For an older Motel the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Have seen far worse in newer motels. The only negative was the key cards to enter your room. Had to fiddle with them quite a bit which was frustrating. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

Although the property is a bit dated the rooms are fresh and modern with a high level of cleanliness. The attached restaurant Lime 303 is a great choice for high end eating in Albany. We have been here on 2 separate occasions and we plan on staying here again.

there was not sufficient amenities - no toaster or utensils no charging facility for digitals - hearing aids - phone 1 pkt x 2 biscuits for 2 people. the bathroom floor was wet and remained damp for first 12 hours. we stayed 2 nights. No attempt to clean the room in between nights. (not that it really mattered) the cleaners were so busy I don't think they could keep up. we paid for a queen suite - so we were expecting better.

It was comfortable room and we were satisfied with the stay overall. Staff were kind and friendly. Location was awesome - walking distance to supermarkets and city centre. One point to improve may be the room condition. There was pinholes on bathroom tap, so water leaked from the pipe if you use above certain level. Also, there was a hole on the wall near entrance door where tiny ants were in and out. Need to seal the hole.

This motel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are large and clean, the restaurant is excellent and the location is near the famous "Dog Rock". Albany is a friendly city with plenty of sightseeing and great ocean views.
