. When I arrived at 9:25, literally everything was empty! Not a morsel of food left. I was told they had a large soccer group that ate before and after their tournament, leaving nothing for other guests. That response was of course very disappointing and disheartening! But again, my mother said it was the worst breakfast she ever had so I guess I didn’t really miss out after all.
