Only working ice machine was on the 2nd floor. Jacuzzi jets did not work. Only 1 elevator was in service. Charged an unexpected outrageous fee to park on THEIR parking lot. Room fee was more than original agreed upon price. Staff seemed untrained. I was extremely disappointed.

Nice hotel. They charge for parking unless you are an Honors member. It’s $25 per day to self park which is ridiculous. Hallways were warm but room was nice and cool. Lots of amenities like bar and restaurant on property. Clean. Staff is responsive. I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly. Hotel lobby and rooms were nice and clean. Pool was closed due to "maintenance". Showerheads in both mine and my sister's rooms were terribly clogged, so after a long hot day of walking around Disney Springs and looking forward to a nice shower that was very disappointing. The showers in both rooms were also very slippery. Hotel lobby, elevators, and hallways were all very hot, felt like a/c was broken. Rooms were a bit humid but cool since individual a/c units in them were working well but they ran constantly, all night long. TV channels seemed to default to Spanish for some reason. Other than the hot hallways/elevator/lobby, the showers being awful, and the pool being closed when the kids wanted to swim, the stay there was decent. Unless improvements to those things are made, I probably wouldn't book a room there again.

We are tech savvy but the QT code to pay for parking did not work so we had to wait for about 10mins in line for the 1 front desk person to assist. Check in a few hours earlier was same wait time and experience. Pool was out of towels both time we went down. Room was clean. Experooberall good for the value

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. I clearly missed that you have to pay fof parking now separately used to be no charge.Also, one of the elevators has a terrible shake when it stops , little scary.. Otherwise the room was clean, gym was nice i didnt get in the pool but alot of other people did so it must be okay!

Cons-No free parking. A charge of $27 a day to park your car (wish that was in their ad) No 24 hour coffee. You must walk next door to their sister hotel Shuttle service-Only one time during the day and back. And only goes to the one park which is Epcot. Leaves at 9:30 AM and returns at 9:00 PM. We decided to take Uber. Another added cost for us. No magnifying mirrors for putting makeup on No daily room service as with most hotels now a days which is fine but they don’t give you enough supplies, you have to ask for them. Pros-Very Clean Across the highway from shopping if needed. Beds are comfortable Furniture in good condition I would not stay here again as there are too many other options with free parking, free breakfast, better shuttle service and free 24 hour coffee.

Once we checked in we went straight to our room which wasn’t cleaned at all, the beds were still dirty & old items still left behind from the previous person. We went back to the front desk & were advised that housekeeping “forgot” to clean the room. Totally unacceptable.

It served its purpose. It was “clean enough” - we just needed a bed and shower and to not spend a ton of money. The bed was terrible - the 2 nights there I couldn’t sleep. It is in a great location for all things Disney. I will stay at a Disney resort the next time. The customer service was below average at the front desk. The parking lot is not well lit. Carpeted rooms (gross) and ours had stains all over it. Just not real pleased.

Room had a moist, mildew smell. 6th floor smelled like pot most of the time. Front desk staff was busy on the computer looking at bottles of booze and not really attentive to customers. Got locked out of the room and had to have maintenance reprogram the door. No towels at the pool and the general pool area was not maintained. Long time Hilton member but will never stay at this one again.

The staff was great, the hotel looked remodeled in the front but once you get inside your hotel it needs renovation, the room smelled really bad and the bed when you move make so much noise like you in a motel. The carpet were filthy dirty i believe that’s where the smell was coming from and cigarettes wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in was good. The room was OK. The beds was clean, but it was an older in there housekeeping did not check the refrigerator. It had old food in it. The bathrooms was decent. The walls are really thin. We kept hearing a child running in the room from the fourth floor at 1-2 in the morning our phone just kept ringing. I had to unplug it so the question is is it a decent place to stay? I will say it’s OK.

The hotel DID not provide transportation from the airport. This a Hilton. The room key worked each time after six or more attempts. Very frustrating. Desk clerk came up, same result. The door lock shoed damage. Room AC ran all night, never shut off. Faucet handle in bathroom turned in 360 not shutting off. Toilet ran all the time. Overall very poor maintenance. This Hilton NEEDS major overall.

You really aren't saving much by staying here. They charge $27 a day for parking. Check in time was supposed to be 4. We had to wait in the lobby with others for almost two hours for our room to be marked as "cleaned". The bed and pillows are like terrible. The ac in the room never got below 72. The hallways/elevators had peanut shells and other assorted debris on them the entire day. There's no way staff didn't see this. Absolutely no hot water and the water pressure is terrible. One of the towels in the bathroom wasn't even dried completely from being washed. One of the sheets smelled like it sat somewhere wet too long then dried. They only put decaf kcups in your room and two single cup creamers. The mini fridge was frozen over and barely cooling. I would expect this kind of stay in a rundown hotel next to an interstate for under $65 a night but not a Hilton branded hotel. Highly disappointed in our stay. Lesson learned with Hilton garden brand

The hotel was ok, nicely presented, and it’s a good hotel which is near the disney parks Shower was horrendous, it doesn’t come off the handle, and the power is atrocious not great when you’ve had a long day Breakfast is average but not the best at all, I wouldn’t recommend it Food in the evening was ok but not many options I wouldn’t stay here again, very disappointed

Check in was good and lobby and pool were nice However, there was very low water pressure and sink, the room was dark ( not enough lighting), the door to the room took numerous tries and jiggling to open and the room was noisy from the the elevator and the AC.

Had issues with HVAC system in room not adjusting from 68F, tried heat, cool and turning system off and on, seeing if wall thermostat worked, nothing. Also, at 6:00AM there was no hot water and shower was cold. Parking was expensive and charged on day basis of midnight. Since my stay was from 4pm 1/3/25 to 10am 1/4/25, I was charged two days even though I was at the hotel less than 18 hours. That was not explained in the reservation and was an expensive surprise upon arrival at the hotel.

The room was clean, lobby was lovely but the showerhead was very poor and the beds were extremely firm. The bathroom door was warped so it would get stuck and make a loud noise when closing it or forcing it open. As nice as the lobby and room being clean and tidy, we didnt get a great sleep.

Good stay for the piece. Room was fairly basic/no frills but clean and adequate. Negatives were blanket was very thin, no extra blanket. Bathroom showerhead was bad/poor pressure. And could use a coat of paint. Still overall Good. Front desk staff very nice, efficient, and helpful.

Called and verified that i will be landing late due to delay in flight. Told company i will be ther after 2am due to our flight. Got to hotel and 230 am and the reservation for 2 rooms (5 people including 2 minors) and they cancelled our reservations. Will never book with hilton because of this... especially since we weren't the only family in the lobby at 3am that got their reservations cancelled on them

There were several issues with our stay at the hotel. If it were not for the exceptional customer service we received from Alex, our stay would not have been tolerable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alex and his kindness and compassion. It is what you would want in an amazing employee to represent your hotel.

I drove 19 hours straight from New York, arriving at 6:30 am. Prior to my arrival, I contacted the front desk at 11 am to inquire about early check-in and was informed that it would be accommodated. However, upon my arrival at 7 am, I was treated unprofessionally and told that early check-in was not available. Despite my fatigue from driving, I was instructed to return at 4 pm, which I found unacceptable. Instead, I visited the Marriott hotel across the street, where I was able to secure a room with an early check-in fee of $40. I had to request multiple times for my room to be cleaned, and even then, the service was inadequate. I did not like that it was not walkable. The parking is extremely expensive for the inconvinience of not having nothing close by the hotel and you need to have a car to drive to the places. The pillows uffff HORRIBLE bring your own pillows

Misleading listing. Said breakfast included and it’s not. 27 dollars a day to park. Our bed squeaked loudly, rust on bathroom door, no mattress cover and they clean your room every other day. Hot tub was broken and if you needed something for the room you had to go get it Don’t stay here

Everything was amazing, I don’t like that you have to pay additional for breakfast, you have free coffee on one side and that same coffee is served in the “restaurant” and it’s $3 😂 that’s a bit much but everything else was great. Definitely will come back.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful and the food from the restaurant was delicious! My only complaint was the room didn’t have sufficient lighting. Two of the lamps had their bulbs missing. I told the front desk and they sent someone up. The gentleman came, and said he would be back but never came back. It didn’t bother me, I was going to bed and didn’t need the lights anyway. Overall I would most definitely stay there again.

They only went to 2 parks and only once in the morning and once at night so basically having to stay at park all day if you didn’t just drive all day. Also charging almost $15 for breakfast is a little nuts

Front desk attendant great on check in. Very accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Excellent chef made my 3 egg omelette delicious and the seater/serverer couldn't be nicer and very accommodating.
