Property is now remodel,rooms are clean and the hotel personnel is very attentive to your needs, security guard and cameras in place, only one block away from Revolution ave.for shopping and restaurants. I recommend and be back again to this hotel

I have stayed at this hotel manybtimes before, the first time being 25 years ago. Although this time around the room was much cleaner and relaxing in the beginning. While my partner and i tried to rest, the neighbor was talking a bit too loud. After he finished his loud conversation he began to scream, and sing out loud making super uncomfortable. While the neighbor was in the shower we could hear him shouting and screaming. We called the front desk and were dismissed and never did anyone show up. We decided to leave the premises and after explaining again why our sudden decision to leave the hotel nothing was done. The guard on the premises was of course useless. Too bad i used to like this hotel.

La Villa de Zaragoza is my go to hotel when we visit Tijuana. The lication is perfect, one block from Revolution. Close to restaurants, coffe shops. The hotel also has a restaurant. Staff is friendly, attentive and there's always someone onsite. The rooms are spacious comfortable, showers are perfect and most of all. The TV is huge and there's so many channels to enjoy movies and shows when relaxing in the room. Overall, we highly recommend this Hotel, see you in February. James and E.M
