Overall, I had a good experience. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were pleased with the overall condition of the property. The receptionist was professional and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and everything looked either brand new or well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked as expected. The room also had a microwave and a small sink, which were convenient. The only downside was that the fridge did not work. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel offered free breakfast, although we didn’t use it. In general, it’s a nice hotel at a good price. The surrounding area isn’t great, but it’s not too bad either.

The hotel was in a great location next to many eateries and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was easy to navigate inside the hotel. They provided continental breakfast and free parking. The room was spacious with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Mostly clean. The floor was wet in some area like it wasn’t mopped all the way but we just used a towel to dry . Also there was a water bug that appeared dead in the morning. Overall beds were comfy and provided the space we needed to rest.

Staff was great 👍 and the breakfast had a wide range of options. Very good 😊 The room was for the most part very clean, however, I dropped my water bottle on the floor by the bed and wiped it with a towel…..floor was extremely dirty and the towel was almost black. Luckily we wear flip flops. Looked under the bed and couch since I was down there cleaning up the mess and it was very dusty. That’s pretty much the only complaint we had and would still stay there again in the future.

The parking lot had garbage everywhere. The room was just ok. Fingerprints on the mirror, desk was dirty too. The floor was all cut up even thought it had a hard fake wood flooring. The workmanship was absolutely terrible. The fit and finish of the drywall, flooring, trim, bathroom was awful. For the money it was terrible. I would have expected this from a 1 maybe 2 star facility at half the price. I was very disappointed. Also the other guests were loud and rude. I was woke up at 6am by someone banging on my door and then running to the elevator. My heart was racing from the adrenalin and I wasn't able to get back to sleep. Overall, one of the worst stays I've had all year.

I checked in only to find out that if you dont pay for your room upfront and wait until you get there. They do not hold a room for you. This is something Expedia needs to disclose to its customers. However, the front desk was able to find me a room. It was clean and updated. It had a mini fridge, microwave, and kcup coffe maker. Only compliant was the shower pressure. It was not the best. Overall it was a great stay.

The shower would not get hot. After working 14 hour days a hot shower was needed but maintenance had left for the day and changing rooms at that point wasn’t going to happen. The ac (that didn’t work very well) leaked all over the floor and soaked my shoes!!! It would shut off and warm the room - it was hard to sleep.

First key giving to me didn't work. instead of fixing that they changed rooms. Elevator was not working, the other never had indication if it was coming to you. Entering room- was really dark and could not see well, and the temp was set at 79. really hot and took awhile to cool.

Check in said 3, upon arrival, they said check in isn’t until 4. They kept saying it would be just a minute but we waited around quite a while. When they finally gave us a key, we opened the room to find it still full of someone else’s belongings. We didn’t get a room until after 4:30. Staff was rude, disorganized & unprofessional. Woukd not return.

The concierge on duty was amazing. I've never checked into a Holliday in and had that experience. We stayed there to eat in the Orlando Chinatown and shop on our way back from Ocala and he knew the best or the authentic Chinese restaurants. He was engaging and helpful.

Check in was a nightmare. It definitely felt like they weren’t equipped to handle the amount of people attending a local kpop concert. The staff did their best. Check out was a breeze. Everything else was wonderful.

The staff here is so friendly and mostly accommodating. My family was here due to a sickness and eventually a death in our family. They allowed us to extend our stay at the original price that we reserved at and I can’t tell you how nice that was. I would give 5 stars except we had an alarm clock that kept going off at 5:45 am that no one seemed to care about. We called numerous times for assistance and were assured that maintenance would come by to fix it they did not so I’m not giving 5 stars for that reason only. This is why I say they were mostly accommodating.

Our first night at the hotel was fine, the room was definitely smaller than expected and the water park was poorly maintained. But it was tolerable. The next night however was terrible. There was a dog in the room next to ours, which is understandable at a pet friendly hotel, but the dog wouldn’t stop barking. We called the front desk but they were extremely rude and never sent anyone up to the room. It wasn’t until we went down to the front desk that they finally sent up security. The front desk employee and the manager were very argumentative and offered no solution other than to essentially say dogs bark, they have them in the hotel. They were unable to call the people in that room or move them to another room and they were unable to move us. I will never stay at another holiday inn The experience was terrible

We stay here each year for a local event. I find this hotel to be safe and clean as well as quiet. I want to especially thank the woman that worked the front desk upon our checkin for her professional and expediant service as well as her continuous friendliness to us and everyone else.

Felt safe at the hotel even though we got the feeling the area may not be the best. My husband heard another family alerting the staff to homeless people entering for the breakfast that was included with a stay. I’m sure not everyone partakes of the breakfast so I’m all for feeling those who need it!

We have stayed at this hotel every time we have been in Orlando. It used to be an excellent stay, but as this visit the bath shower floor was so slippery that I almost fell a couple times. The breakfast used to be excellent. But this time it was down right awful. Instead of the attendant was no other way to explain it but lazy. The food selection was cold the small blueberry muffins were half frozen. The apples were brown when you bit into them. Needless to say I’m afraid that was my last visit to holiday in express on Orlando. I truly hope some one from your office would randomly check in to see what I’m talking about. By the way it used to be a crowded breakfast. This time there was only 3 or 4 people at any time. That alone should tell you something. We’ll have a good day.

Parking lot was littered with trash, but the hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice. Through the night (until about 3am) our neighbors were opening and closing their door (it was slamming shut) and their baby was screaming. The walls are thin and we could hear everything. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good, coffee tasted old. I’d stay here again.
