Stayed 1 night

The hotel was great for what we wanted. It is not luxury but the room was clean and so was the breakfast area. Coffee was good.

Stayed 1 night

When we first pulled up, the hotel looked like it was abandoned. The exterior is in very poor condition, but we were only staying at night so I didn’t think the rooms could be that bad. When we first checked in, we were greeted by the hotel front desk. He was very polite and accommodating at first. The first room they put us in, the ceiling fan in the bathroom was falling down, there was a garbage can on the toilet filled with dirty water and plaster all over the floor. So we went back to the front desk to ask for a different room. He apologized, and put us into a different room. We left for dinner, and upon returning, we realized the toilet in the room was not flushing. The bathroom in this room was not in too much better condition, but at least the ceiling fan wasn’t going to fall on my head. I went back to the front desk, obviously a little annoyed. He immediately becomes defensive and asks me if I did anything to clog it. I said no, the handle is spinning. His response, take the lid off the back of the toilet and tell me if the chain is connected? I am absolutely not doing that, I am a guest at this hotel and not a plumber. He got really annoyed when I asked him to send someone up to the room to take care of it. 10 minutes later, he showed up himself. The only reason I am giving this hotel one star is because he did fix the issue. The hotel is in need of a serious update, especially the bathrooms. As well as the handling of complaints from guests, that was extremely rude

Stayed 5 nights

Stayed 5 nights. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, and hash browns. 24-hour coffee in the lobby. Note that breakfast is at 7, not at 6:30 as it might state in some of the literature. Parking was easy but the hotel is right on a major highway so entering/exiting is exciting. Shopping nearby (gas, full grocery store, others). A little noisy where I was at. The exterior door at the end of the hall is sticky so it's noisy when you open it, then it slams shut. Ditto the room doors — in fact all the doors were loud. Plumbing was awful — shower had only marginally acceptable pressure and fixtures were bent and loose from people working hard to figure out how to turn the water on. But it worked. I like it cold when I sleep, and heating/cooling was easy and efficient. WiFi was weak and dropped a lot; ended up using my phone as a hotspot most of the time. WiFi was better during the day.
