Well your site stated the parking 25.00 for 7 days. When i arrived i was told 55.00 . I showed the.woman what it said and she pulled up your web site. Well i was charged 55.00 and i feel that was wrong..i am also staying when i get back for 1 night.

I do not like that there is no bar or restaurant at this property. There is also a lot of overhead plane noise because it's so close to the airport. I do like that they have an airport shuttle, though.

Whilt this gotel served its purpose - an airport hotel for my overnight stopover - i waited over an hour for the free shuttle and my shower was cold this morning The hotel does not have a resaturant for dinner and so you either have to take their shuttle to a couple of nearby places or walk to the Holiday Inn which had one. I chose the latter and the food was good.

This hotel had parts of the floor ripped up and red tape everywhere. I paid a lot of money to stay in a nicer place, especially a place with a pool so I could get a swim in before I went to the airport. The pool was closed so I am not sure what I paid for. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

No complaints. The shuttle from the airport was fast, the driver was a really sweet lady who then checked us in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The bathroom looked like it had been updated and the shower was a nice walk-in with good water pressure. We had breakfast at the hotel, my husband made a waffle and said it was delicious. Would 100% stay here again.

I booked this stay for an overnight layover. We arrived late and was greeted by a very nice and friendly gentleman on front desk he checked us in and gave us two bottles of water. When we got to the room it had been cleaned but STUNK of marijuna and it was fresh. I was so tired and exhausted from traveling all day. I didn’t change rooms if felt like too much at that late hour. Honestly they shouldn’t have given that room until it was properly aired out. Even the smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag. I did let front desk know once we checked out. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Absolutely horrible! At check in I was told there was zero to very little water pressure in the showers, and “WE DONT HIVE REFUNDs, BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE”. What planet are these people on?!!! The floor was missing in parts of my room, urine in the toilet and ants on the shower, not that it matter since it didn’t work! I will never stay in a Hampton inn again. Worst experience I’ve had and I travel 50 weeks per year!!

I found several pieces of hair in the bathroom, a fake eyelash, and the worst part was that they double billed me on top of expedia prepaid billing. I'm STILL waiting after 13 business days (they said it would be done in 7-10 business days) for my refund and had to begin a credit card dispute since I've called them several times and have been reacted to adversarially for requesting real updates on this matter. Really disappointing service and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

Shuttle took forever to pick us up at the airport. Elevator broken, pool not working. Floors filthy everywhere and the tile in our room was sticky. On the plus side, the shuttle driver gave an excellent recommendation for a place to catch supper and took us there and back.

This Airport Hampton Inn is very worn out and needs updating and better sound proofing. Doors in hallways can be heard all night slamming closed and loud talking by guests. Shower had very little water pressure.

Our connection flight through Charlotte was missed because of American Airlines flight delays and found ourselves having to spend the night unexpectedly in Charlotte. Front desk staff at the Hampton Inn were very empathetic, helpful and accommodating. They made our stay more pleasant despite the stressful circumstances.

Daughter’s flight was canceled due to a blizzard in Michigan. They would not let her check in because she is under 21. I understand that they have policies, but an 18-year-old traveling alone should be given an exception. When I called to request a refund the employee was so extremely rude for no reason.

The check-in staff was friendly and extremely helpful no complaints there. However, the staff at time of check-out had a terrible attitude and was definitely not friendly. The shuttle staff was not friendly but I'm assuming he was just doing his job. He took me to the airport and dropped me off, did not help me with my bags and refused to take me earlier. I called the front desk at 4:00am and asked for a shuttle she told he could not take me earlier even though when I walked down to the lobby he was sitting in the lobby on his phone. Overall, the front desk personnel's attitude was terrible and very unprofessional.

I had to book a room due to a canceled flight. I called to try to.set up the shuttle service. The night desk staff was rude on the phone. Spoke to me like I was stupid. Like i was supposed to know what the procedure was for the shuttle services. I couldn't hear good because I was at the airport and she got an attitude because I couldn't hear. Then when I got to the hotel she was rude in person after I already had issues with my flight. I will not ever stay there again if i have another layover in Charlotte.

Room was nice except for tub in the bathroom got stopped up. Water wouldn't drain out. Breakfast was poor. . Kielbasa sausage, egg omelette, home fries not done. Poor selection. Don't stay on the 4th floor in back of the hotel, every 5 minutes an airplane went by. Difficult to sleep.

The lady who takes care of the breakfast room is exceptional. Friendly & cheerful. She kept everything spotless & well stocked. Great attitude! The shower head in 402 needs replacing. Awful! Had to stand against shower wall.
