Litet rum. 5 trappsteg till varje rum. Trapporna var trånga. Extremt liten hiss. Fick be om nya handdukar och bäddning. Receptionen påtalade att var 3 dags städning stod i mailet ( på franska) Personalen trevlig och vänligt bemötande. Suveränt läge. Nära till stationer och restauranger. Genuint franskt.

Guter Aufenthalt. Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Personal gut, Lage und Umgebung absolut hervorragend. Nach außen (!) sehr gut schallisoliert, Für uns machbar, für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ggf. schwierig aufgrund schmalem/dunklen Treppenhaus bzw. sehr kleinem Aufzug. Die „nachhaltige Zimmerreinigung“, wenn man sich freiwillig für sie entscheidet, hat in unserem Fall bedeutet man bekommt keinen Kaffee-/Tee-Refill oder frische Tassen/Gläser am Folgetag.

Loved the style and decoration of this hotel and also the area it is in. Found the lift a little difficult, as it stopped halfway between floors, meaning you had to still walk a flight of stairs up to, or down to your floor carrying your luggage. Coming out of lift , the stairs are immediately to the right going down, so caution is needed! Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet and clean. Free bottled water and Nespresso cafe in the room. Working AC elevator. Quick walk to the Metro. Several nice restaurants across the street. Don't forget to add the city tax that you'll pay upon checkout to the cost of your stay - it's a cost per person per night.

Lovely hotel. Extremely clean and a good size for the rooms and bathroom. The towels and linen was of an extremely high quality. Staff at the reception were so kind and had great recommendations of local restaurants to eat. So close to transport which was easy to find.

Great stay at the Leopard. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean but tiny just like the lift. Location was fabulous with lots of eating choices nearby. Metro was 2 mins walk. Great place and would love to go back.

We stayed in a two-room family suite. Check-in was great. They allowed us to store our bags for the day as we arrived early morning. Location is one block from metro station and cafes, restaurants etc… Stairs were steep, narrow and winding up 6 floors. Elevator was tiny and our kids got stuck for 2.5 hours when it broke down (DO NOT JUMP IN ELEVATOR!!) Staff tried very hard to make it up to us, however, maids forgot to replenish our toilet paper, towels, & dishes. Most of the staff are wonderful, and we would go back again, but ask for a room with proper bed instead of pull out sofa bed.

We had a fantastic stay in hotel leopold. Staff were amazing and so nice! They arranged for our breakfast at 3 am ! We travel a lot and it’s the first time a hotel did this for us. So kudos to the night receptionist!❤️

Very friendly staff. We were able to check in to one of our two rooms before NOON which allowed us to leave our bags behind and start exploring the beautiful city of Paris. Rooms were very beautifully appointed and offered everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including comfortable beds.

My wife and I flew in to Paris and wanted a hotel convenient to both the RER B from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and the Gare Montparnasse for a train trip to Bordeaux. The Hotel Leopold met those requirements PERFECTLY! It's an easy 10-minute walk from the Port Royal RER B station and an easy 10-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse. Furthermore, it's surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries...and is an easy walk from the famous Monoprix Montparnasse with its wonderful selection of food, wine and French goods. The rooms are not large, however nicely equipped and completely suitable for an overnight stay. And it's QUIET which is very unusual for Paris. The breakfast was EXCELLENT...with beautiful baked goods, cheeses, fruit and meats. The hotel staff was SO NICE and helpful...just THE BEST! I give my strongest recommendation to Hotel Leopold!!

Charming hotel in a lovely area yet close to the city centre. I received a very warm and friendly welcome at this lovely hotel, less than 10 minutes walk from Gare Montparnasse. I arrived around noon and expected to just drop off my bag, so really surprised when I was told my room was already prepared. Even nicer was a hand-written welcome note in my room. The hotel is just a 2 minute stroll to Vavin metro station which links to the central area in just a few minutes. There are several quality bars, cafes and restaurants close by which is a great bonus. I walked to the central area near Notre Dame, which was very pleasant with a street market, smart shops and bars to stop at. Breakfast provided an excellent spread of quality food, and lots of it, presented so well. Service from all the team was excellent. I will definitely stay again.

Gute Lage nahe an der Bahn und zur Fahrradverleihstation.Wir hatten erst das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ein besserer Abstellraum.Keine Fenster zum öffnen und man hört alles! Gespräche an der Rezeption, Portier der nachts einen Film schaut und Frühstücksgeklappere ab 4.15. Das geht gar nicht, konnten erst nach einer Nacht umziehen! Dann war es ok! Frühstück sehr einfach.Wenig frisches Obst!

This hotel was a real find! Beautiful decor, super friendly staff and a delicious continental breakfast with handmade items. The bedroom was very small but most hotels in Paris run on the small side. The room was very cosy and quiet and the bed was big and very comfy. The shower and bathroom were tiny too but warm and cosy. The note from the owners was a lovely touch. Be warned the lift is also tiny (sensing a Parisien theme!) and the stairs are plentiful. The nearest metro station is 3 minutes away too. Nothing about this hotel disappoints however and for the price it is excellent value. We would definitely go back.

I saw rave reviews on Expedia and expected a bit more. It was fine, but nothing that extraordinary. I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. That's so basic an amenity. The room temp control was locked, so that I couldn't control it. It was a comfortable time of year but as a guest in a hotel, it's my choice what the temp is in the room. Breakfast was super simple, but the quality of the food was very good. Staff were attentive and helpful, at all hours. The bed was super comfortable and the keycards worked well. Great location if you want to be near Montparnasse, like quiet (I do!). In addition to having the Metro outside your door, the RER is an 8 minute walk.
