Overall nice property. Staff were hit and miss with customer service. The gym needs to be updated. They have two treadmills and one doesn’t work at all and the doesn’t let you decrease your speed. The only way to to decrease is sto force stop the machine. The pull out couch has mold.

Great location, awesome staff, clean and big pool. The only thing that was off-putting was hidden costs. The onsite self parking (huge attached parking garage) is $45/d, valet $50/d and the daily breakfast is $19/ person (not included with the stay).

Check in was easy. Room clean with a comfortable bed. Hotel is in a good location approximately a mile walk to the strip. We walked to and from the strip everyday and at no time did we feel unsafe. Breakfast service if you wanted eggs cooked fresh was slow on the weekend and I found the poached eggs to be undercooked (still slimy) I would not have breakfast if I stayed here again. Indoor pool is nice with towels provided. Would I stay here again? Yes Would I recommend to a friend? Definitely.

Sheets and bed spread was dirty, food or other stains on the bed sheets and comforter. When I reported the conditions of the bed it took more than an hour to get it resolved. I could not watch much tv because it couldn't connect to the wifi.

Love Hilton and always chose to stay at a Hilton when possible, but this was almost gross. The carpets were stained in the hallways terribly. It looked like there had been a weird patch job on the ceiling everywhere and dirt showing in other places, cabinets in the room had water damage, rust in the bathtub. The staff was great, the facility could use updates.

Pros - This hotel is in the perfect location in Mid-town, comfortable bed, and the staff was amazing. Cons - The room was a bit dated, bathroom did not appear clean, and construction noise was nonstop during the day.

The shower soap bottles were empty in my room, and the cleanliness was not good. The carpets are disgusting, and the fan wouldn’t turn off even when the thermostat was off, so I was cold most of the time. I couldn’t check out at the front desk because only one person was working and there were 7 people that needed to be helped. The valet kid ran up to my car to make a dollar and get me out of the car I was in with my friend when we were just saying goodbye for a second.

I am a Hilton honors person for 30 years, the place we stayed was very tired and noisy AC unit in room was very loud when it came on Ceiling in room 205 had many spider webs and black marks on ceiling We noticed The sink handle in the bathroom is hard to turn water on As mentioned lots of construction noise as well as workers applying wallpaper and fixing walls within the breakfast space

We had to pay for parking in addition to the room charge. There are no smart tvs in the rooms. We did not get clean towels or washcloths and when we asked for them, we were told there was no one to bring them up to the room and we would have to walk down to get them.

The hotel itself was nice and our room was quite nice. The area was great for walking places and there plenty of restaurants and bars very close by. The problem was, we were in room 330 and there is construction right next door. We were woken up at 6:30am Wed-Fri. with extremely loud non-stop drilling and hammering. There was absolutely no sleeping through it! It was awful, especially considering we were on vacation, were up late each night and were really hoping to be able to get some sleep. Not the case at all. They did provide cheap "complimentary" earplugs which did absolutely nothing. They also left a letter on the desk which we didn't see until we were checking out, saying there might be "occasional noise" due to construction. Well, if by occasional you mean every weekday morning at starting at 6:30am, then yes, they were correct. We did get a break on Sat. a.m. but it was the day we were checking out. Bottom line, I wish we chose a different hotel for that reason only. Once construction is complete, I would stay there again.

We had two issues, the first being with the air conditioner in our our room. The maintenance people came up and took care of it in a short amount of time. It seemed to work just fine afterwards but was about a 20 minute visit with us. Secondly, the strict adherence to the 4:00 check in I thought to be a bit ridiculous. We arrived at around 1:30 and I understood at that point as we were two and a half hours early. But, when we returned at 3:45 they would still not check us in until the remaining 15 minutes had expired. I get it, rules are rules, but this created a mob of groups waiting in the lobby, and then all getting in line to check in at 4:00. We're supposed to believe no rooms were available 15 minutes earlier? I heard a lot of griping from other customers and frankly don't blame them. I've never encountered this at other stays when rooms were ready. Other than these two comments, we enjoyed the stay,.

Absolutely horrendous. Mandatory valet parking with excessive fee and incredibly rude staff. Our hire car was badly scratched by them, and they had the audacity to suggest we had scratched it ourselves and was pinning it on them. Hotel manager got involved but was apathetic, and we've been perusing the valet company since but are now actively being ignored. The hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name and needs better management, hygiene and a car parking service not run by patronizing and deliberately contentious staff.

Room door was hard to open and staff did nothing to try and fix it. It depended on who was helping you at the front desk on whether you got good customer service or not. Eliana had zero customer service skills however LaKendrick was very friendly. The bartender Amanda was the highlight of the stay. She was funny and extremely entertaining. Managers didn’t help much either. I asked for service to the door and for extra towels and received neither. Overall I will NEVER stay here again nor recommended this hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice and conveniently located to many things. The only complaint I have which put a damper on mine and my girlfriend’s stay was the rudeness and poor professionalism of an associate when we were checking out. As we were leaving, we turned in our key with no acknowledgment from the associate up front. As we proceeded to place the key on the counter, we expected the normal response of her looking at us, asking how our stay went, do you want a receipt, etc…instead we get no eye contact, we get a rude remark saying “put it in the basket” (didn’t see a basket due to no sign), so we looked around and she again says “actually just leave it where it is.” And still no eye contact, no smiles, no customer service skills whatsoever, and to be honest it left a nasty taste in our mouths when we walked out the lobby. No have a nice day or thanks for staying with us spill to end our stay. It may not sound like much, but to end your stay on a note like that is pretty disappointing. We probably won’t be staying here again.

We had a lovely stay. The check in process was fast and easy. Andrew, was the gentleman on duty in the evening and he was very pleasant and helpful. Great staff makes for a great stay. The hotel is in a good location. It was an easy walk to the show we went to Nashville to see.

Nice, quiet area and the most friendly staff! Having never been to Nashville, I mistakenly thought because the address was Broadway, that it was closer to all of the downtown attractions/activities - it is a bit of a walk (over a mile in fairly busy traffic areas). Music Row was really neat to see, but it’s not IN the actual downtown area. With that said, I can’t imagine any of the hotels that are closer being any better of a place to stay for the price, so if you’re willing and able to walk or take the trolley tour bus into into downtown, I highly recommend it! Rooms are not the nicest I’ve ever stayed in and could use some updates, but were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Front desk employees were AMAZING - very friendly and helpful to us newbies.

The hotel and staff were great. The immediate area doesn’t have much but you’re a really quick walk to the Gulch or about a 30 minute walk to the main strip of broadway downtown. There’s also a public bus stop very close to the hotel if you prefer transit. We would stay here again!

We called to see if there was a possibility to get in early, they said yes. It wasn’t until we arrived they told us it was an extra $35 to get in 55 minutes early. The rooms aren’t cheap and then they charge you parking, in their garage, on site. It’s expensive when all said and done. They offer breakfast until 11, but there are no clean tables to sit at and there’s no food on the buffet. It’s scraps. So, if you don’t go down at 7-8am then good luck getting anything.

No Maid Service. I had to hunt for a Maid & beg her to allow me to throw my Trash away & get Towels. No Maid ever came to our Room from Tuesday to Saturday We Paid up Front for the Breakfast Buffet. They never told us it included Waffles & Omelets On Thanksgiving No Hot Breakfast even though we Paid for it. On Thursday night the Restaurant Staff managed by Amber wanted to close at 8:30 with no warning. Before they left they served us uncooked chicken salads. I still have diarrhea from that. Unfortunately some of the Staff have not been Trained to take care of Customers or Hilton Awards Members like us. We asked for late Check out & were granted it by Breonna only to be Surprised by the Front Desk Mgr Amelia Schook who could not care less about all of our concerns. Our problem is we tried to cope & not complain. The Lesson we learned is to complain loudly @ the first sign of problems. The motto we saw @ the Hilton is we Gurantee to make things Better. Amelia did not care to know what went wrong to fix anything Breonna failed to tell her we had late check out & she was very Rude to us! I look forward to informing the GM of how we were treated. I run a real estate business & my wife runs an Insurance company. We know the value of Customer Service! We Regret choosing this Hilton Garden!
