Eurostars Wall Street

Front desk staff were nice. Elevators were iffy and the TV in the room was so tiny and far away. The room had plenty of space though. If you plan on just sleeping there with 0 tv time this would fit u.

We had a layover and decided to book this place just for a few hrs to leave our luggages to site see a bit. We checked in about 9pm and the gentleman at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. He even upgraded me to a nicer rm. The rm was very spacious and had a microwave and fridge inside. The only thing I didn’t like about the place is the hallway was dark and carpet looked a little run down so it gave it a creepy vibe. Other than that, everything was good. Would stay here again if we came to visit.

Spacious room. Living room with a queen size sofa and kitchenette came with the reservation for a queen room. Very friendly welcoming staff.

Hotel is a bit beat up and dingy throughout. Toilet paper roll is located such that every time you reach back for it, it falls off the holder and you have to blindly feel around for it behind the toilet - happened each time I used it. There\'s a steep flight of stairs at the entrance that I had to lug my bags up and down - the ramp was broken all 5 days I was there. Everything was worn and poorly patched up. And the hallways are very loud - I heard each nock and employee shout "mini bar" on every door on the floor (must have been 20 times). The pictures looked great online, but not so nice in person. Really disappointed given I paid an average of $600 per night. I won\'t stay there again, and wouldn\'t recommend this hotel to friends/family.

I enjoyed my stay. The service was great. I ended up showing up to the hotel late into the evening around 10:30, and they had the room ready. The room was clean and centrally located. Near the 2 Train which is what I took mostly to get uptown. If you wanted to after checkout, they will store your luggage. It’s a short walk to the water. The only things were pretty minor gripes that the outlets were not next to the beds and its older appliances/AC, but all working perfectly fine. It is the perfect stay in FiDi.

Very old hotel under construction extremely dated rooms elevators are tight!!!

I was visiting my son so this hotel was right by his apartment. It is right by the South Street Seaport. Outside the hotel has scaffolding but no work was going on over the weekend when i was there. This is also close to transportation. Hotel lobby and hallways are nice. My room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. The floor is a little beaten up but the rest of the room was fine.

This is a great hotel with a nice atmosphere. Rooms are more like small 1br flats. Included dishwasher and a microwave. Walkable nice location. Easy subway access. I did not even try to use car so no comments on parking.

No parking, left for luggage is not working you have to carry your luggage from the entrance door and go upstairs to the reception. Smell bad, very tight place.

Overall I thought this was an enjoyable stay, given that this was a slight discount to other comparable hotels. It is true that the rooms are dated and need renovations (which they're undergoing right now, at least for the exterior). The staff were extremely professional and warm. The location is also nice and quiet yet accessible to other more “happening” areas of Manhattan.

My stay at Eurostars Wall Street was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was larger than expected and was very clean. The location was fantastic for getting around and is a 1 minute walk to the waters edge and promenade. It is also around a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station which is very handy. I would stay again!

The 4 star experience about this hotel is the location. The reception staff are friendly and there are no more good things to say. The hotel is outdated, rooms are dirty, we hang the flyer on the door asking for room service everyday, but if we were back before 3 pm it hadn´t been performed. Do not use this hotel if you want a 4 star experience, then spend 10-30 dollars more per night and get the real 4 star experience.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The hotel is a little run down but very clean and overall fine. A decent hotel for a decent price.

Spacious rooms!!! Very clean, modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value. I have absolutely found my future “go-to” for our NYC travel. Very close to Statue of Liberty and 9/11 Memorial. The Wall Street Bull is a very short walk away. Food super close. I literally have zero complaints about this place. I have stayed in much more expensive places and this is sooo much better!

Had a lot of issues with the Tv. Staff came several times to fix. Room is basic, sheets didnt seem very clean. The young lady at the front desk was great!!, She let us check in a early and let us check out 1 hour later. Staff is great but hotel is old.

The facilities were quite dirty and should not have been a 4 star hotel.

I have never seen such filthy rugs. Everything was the lowest possible quality. I would definitely not return without a complete remodel.

I had to call several times to ensure my booking would not be cancelled since I was arriving after midnight, even though I stated that in the notes when booking. The daytime staff much friendlier than my arrival at 2am. I called (being new to the area) for directions and was put on hold until I found the location myself. No sense of urgency care or concern. I was excited to be I. A 4star hotel from the reviews, but that wasn’t the case. From dirty stairs, old elevator, multiple chipped paint and hair in my tub. Not to mention there was not fitted sheet on the mattress and it’s clear a new mattress cover is needed. I felt like I was in a cheap motel, and completely fooled by the reviews. Not to mention for the price (I did book through third party) there’s snacks in the room but they are not complimentary.The decor in the room matches online, just not as clean. I will say the 2 ladies that checked me out at noon were friendly. we also missed breakfast due to sleeping late from a late arrival. I would never choose this hotel again. I took pictures but it doesn’t seem to be a way to upload them.

Check-in and reception desk were helpful. Room doesn’t reflect what I’d think “a 4-star hotel” would be … no carpet, exposed Lin wires, window shade cord broken, security chain missing clasp, thin shower towel. Convenient location (5 minute walk to subway and close to seaport). Very expensive for what is offered.

The personnel was super friendly. Fast check in and out. Room was extremely huge for NY - not necessarily the newest furniture, but good. Not my first stay in this area, but probably next time again there

I choose Comfort and a place where the staff remembers you and strives for service of the highest order. Everytime I book a stay, Facondo, and his team are their to take care of me and it shows. The rooms are some of the biggest hotel rooms in Manhattan, and at night the area is quiet..for NYC. Spectacular location. Spectacular service. I book here every time Im in NYC, which has been going on 5 years straight. I finally decided not to be dumb and become a member this year in march, and I have stayed at this hotel so many times I am about to be a gold member. If you want feel like a new Yorker and not a traveler, this is your hotel.

The property was decent, larger than some I've stayed in before. However, I felt it lacked essential furniture like a desk or chair for organizing belongings besides the bed. Overall, it was just average—not terrible, but not exceptional either. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but probably not for extended periods.

Great size of room - perfect for spreading out our luggage after a long flight. Good for relaxing too. Lighting in room was a bit gloomy. Bathroom facilities were good and bathroom was a decent size. Very quiet overnight so we got a great sleep.

I usually stay in Midtown hotels for work, but this was my first time staying outside of Midtown and I was genuinely shocked by how quiet the area is. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were impressively spacious. It’s also a great spot for public transportation. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return in the future.

I'm simply thrilled with my stay at the Eurostars hotel. Starting with the easy check-in process, Laura was extremely friendly, welcoming, professional and kind. The hotel manager, George is extremely helpful in any situation that occurred. Also Alfonso, a wonderful hotel receptionist is always friendly and helpful. Everyone working here is happy to help to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I'm also very happy with the room because everyday I woke up rejuvenated after walking a lot the bursting life of NYC. For everyone looking for a friendly hotel in NYC to unwind I would look no furthermore. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends and they have me a as a true happy loyal customer. All the staff were brilliant, from check in to checking out we couldn’t fault fault them. I lost my glasses before arriving and they assisted in contacting our previous hotel. We can’t comment about breakfast as we didn’t partake.

The first room we stayed in had one of the light sockets hanging off and the bed was to small. The staff were very accommodating and moved us to a new room. The toilet in the new room overflowed on one day but this was a local issue & not just the hotel.

Perfect place to stay. Away from the hustle and bustle and easy to access the rest of Manhattan. 5 min walk to get to the subway

Not the highest end property but tremendous value for the stay. The best feature for us was the location and walking proximity to the subway, One world center, Brooklyn Bridge, battery park, Wall Street, Statue of Liberty, and Trinity Church

I was in town for a concert at pier 17 and this place was close by. Great location so I was able to see some of the area before leaving the next day.

Very well located in the Financial District and close to all the major attractions. The hotel is dated but the employees are great and treat you like kings and queens! If you’re looking just to have a place to sleep while enjoying the city I truly recommend it for the price, location and service

I've stayed here twice in their suites, it is awesome to have a living room and a bedroom in my opinion, it is in heart of financial district and you can catch bus, train or ferry to wherever you like, their breakfast option is quite well, watwr pressure is awesome and staff is excellent. What can it be better more toilet paper and clean towel more often, bigger TV's in the rooms are a must! Everything else is workable. It is safe and quiet hotel. It is definitely older building which needs some renovation such as new floors and updated TV's (bigger) and new beds but all in all it is doable and affordable I will always come back and will be more than happy to share my honest review with anyone looking for a great stay in NYC.

It was not that clean. You have to pay extra for breakfast 😔. I would not stay ever again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is a bit outdated especially the bathroom. The staff is awesome; very courteous and accomodating. I would give special recognition to Facundo at the front desk and Felipe who runs the morning breakfast. Both of these gentlemen deserve an individual star!

It was fairly worn but the price took that into account and the location was good. Skip the breakfast buffet as the food was very stale.
