The door to the room didn’t always close. It would bounce open sometimes when it was closing, and we would have to go back and make sure that it was actually closed. Also, the hot tub was down for repairs during our stay unfortunately, and the tile that they chose for the pool deck surround area is extremely slippery even when you don’t have wet feet from the pool. location: convenient. quality: probably not staying there again.

The hot tub was barely warm and the pool was ice cold. My wife snd I spent 20 min trying to figure out how to watch basic tv and couldn't. So overall not a good experience.

After just spending a week in other hotels for a family vacation , we opted to stop on our way home. This hotel was super clean, excellent staff and the best room of our trip with comfortable beds. The only criticism is that the hot tub was out of servive and the pool seemed dirty. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you!

Great, however please get icemakers working on all levels. Not fun to travel down a level to get ice. I have been there every 6 weeks and 1 ice maker still wasn't fixed. 2 months out already....Otherwise, stay, breakfast, cookies for snack time in evening are 5 stars!

This hotel is quite amazing considering the cost. It was packed and of course a little loud as hotels can be (dogs, kids, etc.) but we had earplugs and a sound machine app that kept us sleeping through it. The room was so nice, the breakfast was actually GOOD (for once LOL) - they had little omelettes that were - no joke - delicious. The service was great. A couple of things that need to be updated: the main light was out in our room (221) which I failed to mention. There needs to be a fan in the bathrooms - no fan, no windows is not great for moisture and mold OR smell/noise blockage. There could also be one more rolly cart - we had to wait about 45 min before one was available since it was the Sunday after Thanksgiving and the hotel was full. Otherwise it was a reallllly great stay. Comfortable beds, super good water pressure, well appointed, great decor. VERY CLEAN. We were really impressed for the price. Oh - the fridges were quite large compared to other hotels, too. We had a cooler full of food and it all fit nicely. All in all, I would 100% stay at this hotel again. They just need to put in fans in the bathrooms and it would basically be perfect.

Fine for a quick overnight on a road trip. Staff were courteous and hotel was very clean. Sofa bed was terrible. Our son felt every spring under the thin mattress. Regular beds were very comfortable. Brrakfast was fine but the styrofoam plates ruined it. What a terrible waste. We chamged our return reservation to another hotel with a better sleeping option for our 5th family member.

We’ve stayed here before. As previously the property is well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are very clean. We did report a problem with the heater. I’m hopeful they will have maintenance fix the problem or not rent the room. Every time the heater turned off it clicked very loudly for 60-90 seconds before it silenced. It happened at least 7x

Our third great stay at this hotel after our first leg of our road trip. Pet friendly, clean, convenient, right off the freeway, and next to several places to eat, including Starbucks next door. As we just sleep and get back on the road the next day, we don’t use the pool, but everything else was comfortable and felt safe. Coming home, we made the mistake of trying an Embassy Suites in Sacramento. Should have stayed here instead!

We loved our short stay at this hotel. We got the suite and it was spacious for my 3 children and husband and I. The hotel is very convenient because it was right off the freeway. It wasn’t noisy and we got a good night’s rest. The best part of the stay was breakfast. It had plenty of options for everyone. We will stay here again.

Stopped here on my drive up to Washington. Some of the other options a few miles down the road were not in safe locations. This hotel seemed to be in a much better area. The hotel is great, the room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was very friendly.

Certainly one of the better hotels in Willows. As a slightly aging hotel it looks like they are making efforts to stay ahead of the curve. The complimentary breakfast needs a little work. Who ever cooks the scrambled eggs in the morning needs to back off the heat a bit. They were uneatable the last couple of times. New coffee machines were nice.

The staff was courteous and attentive. Always stayed busy - especially finding things to clean (like wiping doorknobs and mopping high traffic areas). Parking was covered and in a safe area. The breakfast was impeccably neat and served in polished chaffing dishes and not bad for the typical continental items! I was extremely impressed and would go back.

We were very pleased with our stay. All three of the staff people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Our family of five was given a room on the ground floor near an exit to the parking lot, and on the same hall as the laundry, which was very convenient since we had several loads to do. There was only one set of machines but luckily no one else was using them. The room itself had all the conveniences we would hope for, including a microwave, fridge, keurig with regular and decaf, good soap and shampoo, and plenty of towels and pillows (they cheerfully provided more as needed). There were lots of surfaces to put things on and plenty of outlets for charging electronics. It was very clean. The only problem was the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. Also while the pullout couch seemed quite new, its mattress was old. Pro tip for all cheap sleeper sofas: put the pullout mattress on the floor to avoid the horrible bed frame bar digging into your back. Then it was fine for our teenage son. The breakfast was fantastic with pancakes, eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon, biscuits, pastries, toast and bagels, yogurt, bananas, oatmeal with nuts and cranberries, coffee, juice, cereal, milk, etc. We won’t even need lunch after that!
