They allowed me to check in 4 hours early. The only downfall I didn’t like is there was no longer a hot tub but it’s still listed as an amenity and in pictures. One of the reasons I picked this hotel.

The hotel was an older hotel with a fresh update but several comfort things were missing. The room had no USB ports and all the lights had rust around the bottom of the fixtures from high humidity. Even though the hotel had a small restaurant or food service, it wasn't open in the evenings nor was there a complimentary breakfast provided. For the price, at least a pack of pop tarts could have been available.

We enjoyed the spacious room I would give 5 stars except the bed was not very comfortable. The toilet seat in our room also needs adjusted it’s of center and slides when you sit. The front desk staff were helpful and very nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay the pool was great for the kids and the family room furniture was comfortable.

Property was nice and clean. Front desk staff was nice. They were shortstaffed amd we were sent to our room after check in and they were still in the middle of cleaning it. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience. There is no restaurant on property at the moment as its being renovated. There was a nice bar w a friendly bar tender.

It was adequate. Room was ok there were a couple of things the housekeepers didn’t pay attention to. Shower head direction, coffee maker. Fitness center want well taken care of, tvs on machines didn’t work, towels not replenished, equipment missing.

They are remodeling the lobby and it looks nice and the hotel staff are very friendly. Our room however had 2 large tears in the carpet and the mattress was badly sunken in on one side. The furniture is old and in poor condition. The pool area is very small and in need of repair.

Bathroom had mold in shower, lamp shade had holes, lamps were missing causing room to be dark, we only had 1 towel upon arrival & did not get more till next morning they ran out, chair in bedroom had white stains on it, I reserved 2 king rooms upon going to get my elderly father to go to event we were in Daytona for he was in a room with 2 queen beds that is not what I reserved. To end the stay we were attacked by wasp while loading our vehicle.

No breakfast, first room had mold and rust, asked to be moved, second room had roaches crawling on the walls, third room was upgraded to a suite, it was fine, had leak stains on the ceiling but was mostly fine. The hallways were not vacuumed on any floor. We have stayed at this hotel for at least 10 years and this is the first time we've ever had this experience. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and very helpful. I really appreciate them and they are the only reason we stayed and didn't leave altogether.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. My room was dirty upon arrival and had trash old used soap and used towels. There was a roach on the bathroom floor as well. Nothing was done fix any of my issues during the stay. They advertise breakfast with your stay but there was no breakfast for guests. I would not recommend staying here.

i stayed at this hotel for a week. In that week I saw and killed 5 roaches. The lamp shades had weird stains on them. The doors were stained with god knows what. The room felt dirty. Ive seen many reviews - going back as 10 months complaining about roaches. If you know youre infested why continue to hpuse people in this building? You guys clearly dont do pest conteol and lie saying that you guys have. There wouldnt be roaches if you guys did get pest control. For the price, this hotel was dirty and loud. Teenagers running up and down the halls. Not the best stay.

Just ok. Initially the TV didn’t work until we figured out that the cable box was not plugged in. However, TV remote didn’t work. Room didn’t get cleaned one day. Bed was hard. AC unit was loud. Usually don’t stay in Holiday Inns. Now I remember why.

Great place, good location, Staff very friendly and accommodating. Area felt secure, and well lit. Room was large and well appointed. Price was high due to large event that weekend in Daytona. I would be curious to see what the cost would be on a regular weekend.

It was ok nothing special. I feel it was overpriced. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and you could actually hear when the air handler turned on, and it made the wall vibrate behind our bed.

The checking in was daunting. The dinner menu offers were among the most unhealthy choices possible! The room was near by the elevator and we heard a non stop laud clicking noise, that made us waking up several times during the night. For 200$ a night we were expecting at least a good night sleep.

There were 3 lamps in the room and only one of them worked. The toilet is about 6 inches off the floor. Price gouging because of bike week. The curtains don’t close so the street lights shined in our faces all night and we were up at 6 am Only see thru panels. No free breakfast, for the price we paid we should have got 3 meals a day.

Understaffed. Their credit card system is glitchy. I was there for a few hours, needing to be up at 3am for an early flight. Staff couldn't find their authorization umber, so they woke me up SEVEN TIMES in the 7 hours I tried to sleep. I explained when yhey called my room that I would bring my banking ap info - to show payment had gone through- when I left before 4am, but that i needed to get SOME sleep. They decided instead to make their software/hardware issue MY problem and continue to wake me up until I got dressed and came to the lobby at Midnight.

The hotel overbooked. I had a reservation and paid in advance to ensure I’d have a room for the night. I’d put in a 17 hour day and then drove more than two hours to the hotel only to be told they had no rooms. I wasn’t the only one! There were several others in the lobby who were trying to figure out where they were going to stay for the night. The night clerk was overwhelmed with angry customers. It took an hour and a half to find a nearby vacancy and I finally got to bed at 1:30 a.m. A horrible experience to say the least!

A horrible 3 night stay. The bathroom had two lights and only one was working. The single light switch in bathroom turned on a fan and light. The fan was unbelievably LOUD, such that you could hear it outside the room. It was like a turbo engine. The chair near desk had white substance on it - and wasn’t clean. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I immediately reported this to front desk. They said someone would look into it in morning since it was late. I had a very busy schedule as I was moving my mother into a community. The next morning at 6:30 I went to the front desk and advised the person on duty of the concerns I’d reported the night before when I arrived. I was assured it would be addressed. Upon my return that evening, I was appalled. The only thing that had been done was they somehow disconnected the bathroom fan. They did not fix the light and my room wasn’t cleaned, and bed wasn’t made. Once again I went back to the front desk and told them. I asked that the manager call me. The next morning I reminded the day person at front desk to have the manager call me. Again I returned to hotel to find that the light hadn’t been fixed and again my room hadn’t been cleaned. Since I had not heard from the hotel manager all day I called. Finally the manager called and apologized and offered move me to “the best suite in the hotel with a bath tub” and comp me 1 of my 3 nights. The room did not have a tub and when I reported all this nothing was done.

Confirmed reservation twice by phone and once by email and all was good. Drove a long way for a late check in. We get there and the Night Auditor Manager is telling the family ahead of us that they do not have a room for them. They booked with Expedia also. Then, they tell me the same thing, along with the people after us. Holiday Inn basically sold our prepaid rooms to other people before we checked in. The manager was not kind about it and had no explanation about why. It took 1.5 hours for Expedia to fix this for us. We then were relocated to a lesser hotel 25 minutes away. However, this Holiday Inn is oceanfront at Daytona, so that helped make up for the 1:20am check in time. This front desk manager was extremely prompt and kind here. We were charged a service charge that I’m hoping will be returned to me. I did pay the insurance this time, thank goodness. I will start working on that claim tomorrow.

We had a short but great stay to visit friends. This was a very nice stay with great beds, clean rooms, the restaurant was very good for breakfast and well priced. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall the stay was ok. We got breakfast vouchers for two mornings. The first morning breakfast was great, we ordered anything we wanted. All of a sudden, the next morning, breakfast had all these rules, we could only order the first thing on the menu, the amount of food was half of what it was the previous day. It didn’t make sense.
