Everything was solid for the price we paid. I just wish I knew that the elevators stopped between floors and we needed to bring our suitcases up half a flight. And that we couldnt be dropped pff by uber in front of our hotel as its a pedestrian street. So we had to walk a block with our suitcases as well. Everything else was great. Staff helped when needed. Shower pressure good. Update rooms and good size

Charming apartment hotel in a fantastic central location, with all major sites within walking distance. The property has a well-equipped kitchen, convenient laundry service, and the overall atmosphere is very friendly. The balcony offers a lovely spot to take in the local charm. That said, the building is a bit dated , can be cleaned a bit more , and not ideal for those with accessibility needs, as some areas can only be reached by stairs. Parking is located a bit further away, which is understandable given the central setting. The split-level apartment design may not suit everyone, but for location and convenience, it delivers solid value. Read all instructions from when the reception desk is open to where the parking is located and what the building access code is. It felt we didn't have any of that beforehand.

Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.

Veldig koselig hotell i sentrum med hyggelig personale. Rene og fine rom. Eneste negative var at heis var under service hele perioden onsdag til søndag. Vi bodde i 3. etasje så det ble litt å bære opp og ned og mange turer i trapp når to meget godt voksne damer var på tur, var ingen problem, men en av kriteriene ved bestilling var at vi ikke ville ha trapper. Vi utvidet oppholdet et døgn til, så meget fornøyd totalt sett. De hadde fått full score dersom de hadde gitt noe kompensasjon for heisen.

The hotel’s location was very good, easy to navigate and in the center of everything, especially the restaurants. The elevator was in the half way, meaning you need to walk up or down to get to the elevator with your luggage! The hotel is located at a pedestrian zone, you arrived with taxi or uber at the corner of street two blocks away. The room was pretty big and noisy level was high until midnight, but the windows were sealed well, it didn’t bother us that much. The breakfast was nice and I thought was cheaper than what you got from the restaurant downstairs. The apartment had basic equipment, no water no facial tissues (which I really needed all the time). The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Quiet 5th floor with air conditioning. Be prepared to walk luggage up stairs before the elevator as well as a flight at the top - elevator doesn’t go to the top floor. Nice, helpful staff. Walking distance to the beach and beach clubs.

Good option in the heart of Nice, fantastic location. Friendly staff. The property doesn’t have parking available, which was a challenge with a car, however managed using public car parks. Large rooms. Hotel trying to be more sustainable which is nice, need to ask day in advance is want new linen etc

We were a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms for our stay at this property. This is an older apartment building converted in to a hotel which is a very common thing in Europe. The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! Since this is a older building, the elevator is tiny and on middle of the floors. One of our rooms was very spacious and well setup but the other room was tiny, we had 3 people in each rooms, the 2nd room had barely any place to walk after the 3rd pull out bed was opened. We did pay the same for both our rooms. Might be because of how they were made from older apartments, so something to communicate with them early if possible. The front staff was helpful and helped with checkin after hours. The reception stays open from 7 AM to 8PM so if you are checking in outside this window make sure to communicate with them, they were very responsive.

Initial experience when we arrive was not good. I was called and asked if we were arriving before or after 8:30 and i said after. The person checking us in was not very friendly or happy as it looked like she had to wait for us to arrive and was not very helpful with showing us the apartment. Then the worst experience was that there were cockroaches seen in the bedroom and in the kitchen. I would not recommend this aparthotel to anyone.

Basically, a room in the center of Nice, on a very touristy street. Noisy at night and early morning when all the rubbish is collected. No room service unless you ask for it. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, with two coffee capsules of provided for my 7 day stay. If you want more capsules, you gotta pay for them. Luckily, there's a Nespresso shop around the corner on Place Masséna, so I bought original capsules there for less than knockoffs provided by the hotel. The common areas were dirty and worn out. The room was okay. You basically pay for the location. Don't expect luxury.

L'hôtel est superbement situé, avec des équipements complets. Les chambres sont extrêmement propres, la salle de bain très moderne et le balcon bien exposé au soleil. L'hôtel nous a même offert la surprise inattendue d'un upgrade en suite junior, pour laquelle nous sommes très reconnaissants. Nous espérons vivement pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau.

room was large enough for a single but dismal looking inside, particularly when compared to nearby AMMI Lafayette. Elevator and stair situation poor, hotel signage situation outside horrible. Mini kitchen amenities not nearly as good as AMMI Lafayette except refrigerator, which was decent size. Need shelf for soap dispenser in shower, provide more coffee pods, bigger table or counter space needed.

Los apartamentos están muy bien situados, pero esperaba más por el precio que se paga. El duplex en el que nos alojamos no es muy cómodo. Para subir al dormitorio hay una escalera de caracol que está un poco desencolada, y que hace un ruido tremendo. El sofá cama es bastante incómodo, y en general el apartamento necesita un repaso de algunos desconchones de la pared. El baño bien, aunque el agua sale con poca presión. No sé si otros apartamentos están renovados, pero el nuestro necesita un buen repaso.

The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! Since this is a older building, the elevator is tiny and on middle of the floors. One of our rooms was very spacious and well setup but the other room was tiny, we had 3 people in each rooms, the 2nd room had barely any place to walk after the 3rd pull out bed was opened. We did pay the same for both our rooms. Might be because of how they were made from older apartments, so something to communicate with them early if possible. The front staff was helpful and helped with checkin after hours. The reception stays open from 7 AM to 8PM so if you are checking in outside this window make sure to communicate with them, they were very responsive.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. Room was basic but comfortable and roomy, great to have a kitchenette. I originally booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived, we found a room with only one bed. There was no staff available at the time of our arrival the key was left in a safe box, and no one responded when we knocked on the reception door. Fortunately, a housemaid helped us and was able to change our room to one with two beds. Overall, the hotel room was good, and the location is amazing. However, the main issue was communication with the hotel staff they did not respond to the messages I sent. If you’re planning to book this hotel, I recommend arriving before the staff leave for the day to avoid any issues

The place is perfectly located just in the ❤️ of Nice at a pedestrian street. Our room was specious and super clean. We enjoyed our small balcony where we could eat the seafood bought on an open air market prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is very kind and friendly. It's a perfect place to stay in Nice. The reception works until 8 pm, but they can arrange a late self check-in for you.

Everything was solid for the price we paid. I just wish I knew that the elevators stopped between floors and we needed to bring our suitcases up half a flight. And that we couldnt be dropped pff by uber in front of our hotel as its a pedestrian street. So we had to walk a block with our suitcases as well. Everything else was great. Staff helped when needed. Shower pressure good. Update rooms and good size

Great breakfast (the pear tart....ooh lala!), although the space is a little tight, but they do let you take a tray to your room if you like to, which is a lovely treat. Excellent staff, very helpful. Our room had a kitchenette, and we loved it. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, and lots of shopping opportunities too.

Cet hébergement est très bien situé et propre. Hormis cela pour se garer il nous en a couté 100 € de stationnement au parking Grimaldi pour 3 jours à Nice, la studette est petite, insuffisamment équipée en vaisselles et il n’y a pas non plus de table basse dans le salon si ce n’est une petite tablette brinquebalante. Il a été rénovée à la va vite. Et la pièce pour prendre le petit déjeuner est toute petite pas plus de 6 personnes, le buffet est à l’image du reste : miniature et il faut réserver sa place pour le lendemain. Ce n’est pas un hébergement de qualité. Le personnel fait avec ce qu’il a mais est serviable.

The hotel’s location was very good, easy to navigate and in the center of everything, especially the restaurants. The elevator was in the half way, meaning you need to walk up or down to get to the elevator with your luggage! The hotel is located at a pedestrian zone, you arrived with taxi or uber at the corner of street two blocks away. The room was pretty big and noisy level was high until midnight, but the windows were sealed well, it didn’t bother us that much. Beautiful aparthotel in central Nice, very close to the old town. We walked everywhere, the beach is only a few roads away. There are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a wide range of shops. The breakfast buffet was lovely, especially the beautiful pear tart! All the staff were very helpful, we had a great time and can't wait to be back!
