The staff was very nice and welcoming. There were board games in the common area that we enjoyed using. The pool was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The waffles were much better than other hotels.

The property was very nice. Our breakfast was great too. We were disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub weren't available. The rooms were very nice and our suite was beautiful too. The mattress however wasn't quite up to the standards of the room. I thought we would find our selves in a nice comfortable plush bed but instead it was very stiff/hard which made getting comfortable more than difficult and it made for a poor nights sleep. I would recommend a slightly softer mattress, middle of the road so those that like firm could be ok and those that like soft could be ok.

Check-in was easy enough, room was clean and the staff was very pleasant.. A little noise from neighbors above. The hot tub was broken (I figured it would be). The only nearby restaurant is McDonald's though. Choices are kind of slim in this area.

Short unexpexted stay because of a vehicle break down. Dog friendly, reasonable, but they should make it a pet deposit instead of a fee. Doggy slept in the kennel and we woke and left. Kind and friendly staff. Had a place to park our trailer.

First, no complaints about the staff. Staff was all very friendly and accomodating. Hotel def needs updating. It's clean yes, but the tub was stained. Guest internet wasn't working so I logged into the lobby wifi.....I was expecting more out of the "free" breakfast. It wasll dry goods, fruit and only 3 hot choices which didn't look all that great. Location is great, the Hilton Garden Inn was across the parking lot at least with a bar and dining.

The sleeper sofa in the first room was soaking wet. That included the sheets and the mattress and naturally we did not discover this until bedtime. Staff was able to move us to a different room as we needed that sleep space. Clearly this furniture was not tended to by the cleaning staff which opens up so many other cleanliness questions.....

The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. I can't tell if it is fairly new or just had a renovation, but it is very nice inside. The rooms are spacious (we had a 2 queen room). There was a chair, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is very nice as well. They offer the Zero % brand for their soaps and lotion (which smells amazing!). There are plenty of plugs around the room and the desk and beside tables also have usb ports for your charging needs.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The location was great for us. The faucet was short & located in the corner of the sink, so water gets on the counter. Makes it difficult to wash hands or brush teeth without making a mess. We must of had a room next to kids, as we woke every morning to loud thumping footsteps. Walls seem thin. Next time we will ask for an end unit.

The worst layout of a hotel room I have ever experienced. Giant weird desk in the middle of the room. Huge doorway into bathroom area with no door. The beds were military-cot comfortable at best. Worst sheets ever. Light coming in through windows kept me awake all night. Breakfast was atrocious!

This hotel seemed really nice when we first walked in. I had to wait quite sometime for staff to come to the front desk and check me in. Our room was okay except for the bathroom. The sink faucet was awkwardly to the side and it was impossible to wash your hands without getting water all over the counter. The shower was either dirty or rusted and water wouldn’t come out of the shower head - only the tub spout. This was really disappointing for the price we paid.

I wouldn't stay here again unless I reserved the whole top floor to myself. Thin walls and ceiling let all noises in at all hours of the night. If you can get by on less than 4 hours of sleep then you will be ok.

For $300 per night I was extremely pissed off that I couldn't get pillows for the pullout bed, the breakfast was out of everything at 7 am, no one was around to refill juice or waffle batter, hot tub was cold. Seems like this hotel falls apart when sporting events are here. Won't book here next year for state wrestling, not worth the money
