If you want to be close to the big Apple while avoiding the traffic, this is the place to stay. The Hotel was great. Friendly staff. Clean, clean and clean. Plenty of parking and close to many good restaurants and shopping centers Will definitely go back.

AC is abnormally loud. The road noise is like an echo chamber. Parking lot was hard to get into and is woefully small, some idiot with an rv was very particular about me taking the very last parking spot. This place is overpriced by 2x. Bulldoze this place.

Free breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The hotel and the room were clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. WiFi was easy to access and reliable. Be aware that the hotel parking lot entrance/exit is located on an expressway. Caution is needed when exiting because the road is busy and the traffic is fast. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was clean and super practical, which is what I need for business travel. 24-hour coffee and tea is a nice touch. The only tiny suggestion I’d make is a lotion dispenser in the shower area. It was located by the sink (outside the bathroom), and if you’re traveling with someone who doesn’t want to see that, you need to do some advanced planning. Luckily I noticed it and found a little plastic cup so that I could take it in with me and spare my traveling companion.

I thought I was just overtired and I felt terrible because I couldn't sleep on that bed. It was like trying to sleep directly on springs. About 3 am I had a terrible headache. Took 5 advil and finally fell asleep for about 3.5 hours. Woke up to a stuffy nose and sinuses.. then I noticed the black mold on the wall next to the AC unit. Yeah.. never staying here again.

Great place to stay away from the big city! Stayed 6 days, nice location, right on the main strip, breakfast was good every morning. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our suite was perfect for two adults and two kids. Large bathroom with walk-in shower! Plenty of room and comfortable beds.

Property and rooms were clean and staff friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Air vents and cooling unit was clean so didn’t wake up with the usual hotel stuffiness. AC worked great. My only (minor) complaint is that the walls are definitely thin. I could hear people coughing and their conversations through the walls and when transitioning through the hallways it sounded louder than I’ve experienced during other stays.

The hotel employee that checked us in on Thursday afternoon was clearly sick with Covid and she got me sick when I was forced to have close contact and share things with her like a pen and personal space. She was not seen at the hotel even one time in any of the following three days of our trip and I’m certain she got other guests at the hotel sick upon their check-in or other interactions with her. Shame on the hotel for allowing her to work and forcing me to communicate with her. I got sick the very next day. I hope I did not unknowingly spread it to others while on my trip, which she ruined with her selfishness and reckless behavior. This hotel clearly does not care about its guests. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. It’s the only way they will improve their service to all.

When I checked in, the front desk clerk was not very welcoming. Seemed like it was a chore for him to be there. Had I been greeted even a little bit more enthusiastically, I might have given the staff a much better review.

Awful experience at the Holiday Inn In Ramsey. I’m checking in. I’m giving a hotel key and the door wouldn’t open to the room so I go back to the front desk two times to let them know that the room won’t open they send someone upstairs who also can’t get the door open. They move me into a new room. The room is very loud with highway noise and I can hear every door that opens and closes, the toilet over with my feces running over the bathroom while I was getting dressed in the morning then all of my food that I have been traveling with froze in the refrigerator. The gentleman in the front desk said there was no management available that they would call me later , I’m not sure how that would help my situation now going to a meeting very tired and upset

Very clean and updated. Breakfast was superb! Love that they have Dove shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion, handsoap, instead of those cheap small bottled ones. Bonus: they’re beside Dunkin Donuts 😂 plus just about 20mins away from Woodbury Commons Outlet.
