Good location, close to Arc de Triomphe. Spacious rooms - ours wasn’t ready at check-in but was provided pretty soon after. Restaurant and bar in the hotel was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We were disappointed with our stay here. After paying nearly $1,000 per night for a simple room, being refused an opportunity to stay on the side with a view of the Eiffel Tower without an additional $863 per night, we were told one of two elevators were not functioning. When we checked out, neither elevator was working and we had to carry three suitcases down seven flights of stairs. Additionally, the hotel charged us for the ridiculously overpriced rooms TWICE. They claimed not to know we had pre-paid through Expedia. All in all, it was a very frustrating experience for the cost of the room.

Great Location , Only 5 Mins walking distance to the Champ Elysee … very friendly staff. Over all its a good hotel however if restaurant terace was bigger would’ve been better. Elevator had a maintenance issue hope that would be fixed soon. Over all for the price performance 100% is a good hotel.

Our stay was overall outstanding. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the service was impeccable, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. However, I must point out two small downsides: the breakfast was far too expensive for what was offered—I actually chose not to have it because of the high prices—and on the first day, there was a noticeable dust smell in the room. Thankfully, the room was fresh and comfortable after that initial day. Despite these minor issues, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The stay was pleasant. However the maintenance service was a bit disappointment as the shampoo and body soap in the bath tub ran out for several days and was be not refilled and as a result, we have to shower using hand soap.

The building was outdated. Service was definitely not 5 stars. The reception staff was outstanding, guy sitting at the entrance was just lazy and sitting around. We were a group of 5, 2 elderlies 1 toddler and when we arrived, he offered no help with luggage. The rooms are really old. The property needs more renovation or just downgrade to 4 stars to be more like it.

Nice location by Arc de Triomphe; we had problems with coffee machine inside was broken, and noise- there is work zone on the back which made a lot of noises- our window was in the back. Overall very good hotel and a good stay.

Rooms are needed upgrade. Toilet flush is not working properly, hand sink always water accumulated, water was going down very slow. One of the room safe box was not working, we had to change the room. One evening we were in the bed, someone knocked the door without waiting answer she open the door left a two pieces of chocolates next to coffee machine. It was not necessary for the two small pieces of chocolates to bother our privacy. Breakfast was average, cheese selection was poor. Even last two days small packed cream cheese and feta cheese were finished they did not provide any. Scrambled egg was not good, it was more watery. Generally breakfast was poor.

I really enjoyed staying at the Renaissance Arc de Triomphe. From my balcony on the 8th floor, I could see the Eiffle Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and there were lots of wonderful restaurants close by. I would stay there again.

A large piece of wood around the door frame in the bathroom (part of the door frame) fell off the wall - it was only glued on - and management at Marriott took 3 days to have it fixed and wouldn't allow us to change room nor would they give us a discount on our stay. I have 2 young children (2yo and 7yo) that stayed in that room that were exposed to the dust and glue fumes for those 3 days as well as the possibility of other pieces of wood potentially falling on us or my children. They said I needed to work through Expedia to get a discounted rate and when I followed their instructions, they still denied a discount. Terrible management, terrible hotel. The location is great, however, not worth paying to stay where there are safety issues and terrible management.

Excellent customer service (otherwise a pricey hotel) We had excellent 1 night stay at the hotel. High rating is mainly due to the excellent customer service that we experience during our stay. Special shout out to Dylan, Knisha from the front desk and Emmanuel from the engineering team. Front desk was kind enough to have a piece of cake and balloons in the room for the birthday of our child. This was a very kind and sweet gesture from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and hotel itself is just a short walk away from Arc de Triumph and Champs elysees, and Metro stations. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and if you want to be close to the center (and price is not a concern), this is an excellent place and we certainly recommend.

But perhaps the best thing was that there were many authentic French restaurants surrounding the area. The hotel staff or as we knew them as ‘navigators’ during our stay was especially helpful and gave us a map that had the surrounding restaurants that they recommended. With this, I would like to extend a special thank you to our navigator Flavio for recommending some great restaurants. The breakfast was great, and they even had fresh bread every morning! The room itself is clean and tidy, absolutely no issues were found there. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Asma del frontal desk con una actitud de prepotencia desde que llegamos. Se aprovechó de nuestra circunstancia y la hora en que llegamos, la foto de la habitación que aparece en hoteles no corresponde con la habitación doble. Si no con la familiar, al bajar y pedir una habitación más grande o una cuna para la niña de 3 años nos dijo que era un gran problema y nos hizo rentar otra habitación con un costo altísimo por ser el mismo día. Además al darnos la habitación que dijo que era comunicada nos había dado dos habitaciones sin comunicar y sin que las llaves funcionaran, bajé y estaba en gerente y en dos segundos nos día habitación conectadas. Pésima actitud al hacer el check out ya que fue con la misma persona de recepción y nos trató mal. De verdad no vale lo que cuesta este hotel por el servicio. Caen mencionar que este trámite duró casi 2 horas con niños pequeños.

The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The hotel was nice and cool in the heat and it was easy to stay hydrated. It was quiet at night and a short walk to good metro connections during the day. There were some small minor issues with the bathroom but otherwise everything was pretty much perfect.
