No ice machine working on floor & had to go to lobby. Only one elevator for 3 story facility. Large tour bus bookings & lobby congestion. Bus taking multiple vehicle spaces in front while facility has bus parking stalls. Nice & convenient location.

We were told by a local the four hotels on the block were built within the last 3-4 years. The indoor pool and spa were clean and the pool was warm enough for a swim in early March. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Free breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, and other easy food options .

Standard hotel. A nice thing about it is that is walkable to Glen Canyon Dam Overlook where we went to watch the sunset. It is located a little outside of town in a cluster or similar hotels. You would need to drive to restaurants. Hot tub was not heated. Breakfast was nice to have but very busy. We used this place as a stopover on a longer trip. Make sure to visit Horseshoe Bend overlook trail closeby.

The rooms weren’t very clean. The bathroom floor was stained and I saw hairs in the bed and in the bathroom… very gross. Made me wonder if they’d even washed the sheets or not. Saw a couple hairs in the sink as well. Not the cleanest. Didn’t see any pests luckily and breakfast was decent. Get what you pay for

The good; the staff was wonderful, that's about where it ends. Everything else was well below standard. Had to clean my new room, there were foot prints on the walls, food and grease on the desk, dresser and bathroom. It went on like that. For the price or a little more, stay somewhere else.

The room was very clean. As was the whole hotel. Definitely shows its age but there were people there, fixing things up. Breakfast was a good assortment. Pool was a little cold but clean. Front desk gal was quiet but kinda.

The room was very dusty, and had not been well cleaned in a very long time. The sheets had stray hairs and staining on them, and the pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom had hair built up in corners, and there were rust stains in the bathtub. The breakfast was very crowded and none of the hot foods were hot. This could have just been an off week, but we will not be staying here again.

Soap residue running down the wall in the bathroom, something running down the wall and all over the lampshade (perhaps soda) by the nightstand, bathroom floor dirty, blood or food on the fitted sheet on one of the beds, the iron did not work. We were not really pleased with this stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Page! I would have given 5 stars if the pillows were more comfortable. Throw them out as they were too flat. Fluffy pillows would have made my sleep more comfortable. We would stay again while visiting Page. Very clean.

Room 107 heater was excessively noisy waking us up. Needs to be fixed or replaced. Soundproofing between rooms and floors not up to par - talking, music, cellphone buzzing. WiFi a bit wonky at our room. Nice shower. Bath, toilet, and sink all in one room- no separate makeup area. Bed was nice and firm. Breakfast was fine - waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Location was good just outside of busy Page.

The staff was not welcoming when we arrived. The facilities is run down. The breakfast was horrible. I would not come back. They have a bell in the middle which goes to show that they’re not here for the customers. No one is at the front until the bell is rung. They have a basket with a sign telling customers to communicate with them that we’re checking out.

The best thing about this hotel is the extraordinary staff working there - front desk clerk Bala was so helpful and efficient in changing our rooms twice, once to deal with a musty odor, and a second move due to a broken AC unit; and also kudos to the hardworking maintenance worker who helped with the AC unit, and the breakfast staff who worked hard to keep the food coming and the dining area clean throughout the morning! Bala had to work double shifts but still maintained a cheerful, friendly and professional manner!

Cleanliness is our biggest thing, and that is not occurring here. To start, the bathroom has suspicious splats all along the wall and it was noted that you need to request to request to have your room cleaned. We requested to have our room cleaned, and much to our dismay, it was never cleaned. Upon going to the front desk to request towels, the staff was extremely rude, then acknowledged that the room was not cleaned, but proceeded to give me only 2 towels for a 5 person room…went in the back and came back with a third, acting like it was a huge favor that we now had three, when no sooner do the next two guests approach (after we turned the corner) and he gives them fresh towels after he just told us he only had 3- mind you it was late after a day of exploring and we have 3 small children. The service was horrendous, and I did call the front desk to tell them how rude it was, as they thought we didn’t see and they didn’t know what to say. We would not stay here again. One positive noteworthy thing is the breakfast is decent and the man who runs the breakfast is the friendliest.

Very convenient for Antelope Canyon tours, visiting Horseshoe Bend, etc. The room was comfortable, bathroom was clean and the whole hotel was quiet which made for an enjoyable two-night stay during the week of Thanksgiving. It takes only a few minutes to drive to nearby restaurants. We also discovered the hotel is located by Glen Canyon Dam. There is an access road down the street from the hotel where you can drive to a public parking lot and walk to an overlook of the dam. It was perfect to catch the sunset.

Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, Antelope Canyon, and Lake Powell are minutes away. Rooms were clean and they had a hot breakfast. Loved the convenience of the property and would definitely recommend.

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and other areas of interest. It was quiet, clean, and has a view of the dam and the lake. You can’t walk anywhere easily but everything is close by driving.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in December and was really shocked by the terrible service at breakfast. To be fair, here are its pros: - Newly constructed - High ceilings - Large room - Clean - Amenities: microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker - Easy access for phone chargers Now, for the downsides: breakfast. On our last morning, we went for breakfast at 8:45. The area was packed, there were no available seats, and they had run out of eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, milk, apple juice, and orange juice. We decided to come back in 30 minutes (knowing service time is 6:30-9:30). When we returned at 9:15, even fewer items were available, and the countertop was almost empty (see pictures: self-made waffles and mini bagels). We explained the situation, but the staff refused to replenish any food items. She closed the door at 9:29 and, interestingly, after closing the door, she set up a whole rack of bread (for tomorrow?).

Room was clean and had a microwave and fridge which was a plus. Lots of parking as well. The breakfast options could be improved and replensihed more often. We arrived 1.5 hours before breakfast closed and almost everything was out.

It was easy checking in and out, clean rooms, comfortable beds. A continental breakfast was included with the room. The breakfast was more than continental, included eggs and sausages. The place where the breakfast was served is huge, no problem finding a table. I recommend this hotel because is near the park, you can walk from the hotel to the shuttle station to Bryce Canyon.
