We had a short stay in the area while attending a conference with family, and the location was perfect for easy access to the interstate. The beds were comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully in the hot September weather. The coffee bar offered a nice variety of coffees, and the staff were very friendly. After a long, busy day at the conference, we really enjoyed a quiet evening in our hotel room.

Check in staff was very friendly. First room was in desperate need of maintence. Toilet tank would not refill, fridge broken, phone in room broken. Asked for maintenance to be called. Returned at midnight, nothing was fixed. Changed rooms, and all seemed fine. Next morning, keys would not work in the door. Maintenance did come up, but it locked us out several more times. Total hassle. Coffee maker didn't work, either. Will not book at this hotel in the future.

Travelers BEWARE!!! This was the worst hotel ever. Check in was 3pm and we arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready. We were offered an “upgrade” to a suite (room 301) so we took it because we had a sporting event to get to. When we got back around 11pm we found that there was not enough towels and requested sheets for the pull out bed. When we laid down the bed folded in and our heads got wedged in between. This was a serious concern and we were lucky that we escaped injury. We tried to accommodate by asking to be moved to another room but were told that all rooms were reserved for the night. We asked for an air mattress but they didn’t have any. We put the mattress on the floor to see if that would work but as soon as we lay down the springs hurt our back. We decided to leave and asked for a refund. There was no manager on duty so we went back 2 days later. The manager, Ariel told us he could not refund us because we accepted the “upgrade.” Rather than give us an apology and a refund, Ariel called the police on us. This is so sad to think that a manager was unwilling to refund us. We are just hard working people and we were treated unfairly. This was by far the worst experience. I hope people read this review and realize that these people don’t care about your safety they just want your money.

Everything was dirty, rusty, broken, and not worth the 2 nights I paid for. Rust in the elevator, buttons were broken. Rust in the shower and door hinges. Mold on shower curtain. Door latch broken. Lamp shades dusty and splattered stains. The curtains for the windows had multiple holes in it.
