Eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage were available in the warmers while the more traditional continental breakfast items were also available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a great place to hang out between games The hotel met my family's needs.

I stayed for two nights and everything was perfect! The airport shuttle is super convenient and the driver was friendly. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the indoor pool is a great amenity.

Overall a good place to stay. Quiet and clean. Restaurant was quite good…limited restaurant staff but adequate. Bar area friendly..nice place to mingle with other guests. Limited hours on bar and restaurant….but meets your needs. Conveniently close to airport. Would stay again.

Hot tub was broken, shampoo was empty, no hand soap at the sink. Not the biggest deal but for $200 a night I expect thieve things. Desk clerk at check-in was on the phone and completely ignored me and gave dirty looks as if I were doing something wrong by dropping off the keys. Again, not a huge deal but things that will definitely make me choose another hotel as there are tons in the area and for cheaper as well

the only thing i was dissapointed is that the airport shuttle starta at 6 a.m. and most of travelers, especially with young children and a stroller needs more time to go throughout the airport. This is one of the reasons why i choose the hotel, costing me 38 dollars more for a taxi. I am not a fan of false advertisement but they should specifie if their servi es run 24/7 as well. Other than that i found the hotel amazing, clean, quiet and excellent customer service, highly recommend it...

First room i was given had a read stain on the sheets, not sure whatbit was. Moved the second room and the real issues began. Shower glass wall where it touches the floor had what looked like mold. Clearly wasnt cleaned bery well, wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall, coffee machine was not clean at all. It's very clear that the housekeeping needs to be given training on how to clean the rooms and the supervisor needs to be trained on how to inspect the rooms so when guest check in, the room is perfect. Wont be using this location for my future hotel needs. Good thing i took photos of the mess.

The room was clean however the bathroom shower wasn’t clean and mold around the shower. The curtains also do not close all the way and the lights from the parking light are shining right in the room when you are trying to sleep. We tried to use the pool but there were people drinking alcohol out of glass containers and didn’t feel safe. We also asked for cleaning and it was not provided. I wouldn’t stay here again when I stay in ashburn again.

There were fingernails by the sink. We were in a handicapped room and the rubber seal around the shower was broken so the entire bathroom flooded after the shower was used. The TV do not work properly. Pretty crazy how bad things were given the cost of the room.

I was in the first floor and the larger curtains didn’t shut. I could see gout, which means you could see in. The remitw was broken. The guide/menu button didn’t work and the sleep button didn’t work. I had to request a blow dryer although one was supposed to be in my room and I had to call back bc it took more than 30 min for a blow dryer to be brought to my room. The bar served me a glass of wine from a bottle that tasted like it had been open for weeks. He did pour another and only charged for the one, which I appreciated.

The bed was comfortable and the check in process was a breeze. The lobby looked very nice but our room looked and felt dated. The curtains were torn a bit, the shower head wasn’t working fully (water pulsed instead of flowed) and the TV definitely needed to be replaced (pictures colors were super wonky)

The check in was not available at 3:00pm, I had to wait 1 hour to get into my room, receptionist didn’t know what kind of room I reserved, not professional, told me to get in contact with Expedia to confirm the payment, wants to charge me for the room again, long story short, I do not recommend this hotel, the only kind personal was the lady at the breakfast. Very poor treatment for a Hilton.

I was really dissapointed with the uncurteous attitude of your front receptionist. Whatever I asked her, she would refuse and tell me to come downstairs and get it myself. I was not expecting this kind of service, knowing what I have been charged. We had to leave our house due to a power outage from an ice storm. Evelyn was so unbelievably accommodating from the first phone call. We were allowed to check in early which was such a life saver after sleeping in a house without power the night before. She made a terrible experience not so terrible with her excellent support and accommodations.

Had an obnoxious group of folks outside my room one night who made lots of noise. called the front desk several times. apparently this was some sort of a sports team. next day I went to the front desk to ask them to make sure this won't happen that night and I met Denise; a very rude and unprofessional individual who accused me of "yelling" at her. she said they can't "guarantee" that there will be peace in the hallways that night. The manner in which she dealt with this complaint was puzzling to me. Very inappropriate! I stay at this hotel everytime I go to VA, but maybe its time to move on.

Stayed two nights and needed to add on two additional nights. Front desk said best to go through Hotels com. Girl said just do it on their site and I will keep you in the same room. Next day Saturday am went down to get the keys updated and Evelyn said you cannot stay in that room. She also was very rude. So many other hotels in the area so last time at a Hilton and I am an Honors member. Nice way they treat their core guests. Too many choices out there to have to deal with someone like Evelyn.

Check-in was fast. Room was large and very clean. They should have an instruction card for the TV. Nice bar. Restaurant has a limited menu but the burger I ordered was very good. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and not very good.
