The carpet is dirty and when we enter the room it give a very musty and terrible smell. The bes and the pillows smells too.The bed cover is outdated and old. The whole place outside is clean and in good maintenance but inside the room is bad. Hope the management will do something to make the room cleaner,smell good and do something with the carpet and the bedsheet.

Room was fine, receptionist fine too. Just the bathroom was not clean especially inside the shower where mould was in the tile grout and a used soap was still in the shower soap holder.

Located on the edge of town off Albany Highway, the Motel is a minute's walk to Coles/McDonald's/Orana Cinemas and a convenient 6-minute drive into Albany Town Centre. The complex is safe and clean, staff were friendly and happy to help. We had one meal at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Well-priced, large family room and kids stay for free, which was a bonus!

I was in Albany for a conference. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and find the rooms comfortable and a good size. All staff I spoke to were welcoming and helpful. I decided I would like to dine in the restaurant this time rather than have room service like I usually do. There were no spare tables when I was checking in but was told there would be soon. Without being asked, the gentlemen who had checked me in rang and told there was a table now available, which i appreciated. I chose soup, an entree, and then dessert. There were 9 desserts to chose from. The food was delicious and the young waitress did a great job. I would certainly stay here again.
