Close to town and restaurants. No lift - difficult carrying luggage upstairs. Easy check in/out. Clean. Quiet. Would stay again. Good overnight option.

The room was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The only negative was the parking was too tight to fit into with 2 large cars either side of our parking space so we had to park on the street.

1 slight problems was referring to your e-mail that we must park in our allocated room no car park , unfortunately a mini bus was directed to actually park across our park plus other ones but it was eventually was sorted out , other than that problem everything else was fantastic

The only thing you may want to consider is the last parking spot at the top of the driveway on the bend. It was a bit tight getting around the corner with the car.

Great location in the centre of everything yet super quiet. Spacious, comfortable rooms with kettle, toaster and fridge. Easy check in and check out and great parking.

Convenient location, easy self checkin and out, room was good size, easy parking, EV charger very nearby.

Breakfast and mini bar prices really reasonable. Friendly staff and they gave us free washing powder to use in the guest laundry. Everything showing a bit of age Have booked again for next year.

Location was really good. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we the shower would go cold at random and there was a few bugs in and around our room.

Very clean and amazing location

When we arrived there a cobwebs in the room the toilet seat was broken the bathroom tap dripped all night we turned it off tight then hard to get on bed was very uncomfortable.

Have stayed here many times over the years, but it has clearly deteriorated and not worth the money now. No staff and maintenance issues are clear. The first day we found the shower door seal was broken and the door didn’t close properly. Staff would have had to notice that if cleaning. The bathroom room fan was long past its use by date and sounded like a truck idling. We could not use it at night as it would wake the room and even surrounding rooms with the vibration. The milk was not restocked and that was when we discovered reception was NEVER open despite the open hours signs. I rang the number on the door (during the ‘open’ hours) about getting some milk and was told there was nothing they could do! When I complained and said I shouldn’t have to go buy such a basic item they finally agreed to deliver some later that night. It was clear then nobody was on site. The room only had the most basic service and was clearly never vacuumed and when we left towels on the floor to try to get them replaced the old ones were just hung up on the shower! With no one on site there was no one to discuss discounts on checkout, and the staff answering the phone were clearly not managers. We saw a car trying to check in at 2pm trying to contact someone for ages without success. Another given the wrong door code trying to get in. It was a bit of a shambles for rooms that were not cheap! Not good!

Very nice clean room

Room smelt musty, the carpet looked clean but was clearly due for a steam clean. The air conditioning was noisy and smelt bad and my children didn’t feel safe with lots of noise at night.

Very clean, comfortable accomodation with friendly staff. Within walking distance to a number of interesting tourist sites.

booked two rooms, one standard one exective for 2 nights. First problem was being refused access to room by aggressive workers relaying external carpet. Reception then had to ring the boss and came back and said if i access executive room i would be trapped in it for at least 45 minutes or i needed to come back later...this is an hour after check in time...at first no apology just the comment " I don't know you were even put in that room...all the others have been blocked off!" An hour and 17 minutes later i got a message i could enter along with apology...then discovered the codes sent were incorrect...this is all before entering the most disappointing of rooms: a dirty kettle, mysterious carpet stains, barely clean bathroom all accompanied by the waft of industrial strength glue everytime i opened my door or window. Nothing really executive about this tired old room with a few cushions and couple of new chairs to smarten it up...it even had contact on the top of the bathroom counter...at least my friends standard room was honest and virtually the same room as mine...the room had not been painted or anything in depth to classify it as 'executive'. Book the standard room and at least the expectation is lower.

Location is great. Room was spacious enough. Must say that the showers need updating though. Ours leaked everywhere every shower and the shower screen seals made the door not even close. After every shower their was water all through the bathroom.

Good location. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning did not work which wasnt great.

Room was somewhat smaller than expected. Nice and clean.

Beds a bit uncomfortable and showers need a major upgrade. Water went from boiling hot to freezing cold and back again without touching the taps

The room is clean and quiet. Only thing needs to be upgraded is the fridge. Not cold enough

Property is well located in arty part of Bendigo and seems well patronized.needs upgrade as still have normal tvs ( no SMART TVs, and air-conditioning is old)

Great spot - very quiet - wifi not so good

Room was as specified in the advert. Only thing I would mention is the shower head need looking at, it was spraying out over the shower screen and pooling on the floor

Cafes, hotels and restaurants within walking distance. Bed was comfortable; a good shower and the heating system worked well. Although there was a problem with the keypad access to the room in the evening, we were able to phone for help and they could open it remotely.

Excellent room and facilities but didn’t receive text with check in details as arrived after reception closes at 6 and booked via third party so they didn’t have my mobile number. If you want milk or book food you have to do this before 5 which we were not aware. Everything other than that was excellent.

The perfect location. I got the executive room on a good deal and stayed four nights. The location couldn't have been better for walking around the cbd, getting a meal or coffee, strolling through Rosalind Park, going to galleries and info centre. Room was good, bed comfy. Slept well (we rarely do at motels, so that was great!) Only negatives were the seal on the shower door was warped and shower door won't shut. It stays open while showering and drenches the floor. No streaming service (only free to air), and on our last day there was no housekeeping and we had to ring in the afternoon to ask for fresh crockery and a clean bin bag, but a full housekeeping would have been nice as we were out of most things. We figured staff were super busy so didn't ask for much. Lovely staff though! Friendly and helpful.

Top level service. We have disabilities and they helped carry bags to our room. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff after hours were amazing

Price was fair. Property was well kept. A typical motel. I would have liked someone to be permanently in the office

Everything in the room was excellent & check in was very good.

Supporting staff! Honest staff as we forgot an item in the room and it was there when we asked for it. Pillow rather hard. Good location and near to restaurants and cafes. Room had what we had hoped for.

We had a great stay. Excellent location as it was quite and an easy walk to the Rifle Brigade Hotel where we had an excellent meal and down to the Gelato store for dessert. Lots of dining options available within 500 meters. Nice modern room. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely room, comfortable and quiet. Restaurants and pubs not far. Check in was all online so you could go straight to your room. Breakfast ordering also online, fantastic. Had a minor issue (out of their control), which management were helpful

Nicely kept property, great location allowing you to walk to most attractions in town. We really liked being able to have a delicious breakfast in the dining area. Easy contact free checking process. We highly recommend this property
