When we arrived no signage to say use side door for check in then was not pleased with the expected normal breakfast for the price we paid to stay there while they ar doing renovation. Hopefully they send us back either a free stay at another Hampton Inn or refund so of our money paid.

Nothing on the Hotel.com website indicated the facility was under renovation. Our room never received service during our 4 day stay…completely unacceptable and disappointing. This is not indicative of the Hilton brand.

Everything at this hotel was great — bed, cleanliness (not any residual grime anywhere to be seen!), and especially the staff! The front desk guy the night I checked in was incredibly kind to this disabled fat old lady traveling solo!! This last two weeks I’ve flat-out fallen in love with Holiday Inn in all of its versions (Suites, Express, whatever). And the reasons are exactly what I experienced in Tavares and Melbourne!!

I was well-pleased with the cleanliness of my queen room that I stayed in. Even though I was supposed to stay in a king room, the queen room was a newly renovated room and I liked it. I had no complaints. I like the fact that they gave me free water when I checked in. The complimentary breakfast was also good. I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The room sleeps 5 yet there are only enough towels for 2. The pull out bed did not lay flat but at an awkward incline. Called the front desk for assistance. They came to the room but she said that was just the way it was and "it's just for the kids anyway right?" I stay in this area often, I will not stay here again

Just here for overnight. Loved decor in our room 402. Chairs so comfortable. Only one little thing. No hot water left and when I asked told couldn't have any more, seems a little strange, again not a problem just a bit strange

A little bit of age in the building but like most of the Hampton Inns I have stayed in they are quite, comfortable and have polite eager to help associates. Breakfast was on the okay side less choices than some others places. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable property in a great location. Nice desk staff, better than average breakfast. Only suggestion is for senior management should have to use the plastic "silverware" for breakfast for a month.
